You're a little late to the party. MULN red flags were posted 2 years ago. I still do NOT believe it is a scam. It's simply has proven to be a bad investment decision. In my opinion, I believe robert bollinger will build a successful EV company and david will retire comfortably. I believe that was the plan all along. Still, I also believe MULN will continue to be a bad investment decision fwiw. As I have said numberous times last year, I believe robert bollinger is a good design engineer and david is the finance specialist robert needed. It's really a obviously transparent situation imo. As I have also said last year, there are many examples of victims of circumstances. Stock trading is NOT one of them imo. Investors simply learn the hard lesson of researching BEFORE investing...not after! Below is a pic of a true victim of circumstance. A MULN one year stock chart is a good example of what happens to investors who invest first...research second!
Sound familiar? **cough**(MULN)**COUGH** "Senior Enron management was obsessed with the company’s stock price, as many of them held substantial amounts of Enron stock as part of their compensation, and the company’s stock was frequently used as collateral for corporate loans."
"As the scandal began to unravel and Skilling made for the exits, he sold around $60 million of his Enron stock holdings, leading many to conclude that he knew the jig was up.
Skilling publicly denied any knowledge of the accounting fraud that took place under his watch."
MULN stock decline isn't david's fault either, lol...yeah, right.
Trivia question: What do jeff and david share in common? Answer: They both value Napoleon's theory of success!
Isn't the puppy a cute distraction from MULN stock reality janice? I thought you would like the pic.https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=173713522
"Mullen will continue to be listed and traded on The Nasdaq Capital Market."...
Yeeaahhh! The soap opera will continue, lol. Correct indeed TenKay. Red flags have been posted consistently for about 2 years. We all make mistakes. I feel for the investors who lost alot, but you are right. They were sufficiently warned.
Come on mulino, fufito, babito...here is an excert from the story behind this sctv comedy skit for you younger generations that never heard the true story of melvin dummar giving a ride to howard hughes. To keep this on topic...I believe it is of my opinion that the ceo of MULN may or may not be related to howard hughes, lol. Now, on with the true story!
"On a long drive through the Nevada desert one night in 1967, Melvin Dummar spotted a scruffy man lying by the side of the road. He picked him up and drove him to Las Vegas. During the ride, he said, the man told him he was Howard Hughes.
The encounter might have been forgotten except for what happened nine years later, when Mr. Hughes, one of the richest men in the world, died. Mr. Dummar claimed to have received a copy of his handwritten will and, lo and behold, it said that Mr. Hughes had left him one-sixteenth of his estate, an estimated $156 million."
As Lee Harvey was known for saying..."and now you know the rest of the story."
But...but...MULN is my daily soap opera. If I waited 6 months to see what david has been up to I would have an anxiety attack! I was thinking about producing a tv show called "As the MULN world turns". My second favorite title would be..."As the wash trading continues to create artificial volume". Of course that would be purely fictional since everyone knows wash trading and naked shorting doesn't exist. Both are purely fictional acts that brokerages are wise not to recognize the existence of. Time to reread my post to make sure it was inciteful and entertaining. Thanks again paulie for the hilarious pic.
From what I understand the cost of an installed Watergen mobile unit is around $25,000. David was quoted in the sept 2022 pr's as saying every Mullen vehicle will have one. It seems to me for the lower cost Mullen vehicles it will be cost prohibitive, unless david uses shares to pay Watergen instead of cash(since I have doubts they will take a check, lol). MULN is truly a wonderful soap opera, but a rediculous investment. Perhaps I'll look over my MULN post history and count how many times I've said that already...right after I order a "We love paulie" shirt on amazon.
Watergen tech is valid, but very expensive.https://m.jpost.com/business-and-innovation/energy-and-infrastructure/article-782822
MULN already has water making tech, lol.https://news.mullenusa.com/mullen-signs-partnership-with-watergen-to-launch-water-from-air-solutions-for-evs
With david or kramer, lol.
David's back hurts from carrying MULN, lol.
Let's let david choose.
LOL! I would have guess david's lips.
MULN reality: If I was you, I'd wanna be me too.
MULN: IT'S ALL ABOUT...
$#MULN&%Good planning. Cayman islands is international territory. You've learned well from the many penny stock ceo's that sent their money to international bank(offshore) accounts for protection. I thought it was hilarious karma several years ago when various territories announced they were cooperating with the U.S. government to confiscate accounts of U.S. companies breaking tax laws. It was entertaining reading.
