Nah,....I got this advice from a seasoned expert just yesterday:
NOT CHART >>> ABOLISHING NEWS makes this stock ZERO value ~Blue~
Nah~~ FROM 6.30 DOWN TO 3.30 it will go down fast watch incoming dayss...
Blue... Please explain how you went from "zero value stock, government will abolish" to "loading zone" in one night. Pick one and stick with it, otherwise motives become questionable. Is there legitimate information that has moved you back?
Nah,...lawsuits gaining momentum and will prevail.
You going to the restroom or something?
So,...how does that argument fit here and not on AIG, GM, etc..., etc..., etc... You bailed them out, why are you giving those "losers" back their companies and profits?
But he now argues against his own DD from before.... so he knows it now, or knew it then? Can't be both.
So FNMA drop is freefall, but the IFON drop is "loading zone"? Your credibility is gone.
Let me see....whom to trust, Bove or Blue... I think we will rise a"Bove" it all. The recent news doe not change the illegal status of what happened to FnF. Go back and read your own DD, it was very compelling.
Wrong...IMO. You are suggesting that the hedgies bought shares, initiated lawsuits knowing what Corker and morons were working on, continue to move the lawsuits forward, and suddenly on something that has a 10% chance of even making the presidents desk suddenly got scared and decided to jump ship? These guys trade with ice water in their veins, this doesn't shake them...but it obviously has shaken you.
....ring...ring....IFON calling, go answer it.
I know you did. But back at $5.44 bad news came out and you encouraged to hold and push through. This tells me you didn't believe your own DD. You made calls for high PPS years out because of the legal challenges, etc... Now, you argue against all you said previously. Seriously inconsistent. Puts your real motives into question.
This is surreal to me. When all this negative chatter happened before you were the DD King (or Queen), and insisted it would continue to get better. You were very convincing and many believed you. Now you are nothing but negative. Were you in fact just a pumper back during the earlier runs?
Such clear manipulation. The bid exceeds the ask, and yet it trades beneath them both. Just normal games here at FnF. More reason I will hold and see this through.
Blue, good to see you here, but strange you seem on the other side of this. As I recall you posted amazing DD that refuted the exact news we have recently received. Was that DD wrong? Over the last day or so you have only posted the negative and have given no perspective of seeing this through.
Don't you believe the landscape is even stronger for the long haul considering the big boys who have joined the fight. Last go around there were no lawsuits or major funds involved, now there are. It feels to me that you discredit all your previous work from the last year regarding FNF.
Somebody get out and push....we need to get over this hill!
Can you just feel the tension as we come up on $5.44?
At some point there will be a play to take out the "stop loss" that people have probably entered. I just hope nobody panics if it does come.
So I can understand you better, is the Whoooooooooooooooo meant to be an owl sound? Or is it actually supposed to be more of a Whoohoooooo kind of thing?
You really don't get this,... do you?!?! If you are not messing with us and just making annoying statements, then you really aren't very good at it. Just sayin...
I think I said this yesterday, but this is how a big board stock moves! It's a whole different mindset, but one that I welcome. It sure tests your resolve if you are used to penny movements.
Hey Blue, Miss you at FNMA....I bought on your call of ACGX, it seems to be moving now...any new thoughts on them?
With large swings like this it now seems to be trading more like a big board stock. Imagine it making these movements in dollars instead of pennies. That will really test some peoples resolve.
I am genuinely curious....whenever we state that "loading continues" who are we referring to? It seems to me that in order for one to "load" someone else must be "unloading". I honestly don't mean this sarcastically or as a shot at anyone. I am asking if there are shares out there available that are not already "loaded" in someone's portfolio?
That would be nice on Monday to hear something like... "Free at last, Free at last,..." Seems appropriate for the holiday.
You should have stopped at two drinks. ... New one to ignore.
Just checked CNN, no such report that I can find. Please don't be disingenuous, provide support when making statements.
Do you have a link we can read it?
So why did you post this yesterday if you believe it will collapse?
Would love to see it trade sideways the rest of the day. Build a little base right here for the next leg up.
OUCH!!! Just saw a fat finger $2.23 go through.
If you haven't read this link that chessmaster posted, please do. That should draw a decent amount of attention to FNMA/FMCC.
10 big-name stocks at off-market prices
Names Fannie and Freddie number 5 and 6, and Phot as number 10. http://money.msn.com/inside-the-ticker/c_galleryregular.aspx?cp-documentid=253475991
I am curious how many people are still holding from the .20 - .30 range... I'm not interested in a share count, just who has held through all the turmoil.
I have my .28 shares.
They didn't have a problem reducing peoples $120 billion in stock equity into pennies on the dollar...Seems reasonable that they should restore it.
Have you been watching how homes have even been made available since 2008? It IS working,...nothing past tense about it. Without it the housing market would have hit "apocalyptic" failure. Please don't limit your research to the side panels of cereal boxes. Clearly you have a lot more to study. Your assumption of abolishing FNMA/FMCC would bring a housing market that excludes many from purchasing a home.
What a ridiculous comment. An institution with over 70 years of successfully making housing available to the masses "must be abolished"? Think again,... it must be maintained. It must be kept free from manipulation that caused it's major stumble due to greed and political insanity. It works,... it is the one saving grace that will bring stability to the economy. The thought of trying something "new" while our economy is barely starting to show signs of improvement, that is idiocy.
If you do care about AMERICA'S economy, you should want it built up,... not abolished.
IMHO

That is my problem. I am up like 925% and will get hit pretty hard. Again, this is not bragging...I truly am looking for insight on what can be done.
I am looking for some good insight from those who have been down this road before.
I have my shares from back at .28. I have wanted to break some off and trade a little with the fluctuations we have seen. I am obviously long, and will remain so with my core holdings. However, since I trade from an etrade account, and not a 401k, I will be subject to taxes the moment I sell and would have to set that money aside to pay those taxes (because I don't have it otherwise). If I do this I wouldn't be able to even replace the shares I sell because of the taxes I set aside.
So,...Am I thinking correctly, or is there a way around this that someone could help me with. I don't want to go down in shares because I fully believe this is an investment of a lifetime, but I would like to pick up some $ while the fluctuations are so large.
Please, only real insight...not any mean spirited put downs.
Great find! Please keep posting!
Also, if that is your real picture.....Mr. cate is a lucky man!
What an odd thing to say. I am still holding from .28 and I am very happy with the progress FNMA is making. Those who are holding long get this and are in it for much more than short term profits. The long term potential here is once in a lifetime. An opportunity such as this will probably never come again for most of us, if not all of us.
