Your previous post noted that ewsi acquired assets only and no liabilities. 2trg is suing ewsi because 2trg is now in trouble for not getting rid of the CRT glass properly ands trying to pin it on ewsi. This issue was tackled a while ago on the boards
Does ewsi not have dealings with companies in China that adhere to Chinese accounting practices? And why are you saying the auditing disputes are due to TNKE? That was not in the 8-K for the Malone resignation. Therefore, that is simply your speculation.
If anyone googled EWSI and took a look at just their recent accomplishments, it becomes pretty obvious that they are working hard and smart to grow their company by growing both their technology, their brand, and their reach. China has been a big stocking point recently because of the accounting issues there but it's well known that china is a huge market for ewaste. Their deal in shanghai with green initiative will grow their brand while their deal with loyalty equipment will grow their revenues and their reach. The deal with NRT for the rare earth sorter tech is potentially huge. I couldn't find if even electronic recyclers international was going into that yet. The list goes on. Of course you want to look at both sides of the coin, but to me, the potential upside is greater than the risk.
Just from the general vibe from postings here and the way the stock has been trading, it seems a lot of people are just watching and waiting most likely for the 10-k for verification. From what happened with Malone and the increase in shares, it was enough to shake confidence. I'm confident if the 10-k shows the revenue growth that we are expecting, there should be some type of correction to the pps IMO
There's so much opinion without any proof to back it up. Drawing a conclusion from something is not the same as being factual. That is still considered an opinion until it is proven with actual facts. We know Malone resigned due to a disagreement over some asset but does any one know the exact details? If anyone responds to this, post with a link or don't bother posting another opinion that has no validity

what was your method for estimating their losses?
So you based that off of what another poster said? That is your proof?
Please post your proof. Posting a link to what another poster said is not considered proof or evidence of this supposed manipulation of EWSI's stock price.
please read the difference between authorized shares versus outstanding shares. A modicum of understanding of this important topic in investment will better your understanding of EWSI's current status

The other post mentioned Simms and Arrow and there is also Electronics Recyclers International. ERI is a private company though and even though there name includes International, as far as I can see, they are limited to the US. They seem to do pretty well though in the US. I don't know how directly any of these companies compete though seeing as how there is so much e-waste to go around. More e-waste is created than is actually recycled per year. I'm basing that off an article from the link below but it might be a bit outdated. If anyone has any more recent figures, please post.

Ok so that'll be the 2012 and the upcoming 2013 audited fins. You do realize the quarterlies do not need to be individually audited right? Just the annuals
Actually all knowledgeable investors in EWSI who have read the publicly made business plan know EWSI has used their share structure in order to grow the company and have accepted it as a necessity in order to expand like it has so far
First off, EWSI is a OTCQB company, not Pink. And thank you for your amazing assessment of what "audited" means to EWSI
The simple answer is Yes there would be significant changes but did you see the next part where he would have to explain if yes? He would then have to go through explaining all the new operations and revenue sources which have not all been completely audited. Kind of a catch-22 where if he checked yes, he would have to explain using unaudited information to file an extension for an audited annual. It's better to not check anything and wait for the whole thing to be audited and then released.
Read my post. I said quarterlies are not audited. Annuals are.
Umm quarterlies are not audited. Annuals are.
They do respect the quiet period prior to releasing financials. I'm confident after these financials, we will be hearing a lot from ewsi regarding new partnerships, contracts, and guidance IMO
That is incorrect.
you should read the 8-K for when Sadler resigned. No disagreements existed between the companies upon resignation. Fact as per 8-K.
It would still be considered "on time" if it's by 2 weeks with the extension filed
Hey sorry I do not have PM but you can PM me on Ihangout and I'll send you my email. Thanks
email received from Robert Shaw today:
"We are on track to complete the 10-K on time."
Not sure if that means with our without the extension but this is good news.
So what would you call it if I sold a product and used that revenue from those sales to hire a better product designer to design better products and sell those new products for a higher price and achieve better gross margins?
Wrong. They said there was a disagreement for which they did not call fraud. Fraud has to be reported. Nothing was reported as fraud.
Yea EWSI reinvests all of their revenues into its exponential growth. You want a young company to horde cash with very little return or reinvest for huge potentials? Choice is obvious
No fraud was reported by Malone Bailey regarding EWSI
When EWSI releases their 10-K, we will see who is right and who is wrong. No company has a perfect trajectory. There are bound to be bumps and twists and turns on the way to something bigger but if you take a good look at EWSI, their aim is to do something huge with the company, and they have been pushing for that with with every acquisition and every partnership. Choose to listen to whomever you like but do your own DD
Once something is filed with the SEC, is there anyway to remove that filing?
He actually said he would file it at the closing of the 2trg deal which didn't happen until months later. This is another example of using only parts of what someone says for your own angle. As said earlier, maybe there was something in the LOC agreement he didn't like and backed out?
If a company like EWSI chooses not to enter in to an agreement for a LOC after announcing it would, does an 8-K have to be filed to say "we decided not to use this LOC for whatever reasons?"
It seems there were many changes with the 2trg deal since it was announced in July. In the PR then it was also announced that they would be using TCA to provide immediate cash to close the deal when the deal was done. Months went by and things changed, Maybe EWSI no longer required the TCA loc or maybe they didn't like the terms of that agreement and opted not to use them. You saw what happened with Asher. EWSI paid them off way earlier instead of having that over there heads.
Repost it. With proof. I must not have seen it. It's hard to separate your bs from anything else you might say.
Thank you for that. That was in my opinion. I'm glad you started reading again.
The quarterly is not late. The annual which will include the 4th quarter will be released by April 15th if EWSI needs the extension.
First of all, I never made any statements saying EWSI's pps would go up. I have only posted statements regarding EWSI's business and it's accomplishments. Do your research.
At one facility that they JUST opened. Plenty more partnerships and agreements.
Nope. Read the SEC filings. Filled with plenty more than just "fluff and stuff" as you so eloquently put it
