I saw that it's so wierd. I think that co. Is like one guy working out of a basement somewhere though. I would love to see a repurchase here. Step one is paying the Hanover note. Then you have to take into account that a lot of money that gets used for share buyback could also be reinvested into the company for growth purposes. In a high growth market I think investing into the company is the way to go. But I'm sure when the time is right VPOR will consider it and shareholders will benefit one way or the other.

Most of the OTC is down a huge amount it's called a correction same as Jan. Same as what happened in 2013 .

Plus the "other" business has generated a huge solid network of business connections for Calkin that will be beyond useful for GRCU moving forward.

I say job well done. Whether they file on time or not is yet to be seen. If they do then great if not they wouldn't be the first to file for an extention nor will they be the last. Personally I am focused on product/website launches , future guidance.

The nature of his trip to NY is speculative at this time. If anything comes about from it I'm sure it will be shared with us.

Their core business plan is pumping out product and they have evolved from mostly wholesale to now wholesale and retail at the perfect time. They are also working very hard on the back end of their biz model which is constantly working on distribution and purchasing agreements and that is key to keeping VPOR's very healthy profit margins where they should be.

Does the pps suck right now , right this second ? Yes of course it does but how did we get here ? Was it the core fundamentals of the company that made it suffer ? Of course not, quite the opposite. The chart became overextended and shorts came in and shook new scared investors from their shares. Then the entire OTC turned into 10% gain flip fest and market makers are having a field day with it. Think of all the people who bought in wayyy higher then this pps ( myself included ) and think of the opportunity you now have to get a price that we haven't seen in about 6 months. This thing ran to .45 with an airplane name and no history of revs behind it. Look how far they have come and ecigs/vaporizers & mmj in half a year. It's impressive and exciting to think about where we are headed.

I agree with you but Here is the thing. As of right now. AB sees VPOR as more of an ecig company which of course they excell at.

By default based on his criteria and nature of his site VPOR will not get a lot of his attention. However as we all know VPOR was at weedstockconference and then a follow up trip to CO was made and documented.

I feel if/when we get a PR detailing the progress made in CO or similar states that AB will again have a reason to put more focus on VPOR.

Side note everyone has an agenda and AB coincidently published a very one sided negatively charged report on Dror, that has since been debunked many times over, around the time of the original short attack and take down of VPOR. Personally I've seen otc companies do everything right and still go down. I'm curious for the fins but I'm more focused on allcbd.com launched, stocked with cbd oil capsules and other product. I'm also more interested in various product announcements, the CBD source / supply chain / purity analysis and other product launches ( Hemp Energy Drink ) between now and year end.

When I say I'm "interested" I mean I think those events will be bigger catalysts and have more of an impact on pps plus building a higher and higher base along the way.

Start up companies fins are never impressive that's a given. But maybe they will be in the assumption they still won't have any toxic financing or other debt that the majority of other OTC companies have. Also the share retirement making for a more shareholder friendly share structure.

To make the focus here for something that isn't going to knock people's socks off ( yet ) is irresponsible imo . For this particular situation guidance is going to trump fins all day long. Wording on the last PR could have been better agreed it leaves too much open for different interpretation of the due date. Normally i would call it 50/50 for confirmation even with the positive indacators on the MACD , RSI, MFI, CMF . However something very abnormal happened in the last 20min of the day on Level 2. The bid lit up hard. Out of nowhere multiple several million share bids were stacking. It resulted in approx 10% higher close then where we would have been. As soon as the big bids came in NITE was pressured to back up quickly and reassess. If the same bidders come in tomorrow combined with steady ask slapping & bid support this could result in a squeeze. I for one will be holding the line & its going to be a while before someone pays a premium for a chunk of my shares. Assuming we get results and follow through from GRCU I will be trying to accumulate a core position. Lets keep a close eye on L2 tomorrow. First resistance level is about .012-.0124 . Support at .0095 . Good Luck and happy hunting

VFIN & NITE have been shorting the Dickens outta this. If you have a margin account worth over 25k and put a good till cancel 60 day limit sell order for say .50 it takes your shares off the table to be available for shorting. And when you see them "walking the ask Down" they are trying to instill panic selling and they are very good at it. Don't fall prey. If you are going to buy then slap the ask. Don't give them an opportunity to dump into the bid because you'll save a fraction of a penny to lose thousands of dollars. If we all hold strong together we can end this cycle and the shorts will move on. It has been way too easy for them here with the way it has been traded. Way too predictable for them. I for one have held my shares and will continue to do so into next year but in the short term earnings are coming and are right around the corner. They will be on time & consistent growing revs will not be denied. If you play the game the MM's want you to then they always win. Let's all move to a different playground and lock them out. There is no sense in slitting our own throats for their gain !

All VapOR has ever done is crush earnings and come through with more revs then 90 of the companies on the index ... ecig , & liquid has been stealing market share from big tobacco and will continue to do so. We all saw the 55 gallon drums of high quality lab tested liquid which surpasses FDA guidelines. I'm sure Back orders from Q1 have gotten filled with a vengence. Pics and video of product being shipped out. The revs in the first quarter were greater then all of last year !

So my question is with the current ecig and liquid market on fire and all the tangible evidence presented. Why would any1 think revs would be anything less then awesome ? Imo Q2 will be strong , Q3-Q4 stronger. Imo buy and let this marinate for a couple quarters then buy yourself something nice & donate to charity. Good luck to all
