Would love nothing more than today to be the day! Unfortunately history and stock price say otherwise.
Its ECSL what do you think? Kind of like finding out about an agreement through someones linked in rather than our own company. Maybe the week after Thanksgiving if not then probably wont happen this year. No one like to work in December.

For those all excited what was in the annual that we didn't hear in the last update. Not sure what all the joy is for. last update said close this month or next. Annual says hope to close mid november. Was it the font?
I asked IR yesterday how we are paying for them. He said stock!

Clearly you didn't read my post. I address the existing businesses on site but we do not know what the revenues are so it hard to project a stock price when you do not know the revenues. you can hope and wish that people will buy and push up the stock price on some future hope that ecsl will be the player of the future in this arena but dont be surprised if it doesnt work that way. People like to see numbers. speculative potential growth is not high on peoples list right now.
So closing the land deal makes us a $3-5 stock. Why? the closing of the land deal simply means we now have some debt i assume. So why would stock go up? so then it would be the announcement of the storage contracts right? but those are in the future no immediate revenues you still have to build the facilities and we all know that will take way longer then planned because it is ecls and it always does. So what do you really have at closing. only the existing business that are already on location which we are not privy to how much revenues those are worth. The existing contract on site are the only things that will move the stock price and we don't know how much.
Wait. I thought this news was going to move the stock! What news are we waiting for that will move the stock?

The term "Big" can have many meanings from this board. If you are asking if we will hear that the deal is closed this week then NO! Will we hear something yes. Probably another contract signed that means nothing without the Land.
lets not get carried away. my guess is someone fat fingered a trade or just wasnt real bright. Bill said we would here something this week but it did not happen. There realy isnt anything to tell yet. The "Weasel" asked for more info this week and we had to write him a letter. Probate is still 2-3 weeks away. So no close in September more than likely. The news will be some "oddball" update about our green hydrogen venture.

I "affectionatly" nicknamed lender's attorney the "Weasel". Seems the Weasel strikes again and he clearly didn't have everything he needed. Maybe he does now.

oh you too. That is factually wrong because the lender's attorney has not submitted his final report to the lender informing them that he believes it is OK to move to close.
Twice last week I asked the IR if he knew why a Judge's signature is needed. Both times he told me he had no idea what I was talking about and knew of no reason we needed a judge. That is all after. He told me that we are still waiting on that weasel lender's attorney to say the dirt is OK and that is all we have been waiting for but he continues to drag it out. The "any day now" that the IR speaks of is the weasel given the lender the OK to proceed. Then and only then can we move to a closing. Which will still take a week or two in my opinion!!

IR has told me twice in the last 7 days that he has no knowledge of needing a judges signature? Just waiting on the same dude to sign off on the dirt being good.

It "will" take longer not "may" take longer. Those are simply the facts in a situation like this. How much longer can be the debate but not if.

I’ve been worried about this for over year. IR has assured me many times including tonight that the contract was written for this provision and that the deal is concrete. That being said yes now probate is involved and that can take forever. Given ECSL’s past inability to close anything this is not what we needed. I was also told that the lenders EPA guy still has not given the stamp of approval so the delay was not because of George passing but still waiting on Mr Dirt Pile to sign off. Even if deal closes the transference of land will not be smooth. We will be lucky if this closes by December!
If each of us had $10 for every time you said it was a "Done Deal" we wouldn't even need this investment!
It did not. It said "expect" to close. Which we have heard many times before.
