Shorts are getting bamboozled. Absolutely bamboozled.
Shorts are getting pummeled. Absolutely pummeled.
Better then reading an article on seeking credibility though, huh? We'll see what happens.
Correct. is there market makers short, or manipulation going on? You bet. On this exchange you have to put up 2.50 per share and pay high commission rate.
How many shares short? What exchange do you use? How are you able to on this exchange? Thanks in advance.
Where did you see L 3 was interested?
Yeah. Total manipulation. Would love to see them get caught with their pants down. They're is a lot to cover from late last week.
Look at these market makers trying to cover before the weekend.
Lol. I want to see what "substantial loss" means. They're going to pin this whole thing on the community college ex ceo. Sad. It was a scam from the beginning and the pp holder and others should be held accountable.
I thought they were making bank? 20+ mil in profit? Did he address the Mesa website being down for so long? What the what?
Company is hiring more now, then at any point in their history. All new positions.

So if it sells for $2 a share and you bought the majority at 8 cents right? Have you bought or sold any in between?
We sure do :(

Actually we are happy to buy these cheap shares under .05... Loading up we are, as we know that by end of May, 2015 this will be RUNNING in the TEENS or higher!!!!
Is that you doing the 100 share sells on the bid? Pretty funny.
You do know the markets closed today right? No offense, but I don't think you understand what happened last quarter.
I thought it was good, 300k stock based comp, and akimbo accuisition expenses in the quarter. Bottom line is the company is now in good financial position and should continue to grow. Easy money Hoch is the major factor in why the sp is stagnant. It keeps a lot of retail investors away, no doubt. Having that many analysts on the call today is real good sign. With such a small float, it could run up real quick.
Holy cow!!!! When do they cover?????, truth is you've been scammed by pp holders since 8+ cents. Drug doctor and his cronies did the same thing with LVVV. Just another penny scam.
True. But, super easy to see the collapse that happened coming..

What makes you so confident? I too, think there will be an initial run up, but then what? What happens when volume dries up within a week? Are hedge funds going to short? Are they going to play off of easy money Hochs selling, and greedy management team? Are they going to play off of the new board of director being Paris Hiltons talent manager? I Plan on making money on both.

Hardly anybody knows this stock exists right now. Once it gets a Nasdaq listing and the accompanying visibility that comes with it, it will take savvy investors about 2 minutes of looking at the financials to know this is a buy.
And you think "hedge funds" are going to try to short this thing? That's a hoot. Hedge funds would never short a stock like this in a million years. For one, the float will be tiny so no shares will be available to borrow, and oh by the way the company is growing at a double digit pace and is a money-making machine. Not to mention payment processors get bought out left and right and you could wake up to a 100%+ buyout any day.
And again, maybe you should check your facts before you spout off. Paris Hilton's talent manager was Jason Moore, a member of the advisory board for several years. He's not one of the new members of the Board of Directors. In fact, he's not on the Board of Directors at all.

Easy Money Hoch enjoyed over 469 thousand dollars of free share holder money in 2015. I'm not sure what he does for the company at this point. His linked account shows he's the ceo of two other companies. When you google him there's absolutely nothing of substance, other then his love of golf at expensive golf courses. Which is probably why he needs so much disposable income. I'm jealous. I would feel guilty, but, you have to admire his set up.
Should be good.
I do. Heck yeah! Easy money Hoch has been able to get over a hundred and fifteen thousand dollars in free shareholder cash in the past two months. There's no way he could have done that without the uplist. He's absolutely loving it!!!
They've created some great buying opportunities:)
Is 300k a lot? What are we talking 30-35k dollars? Is that a lot to you? It's interesting that someone seems to be accumating a significant position. It makes me ask why? I understand the consistent selling, that's easy. There have been no prs since the spring time, after a lot of hype, and fluffy prs, nothing. Where's the conference call? Where's the exciting summer? Where are they at in the lawsuit? We'll see what happens. It's nothing but consistent bs coming from the company, and a share price that has been cut to 1/10 in the last 2 years.
I heard b and l need jobs. Lol.
Yeah. A thousand shares today? What an exciting summer indeed. The conference call was great too. They couldn't even put out another fluff jnj is evil pr? Did they get onto the other otxcpscam exchange they were shooting for? Finger crossed. Let do this. Let's get it back to where it was. The 2 year chart looks like a water slide.
Hopefully we see another run like a couple years ago where it ran from this point to 1.80 within a week or two. Seems to have the shorts s bit nervous, huh?
At June 30, 2015, we had negative working capital of $6,478,085. Historically, we have funded operations primarily through proceeds received (a) in connection with factoring of accounts receivable on a nonrecourse basis for non-pre-approved billings, (b) through issuances of notes payable, and (c) through sales of common stock. Prior to 2015, our business has been concentrated in workers’ compensation billings which were not pre-approved and for which the collection would be delayed for long periods of time depending on various factors. In 2015, we have added a significant amount of business for which billings were pre-approved by the insurance carriers. We have been, and continue to be, dependent upon a few third party marketing services and we derive almost 100% of our revenues from customers referred by these marketing services.
The accompanying consolidated financial statements have been prepared assuming that we will continue as a going concern. During the six-month periods ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, we generated net income of $3,954,656 and incurred a net loss of $12,793,324, respectively. The 2014 net loss contained stock-based expenses and a warrant modification expense, all of which were one-time expenses, totaling $16,012,011. We have been, and continue to be, dependent upon a few third party marketing services and we derive almost 100% of our revenues from customers referred by these marketing services. While Management believes the addition of pre-approved billings business will improve our operating performance, we understand that we will need additional financing, including accounts receivable factoring for non-pre-approved billings, to be able to fully implement our business plan. Given the indicators described above, there is substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern.
We are attempting to find additional financing sources, however, there is no assurance we will be successful. The successful outcome of future activities cannot be determined at this time, and there are no assurances that, if achieved, we will have sufficient funds to execute our intended business plan.
The accompanying consolidated financial statements do not include any adjustments related to the recoverability and classification of assets or the amounts and classification of liabilities that might be necessary should we be unable to continue as a going concern

PXYN.051-Praxsyn-Pharmas'-200-Million-Dollars-Gross-Revenue-RATE-and-NET-PROFITS-SEC-FILED
About once every year, a tiny company will go public, and have an amazing growth in revenues and profits, and the stock price will go up 1000% or more, and people will say.... if only I had known then what I know now.
In my opinion, Praxsyn Pharmaceuticals is that company for 2014-2015. At only .048 per share the stock has not yet shown the appreciation that the turnaround in it's financials since going public have warranted, but it should begin to rise now, and continue throughout 2015, and here's why...
First, a little background on Praxsyn Pharmaceuticals
PXYN is a REVERSE MERGER company that just went public this year. Pharmacy Development Company (PDC) and Mesa Pharmacy, used the old PAWS shell to accomplish this going public, and in order to comply with SEC rules and FINRA rules, it took over 8 months for the company to accomplish updated 10K annual reports and accomplish the name change and updated symbol change to Praxsyn Pharmaceuticals PXYN.
Also with the old shell came some convertible debt and the PDC company also had some debts and it appears that some of those debts were exchanged for shares, and many of those were diluted into the markets over the summer and drove the stock price down from the .20 area to the .03 area in early fall. However, that selling appears to be done and the stock now has recently traded as high as .08 but fell back on the "sell on the news" reaction that many microcap stock have, as momentum traders leave a stock after anticipated NEWS or Earnings is posted. So that leaves us now with a NET PROFITABLE company as reported in the third quarter, with the prospects for much larger revenues and NET PROFITS in the fourth quarter, and then huge growth, and I am not hyping, HUGE GROWTH in 2015 in both Revenues and NET PROFITS.
There is a huge wealth of information in the 2014 SEC 10Q - 3rd quarter earnings report about what Praxsyn is doing, and I encourage all investors and potential investors to take about 30 minutes to read this document in its entirety. Here is a link:
You're saying meetings as in plural. This was the first meeting in five years, and any shareholder had the opportunity to come and ask questions that get posted here all day every day. They didn't. Why? As far as 1.80 goes, it will get back there, it always does. Good luck :). Let's power past it this time.
Sounds like a lot of folks have questions that they should have brought up at the shareholder meeting? None of them were. A lot of support and positivity coming from management and the bright future ahead. My question is if the few on here posts the same complaints daily, what are there true intentions?
Lol. Good luck :)
Lol. Yeah totally. Let's get it back to a nickel before more Lvvv style, gigantic dullution. Fingers crossed. Let's do dis.
Hey yo!!!!!!!! And you forgot the most important. Massive, massive debt and dullution!!!! And some paid advertising to boot.
