Who bought and who sold the post?
RD you are behaving like a character from Tolkien siaf is your precious. You hate it and love it. I think Solomon is very intelligent and it is true that in china shareholders come on third place. First you have the party and the governmental structure below, after that Management and business partners. Then you come as third priority, this you should know by now. Therefor we will never enjoy the same multiple valuation as in the west but this may change if the company gain trust. Siaf is really cheep under 5 dollar even with this in mind and Solomon is not a lier he is just adapting to the business environment to maximise the company's position On the Chinese market. This is very important to understand if you invest in Siaf.
Thx TF you just fast tracked me. I studied financials mathematics and of course to day the math is useful for the workers. Merry Christmas to you!
How does this work now, I just saw NITE flip the bid 5 times in less than one second. Does the MM use computers to manage their work and just monitor and feed the algorithmic on a higher level? TF do you know?
How on earth do you come up with that conclusion?
Marry Christmas!
I assume most of you are aware of the fact, in theory will say, that investors in corporate bonds do not like the money to be used as dividend or in buy back programs. They want the money to secure their coupons and return. I do not know when it comes to sweetened deals with stocks on top but in the name of the market function it should be quite straight forward to understand.
You might want to verify your prices!
I do not like when messages are deleted without explanation. There are manny different opinions out there and they should have one forum to express their thoughts. For me this gives me information about the sentiment and the investor base.
Don't you forget the cash needed to operate the business. If the average over 100 days to collect A/R and managing import business they need at least 20 % extra cash to be able o handle their liquidity. Or is this cash already there?
Yes exactly analyse and execute BOD!
Goods post BH on the spot of investors sentiment and the fragile investor base built up over the last three years. This is exactly what should be done to improve the sentiment. I think the board of directors including the CEO have not fully analysed the market place for this venture when the reality might look totally different on the other side. I think that doing business in china is very different from what we are use to in Europe and US and therefor we have an natural discrepancy hard to understand. We in the west do not tolerate any act outside the normal regulations while that might not be the case in other countries. When it comes to SIAF it al boils down to if you trust Solomon or not, where I do and you do not.
Interesting with this BMAK pattern lately I bet as soon someone hit them with a 10000+ bid they are moving up to higher ask. After the tour there must be allot of potential buyers in the agony stage of DD. What is your opinion?
Here is one list not updated about Chinese company's it is not updated and not verified by me but gives you an perspective. I am long SIAF despite my knowledge of the history.

Good luck to you al.
Jan I am also one member of JF and I do not think that most of us are in the same ball park talking about Chinese company's traded on the Nasdaq please read the history for you to understand the different opinions on this chat. I am a major share holder in SIAF and i did not get the invitation to do DD.
Thx Joe that explains your frustration. It really sucks!
Two years from now my guess. Solomon is desperate to get the correct market value for his baby and then he makes small mistakes like per mature application for Nasdaq, talking about the mega contract, trying to raise money with a bond without analysing the market. He talks too much but at the end I give him my money for the operational side of his achievement and he might be a super entrepreneur time will tell.
What is this do you have a systematic macro delivering your posts?
True I was also fooled by the fact that penser did not apply for listening but on the other hand I do not blame them. They are just a bunch of guys like me and you trying to minimise uncontrollable risks. And they have to be more conservative than you and I. Enough said this Q3 is good.
It is easy you are all too advanced in his game to be dissolving the life of SIAF. Ones this hits the Main Street it will al fall in place. The Main Street for this company would be best in Stockholm or Frankfurt and investors should be the ones that strategically put their money in to Chinese food market.
I do not expect a approval and still am see this as one good investment.
The situation have changed a bit. The company is applying for Nasdaq, they are clearly showing they are not one easy target for fraud accusations, they are about to be cash flow positive and I believe Solomon is better CEO than the market " by al wrights" hold him to be.
I am to convinced by this last q3 report. I think SIAF have delivered what to expect and that management is working to dissolve the outstanding issues. I know that the market will see this and invest it always does.
Well if that's the way you are imagining business then you are truly in a fog of war. Please keep your postings to things you are good at. Not trying to change the CEO of a comp that he built up.
Well no to you joe! Give me some more information than just repeating your mantra over dumping shares. I agree with you on that part and if there is no other financing solution then we are about at the correct valuation. But that gives you one limited down risk and still one big possible upside reward. I think this is a good play right now. How would you argue about that.
Precisely!
The biggest question now is who is going to buy unless we get to a senior exchange and even if we do who is going to buy a company which for now is show declining earnings. We need to slow down the operations let the internal cash grow, do a buy back and hope like hell we get approved on a sr. exchange.
Nah the growth will come from expanding existing business I think the market can see that. Why the SP is down here is because china stigmata for small cap and need of transparent and stable financing solutions for SIAF. The company is still super cheap under 2 dollar. That with a WACC over 20%.
What does that mean?
RD do you know why SIAF have the two dormant company's capital hero and capital stage. According to the last shareholder meeting pp in Stockholm in the corporate legal structure page they are registered in Belize. He does for shore not make it easy for any institutional investors to invest in this company. Every major banks compliance office will have one red alarm bell sounding when it comes to Belize.
Hey RD and Viking I just read your last postings and i want to give you a gratitude! Good posting very informative discussions!
RD do you know the part of accounts receivables that is classified as level 2 or level 3 assets?
What is this no volume are the mm making a orchestrated rally or is this retail?
I think I have a good perception of the late movement. There are Swedish investors getting their eyes opened by information about the history of Chinese small cap in the us. Therefor they are average down. No Chinese dilution. They gonna make money!

I think what we see now is mostly swedish retail rebalancing theirs portfolios after the first euphoria of this so called ten bagger. It's a reality check and I believe we are at a normal trading meaning that guys like traderfan can start making money. The stock is now consolidating.
This is a Internet broker for retail investors. What irritates me is that you know that.
Good news!
Ok, Thx that make sense!
How do you guesstimate that. It could be a couple of large retail getting down to a comfortable holding at not too much loss. I do not thing it's dumping?
As I said before I do not think there is one entity shortening the stock but MM use naked shorting in there trades. If you have 10 MM using the same system say limits of 200 000 shares, Moore when we go up and less when we go down we get artificial pricing.
http://otcshortreport.com/index.php?index=SIAF#.UlUuJMsayK0
The dilution over the past years made great damage to the price mechanism of the stock and that includes above all MM. They got used to a dilutive environment and less restrictive of how liquidity is provided.
You are correct that we can not stop them from doing naked sales but we can minimise outstanding possibilities of available shares and maybe now would be the time to do it since we not going to have more shares hitting the market under 1 dollar. By asking the Bread and butter customers of the MM like Avanza, Nordnet to inquire this we can get management attention at NITE for instance.
