I have asked this of a few that faced some of these brokers in court, and won. Why isn't the "Femia letter" the arrow in the Achilles heel for all?
Sure, it takes the proper deliverer with the right connections, and money, and maybe the Megas accusations, but we seemed so close once of twice over the last 19 years.
As far as brokers, when I asked for my certs, they said send them thousands, and they would see what they could do. Soon after when I couldn't come up with the thousands they erased my shares with the reasoning of cleaning up my 0 value shares. Funny thing is I have 0 value shares that are older than my BCIT shares, and they are still there.
Oh well.
The other one in their stables is falling also. So the consensus seems to be mutual.
That is as good of a take as any. It was your attitude in the beginning for me to get in. So just looking for that brighter day. Thanks
Once again what has the company done that made you make those statements.
Again the condition of the company on the books looks promising, but apparently not enough for buying by shareholders.
I have been in companies that made huge buying decisions behind closed doors without any disclosures to shareholders in which basically destroyed share value. Acting more like a privately held company. Upper management continued to be paid handsomely. After all they controlled the pay.
Just one example.
Good morning by the way.
From your own post, ;
you'd think the Co. was going under.
All confidence has been lost here.
This is what makes me so uncomfortable with any stock. Nothing you can point to in filings, but negative reactions by shareholders ensue.
Not to pile on, but in these days a company can be doing well while at the same time throwing dirt over their shareholders.
I think about as an appropriate description to the subject out there.
Sorry getting back to you. Yes F.
Q's get delayed all of the time. Let's flip the script. Do you think they are hiding anything good?
The similarities between this, and the other one, doing what they should do, or just the fog surrounding them makes them both a bore.
Merry Christmas to all.
Just for the record, a lot of things need to be amended. A little house cleaning is in order such as name change, paperwork getting to where it needs to be, etc.
Me too on how It comes across.
Lawsuits are a waste of time, and money most of the time.

Absolutely. That was another red flag for me.
There was no date given for the R/S, and a caution that the reverse split may not happen. So I would think they are covered.
Where I understand the mechanics of, and the majority of the reasoning of a R/S, and a good reminder by the CEO. I feel this is more of a roll of the dice to see if there is a positive return, and I get this from the disclosure. Maybe it is all lawyer speak for protection, because no matter what happens they are covered because we were warned. If it doesn't work, does a company go as far as 3's times a charm.
Funny, I sent basically the same sentiment out. Good to know that others saw the same thing.
Glaring to me was needing to raise share price to catch the attention of institutional, brokers, and analyst. According to the disclosure after all said, and done, we will be basically where we were last week only with less shares. That is if R/S would have taken place then. Price will have to grow much larger to attract bigger boys.
I stand by my past remarks, grow the business as planned then with growth R/S if needed. That way at least with the R/S the value has a much greater chance to continue up instead of cratering as it did a few days ago.
And I have been in a bunch, and been pushed right out. Maybe this one will be a good one to be in.
I have been in 50 to 1's r/s.
Well, if you put it that way.
Thank you. I may be old fashioned, but I just like at least a somewhat level playing field. After all the promotion of this company doing the right thing, and becoming a legit publicly traded company has been alluded to since the new beginnings. Not sold anything, and going to ride it out.
I did play it both ways. If the future plans play out for the positive we win. If with proven equity in land, and possible acquisitions, and this all fails for the common shareholders it will be worse than before.
I am looking at right now, and we have what a reverse split brings. We have a promise of a brighter day, but I hope not at the common shareholders expense.
When this thing was falling I was buying, but out of cash now.
As of the old days, par for the course. New days, springboard, springboard, springboard.
Thank you and Chief for the brief. Once again I won't get into the what ifs. I have been in this along with others for over 20 years, and a spring board to success without damage to the smaller shareholders would be a true success.
If you care too comment, when you suggested .25 growth during the first quarter, were you basing that with the R/S. Thanks
The key indicator action is if they turn around after the r/s, and raise it again. I don't want to go back to past years. So we wait.
Can't say they didn't tell us. I won't go into the maybe plus, but the glaring histories of failures with R/S for the common shareholders, but hopefully your take for a positive wins out.
I guess that is one way to get the stock to .25. I was hoping more along the lines increased business growth.
Right there with you.
Saw your post. Been a long time. I noticed your position on the summons. Mighty big number, and I hope things play out.
Starting to put my argument together going to prove my position with not knowing what size my brokerage is comparing to others. It has only changed 3 times along with the clearing house since 2012.
Not as many shares as you, but would make a difference during these times.
He is a rumor, recognizable as deja vu, and dismissed just as quickly. He doesn't exist. He was never born. Anonymity is his name. Silence is his native tongue. He is not apart of the system. He is above the system. Over it. Beyond it. ' He's them, He's they. He is the man in black.
I remember the pictures of the mine from years ago, along with potential paint uses for military ships to prevent barnacles, preventative cell phone use in theaters, etc. Either the battery use comes into play, or back to obvious common use which doesn't pay much. Thanks to those willing to help this along this go round.
That has been my consensus all along. The question is for better or worse for the shareholders.
Such a simple matter to make such a big difference in value. Attorney Letter
Apparently in this economic world climate, whatever the numbers are, aren't enough to overcome day trading ups, and downs. If this weren't true we would have volume. Either the company isn't willing to market themselves, or they aren't interested.
Scam companies which have nothing substantive to offer have no problem in creating volume.
Now I for one don't care for those companies, but do care for legit, money making companies in which I was hoping this one will become.
This as far as I am concerned is on the company. They either perform, or not. If they are performing we should see it. I can't imagine a company performing, and they hide it. If they are hiding it, then they aren't for the shareholder, and everyone should run away.
GGSM has connections with another company that for no obvious reason not released an attorney letter that would make it tradeable for all.
So I can understand why there is no volume.
One other in your face event that has been pointed out. The company should be on the cusp of the tourist season in that part of the world.
.02 is great, but back to .13, and .27 is what I am looking for.
So if the transfer agent is sending out forms, are we at their mercy of whether we receive the form in the mail or not? It seems they have a problem not me. They can certainly contact my brokerage, after all they are the transfer agent.
I have been down this road before.
Let me get this straight. The company goes to the expense, and trouble to increase the shares, and then turn around, and R/S them. Give me a break.
Thanks StockrRocket. I was getting a little confused myself. It seems the name change was the holdup there for a while on the push forward, and then it was not, because the company was pushing their business agenda anyway. The company is rolling right along now doing what they said, but that push forward seems stalled as in regards to the share price. Is the business model not moving along at the pace they were seeking, or has the slow name change the hang up. I am a long termer on my stocks, but a little confused on the why we linger is this area when the name isn't important, and the company is moving right along.
Thanks
