What is the question?
Any time lines? What phase is that at? Human testing yet?
Deals.. I say go for it. Don't talk about things you can or might do. Just do it.
Things can only get worse or better. Can't get much worse so I'll hold out hope for better.

Is Chain back?
Who has the magic wallet is the question. Who is the party that ILNS keeps issuing promissory notes to ? Is the Shapiro taking notes?
Looks like normal course of business stuff
Agreed. What I thought was dilution was actually some idiot dumping cheap shares to the benefit of some new shareholders.
A few billion and I would think twice. 350 million on a sub-penny that sells shares to finance a legal fight against Pfe is nothing.
Tiny o/s.
There has only been a 10% increase in the last 3 months not 20% in 1.5 months.
And, lastly, I never question small gifts to charity.
The exerpt you posted is to advise whether there are any lawsuits or pending legal issues that might have an adverse or negative effect on the issuing company. In this circumstance the company is ILNS and apparently no one is suing the company.
The lawsuit against Pfe is not mentioned in the 10q and has never been.
How could it be. It is an unresolved legal mattter that can go either way.
I am not saying ILNS will lose, I am only saying that for the purposes of a financial utterance it has no place in this document called a 10q.
A flipper? Whats the ask?
Same cap makes ILNS = $18/share give or take
Thats what I get for feeding the animals
This is the only time that I have ever agreed with you.
All I see is copyright. No one can re-use copyright protected info to make money. This info is being used as evidence in a court case. That doesn't qualify as a copyright violation
Hey deals, alcohol is bad news. Glad you kicked it. I noticed the chatter about the pfe counter. Is the TOC release being put forward as the breach in question? If so I do not understand how it could be anything other than frivolous. I don't see Oing suffering fools gladly.
Also, you say a little birdie told you Pfe is gonna pay up. Whereas I can understand the use of the counter as a negotiation tool, it suggests to me that Pfe is not a suitor of ILNS.
Is your trip to Vegas planned around news that you were given about a settlement or a sale?
Think mkais meant settlement
It would seem to me, that given the circumstances, there is most likely only one reason for adjourning for three weeks and that reason would be that both parties requested it. I believe that at this point Oing would only grant the adjournment if both parties consented. Again, and as well, if both parties consented it could really only be for one reason and that would be that they were close to a settlement, and the time line would also have been mutually agreed.
To me, that means three more weeks of accumulation.
Lastly, I think pfe is going to buy the company. It is the only outcome that makes sense to me.
Is it even conceivable that there could be a confidentiality agreement? This being a publicly traded corporation and all?
Maybe now you understand
The bright side: he has more time now
Glad I didn't sell, when the sky fell
That would be a new owners concern
No, let's bust a penny
Smiles everyone, better days seem to be coming.
I think its best (right now) to ignore the past and focus on the future. For everyone involved it would be best to ignore the desire to vent on the negative. Maybe, if there is no change in things, then after Feb 8 we can organize a proxy campaign for the future.
To dwell on bad things right now only risks damaging the positive momentum.
Things continue to become more curious
Yeah but... In NY that's minimum wage
Good omen. First time I've ever seen the ILNS overnight ask this high(0.0222).
It'll disappear at the opening, but it sure looks nice while it last's.
I guess at this point we need news. Then we take off.
In the past short while you have turned sour on this stock twice. Each time there has been news the next day. For that reason I'll take your unhappiness as a good omen.
Can you explain the last trade:
28 16:21:23 0.0048 400,000 form t nasd 0.0044 0.0053 400,000
998,945 1,178,333 50,055
What is 'form t'?
Sure. As long as you're happy then I'm happy
Seriously, 'The Backers'? What's that, a strange new breed of alien investors who like to watch their money disappear?
Every snow flake has its day
Haven't read the doc's in question, but at this stage of the game it would usually be the service of a subpoena to appear for discovery/court. Probably served to a Pfe executive or perhaps even served to Chain.
You seem to be suggesting that the release came into existence outside of the efforts of Maza. For me that suggests an inner circle person who is frustrated with the silence. Or Maza playing Jedi mind tricks.
Either way it was nice to see buying pressure. Next step will be more news and hopefully an end to the company selling the stock at less than the market is offering.
Once they stop. Then the cork will pop.
It was a good day in the life of ILNS.
