we can only hope the dumping ends SOON. A few weeks ago, when VNDM backed off, we steadily moved from 0003 to 0011 with NO NEWS. then JC decided to jump in on the dumping party and here we are again. Unlike other pennies that ive seen at these levels, HIPH has few shares at the bid and ask, meaning it can move quickly. Other stocks at these levels could easily show 100m on each side.
