He has no way of knowing...everything he says is pure speculation. But it means absolutely nothing if anyone on the inside sold at .17...they were taking advantage of the SP which went too big too fast (seeing as we had only an intention to purchase at the time).

Gold Rush is on Discovery channel (this past season just ended) and the Hoffman Crew got just over 800 ounces of gold in Alaska. They are getting better each season and hopefully they can find several thousand ounces on the Jota claim...that would garner some attention.

I am loving the bid support for one reason (it helps to further define that this will be the floor from now on). I don't like it because i still want to accumulate a little more but i will take it. Gonna be harder to shake out the weak hands here and we are getting primed for a big pop to new 52 week highs soon.

I will admit the support has forced me to revise my SP prediction upward on funding completion. I think we will blow right past .20

Looking pretty good here... I wanted to comment also on the gold rush season finale. I saw it last night and watched the end where the Hoffman's were looking for a spot in South America....

I remember someone saying in the past that the clip was of them throwing sand in the air and finding a 10 cent pan and being very discouraged... but then they fly over the Jota claims with JJ and they say this is the best looking ground they have ever seen. Then of course JJ says there is $6 billion in gold there. (Seemed like very good odds the next show will be held there)

Made me very excited to see what could come of that. I had heard when i bought in here that we were going to $1.00-3.00 but i was very skeptical. but now that more is becoming clear here I am getting extremely excited and I feel the price could indeed get there.

-ADL closing gives us $90 million over 10 years plus 7.5% of all minerals taken out of there.

LDM could be a very nice find and who knows there could already be a deal in the works for that property.

Next season of gold rush when they start to mine up the Jota claims could be very nice, especially as that would drastically speed up the process in seeing what is there.

Yes perhaps they should have gone a different route but they didn't and it is not their fault that Amarant hasn't finalized the deal they are at the mercy of waiting for them to complete it.

Oh I agree they are completely incompetent but that doesnt mean that they don't have the goods. I feel this is part of the reason for the delays...they are not the brightest and amaratn may be jerking them around a bit at the same time. They also clearly don't know how to play the promo game as they clearly have not been able to attract any new investors which is why the price is stalled at .06-.07 (none of us are selling much but there are no new faces here).

Think about it this way though if they were really trying hard to convince us that this is a go it would seem more like a pump and dump. This doesnt seem to be the case, they clearly don't seem to care about the current SP and this to me suggests they are confident in the fact that this will get done. Delays are inevitable and we have already experienced many...hopefully there will be no more. annnnd once again JUNE-JULY we will all get PAID

Don't forget we are at pre- pump and dump levels. While this may be a scam another round of pumping could make some people here cover their losses or maybe make a small profit. Doesnt look too dangerous at these levels any more. I agree there is really no substance or any legitimacy to this play but that doesnt mean it cant be pumped back to .005 -.01

No one considers the ramifications if this deal was all of a sudden cancelled. People would be going to jail do you realize this?

Do you really think that our BOD or Amarants BOD would make all of this crap up and risk jail time over a fake deal in which neither party has gained anything? Don't forget they have already publically said that this deal is done and we are awaiting the money so to go back on it now would take some real dificult manouvering to avoid being incarcerated.

I just don't think we can hold the .07s until we get a substantial PR. Any tidly shareholder update and back to .065 we go...what i do love about this is that we have a real great and comfortable opportunity to load up in the .06s as this is as low as she goes for the foreseeable future

If it goes to .07s it will come right back to where we are now until we get that real PR. Currently there is nothing to drive the price and nothing to attract new investors, although it is coming

That is fantastic news...the NPV for Medinahs portion of ADL is factored in at zero! It would be much worse if he had said that some of that value was already factored in wouldn't it?

that suggests that when it does come in we will see a very significant increase. It is going to happen. Amarant would have never put a release on their site saying they had purchased it if they were not going to.

think of it this way...it is like if you had something to sell and you had a buyer lined up...you are going to meet with the buyer and the buyer agrees to buy your item with some stipulations...

you then go to someone who has an interest in your item and you say, hey so this person would like to buy our item for x amount of dollars. The person says great, when do you think the sale will be complete? The seller then says well i don't think it will take longer than X amount of time and then you will receive your share of the money. So now the partner of the seller has an expectation of receiving a payout.

The buyer then says, well hang on i have to raise the money and get my board members to approve and blah b lah blah... causing you uncomfortable delays while at the same time they re-affirm their interest in the purchase..

Now the seller is in the position where the partner keeps saying..."wheres the money? wheres the money? wheres the money?

but the seller cannot say where it is as the buyer has not allowed him to.

this is probably a similar thing to whats going on just dumbed down. i really do not think it is Medinahs fault even though they are not great promoters...they put out these crappy updates that are laCKING in substance just so we shut up with the wheres the money talk.

It is next to impossible to come up with a reason why anyone would sell now as there have to be very few shareholders left with a cost avg below .05... not a high risk play at this time but it is high reward. But then again i ask myself why the stock markets are at an all time high when fundamentals no where near justify those levels. People buy and sell for a variety of reasons but in this case I am leaning towards an attempted shakeout

technicals don't mean anything on a fake company...

whatever the pumpers want the price to get to (to make a nice profit) before they dump is where it will go...that could be .01 or it could be .0035 that they are happy with and then back down she goes til .002. tomorrow I guarantee we do not close in the black. some pump and dumpers just made 40-50% gains today.

I was one of those fleeced early in this stock...bought a bit on the first pump thinking i could make a quick 30-50% flip (i know there is no legit company here)...but i got in at the wrong time and watched it drop to .0022... Now the promoters might say something like this company had a 50% gain in one day and its going to go to +0.01...this is my only hope of getting out above my cost average of .005.

anyone in under .005 we may get one more push above that anyone else i would highly adivse against buying above that .005 level...current prices you might do well with though because we will get one more push...

if you need more proof that this is not real then look at GMEC...

another promo by the same company...this stock has gone from .04 -.11...then shortly after that fell all the way down to .035 (on GOOD news that the company released). Shortly after this they released "blockbuster" news of huge revenues...the kind which would send any real penny stock up 1000%...but the stock went from .07 back down to .035... SCREAMS SCAM

Our BOD has no idea has to create buzz and maximize it they pretty much do the opposite which is fine because it leads me to believe they do indeed have the goods and they don't need to flaunt at this time.

As a result of these lack of promotion skills they won't generate any outside buzz it will have to be people stumbling onto this stock on their own...this will take time for buyers to come in.

to an outsider looking in they won't see all the benefits to this investment right away so it will take time to bounce.

I wish it were possible to get to $1.00 in one day but realistically it will take months

That is very true, we can't rely on their being a NSS position to get us to where we want to be... I had a conversation about NSS with a very credible individual in the investment industry (Happens to be the same one who told me to get into this so please do not take this as me bashing) whose comments were along the lines of, if you hear about this it is generally a scam, this is next to impossible to do on a penny stock, however if the NSSers can find a broker who will let them do so then they are nearly unstoppable. In the long run they will always win unless significant changes occur to create tangible value for the company.

I only have one concern right now...

I have seen this kind of thing before, we sit and wait for this BIG news that everyone seems to know is coming (not denying that it is coming by any means). The only problem is that generally when these pending announcemnets are known to everyone the bounce is not nearly as big as it should be.

I can see the PR coming out saying the money has landed but i can also see that getting us to maybe .09-.10 and stalling again for a while...then another final shakeout back to high .07s low .08s and from there (by JUNE) we will start to see new 52 week highs.

I think some here might be expecting us to hit .30 - .50 once that good ol' PR hits. I highly doubt that we will see 500% SP appreciation just like that...also that market cap is a big stretch.

My guess is... .10-.11 on the alto funding....then back to .08-.09...then back to new 52 week highs on exploration of ADL/LDM.

Jota is a wildcard /means nothing at this particular time.

You guys are going to get a heart attack here if you keep up the excitement and anticipation. We are all going to do very very well but it won't be until June. Mark it!
