Yes I understand, however, I just found that the Spyder crawler has been delayed!
IMO This stock might see .10 again or less!
I do not give stock advice, nor do I give advice on entry and exit points.
I just think the Spyder hype brought some money here, and it, the money, may leave tomorrow.

I may lower my standing buy order to .05 cents a share now or maybe just wait and see what kind of impact this bad news will have!
I still think this is an incredable company though with lots of potential.

One reason, looks like they, ATRN, is going down the road of Nasdaq listing, meaning at least a $1 a share in the future.

Here is who I am aware of that is gone.
Callahan, Sales director, this guy now workds at Edgil, he changed his phone number I guess when he moved to Boston.
I tried Callahan first, no reponse, he must be sequesterd!
These three directors bailed in 2008:
On May 21, 2008, Peter M. Zollman, Michael Jackson and Michael Dubreuil, resigned, as Directors of AdStar, Inc.
Today I find out the CFO works at REED, either he can really multitask well, or, he has left Adstar Inc. as well?

Prudent, I looked, I see.
Imo, This guy is a bonified daytrader - (A Pattern day trader)
He has posted 5500 posts sinse May of last year, has a following Of 120 other poster, and, moderates three boards.
He is like my secretary on steroids!
In addition, the SEC believes that people whose account sizes are less than $25,000 may represent less sophisticated traders, who may be more prone to being misled by advisory brokers and/or tipping agencies. This is along a similar line of reasoning that hedge fund investors typically must have a net worth in excess of $1 million. In other words, the SEC uses the account size of the trader as a measure of the sophistication of the trader.
A pattern day trader is subject to special rules. The main rule is that in order to engage in pattern day trading you must maintain an equity balance of at least $25,000 in a margin account. The required minimum equity must be in the account prior to any daytrading activities. Three months must pass without a day trade for a person so classified to lose the restrictions imposed on them. Pursuant to NYSE 432, brokerage firms must maintain a daily record of required margin.
Rule 2520, the minimum equity requirement rule was passed on February 27, 2001 by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approving amendments to National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD).[2]
A pattern day trader is defined in Exchange Rule 431 (Margin Requirement) as any customer who executes 4 or more round-trip day trades within any 5 successive business days.[3] If, however, the number of day-trades is less than or equal to 6% of the total number of trades that trader has made for that five business day period, the trader will not be considered a pattern day trader and they will not be required to meet the criteria for a pattern day trader.[4]
A non-pattern day trader (i.e. someone with only occasional day trading), can become designated a pattern day trader anytime if they meet the above criteria.
If the brokerage knows, or reasonably believes a client who seeks to open or resume an account will engage in pattern day trading, then the customer must immediately be considered a pattern day trader without waiting 5 business days.
Source: Information Memo of Amendments to Rule 431 ("Margin Requirements") Regarding "Day Trading"
If you buy the same stock, at 3 different times in the same day, and close all of that same stock in one trade, that will be considered 3 day trades. If you buy in one trade and sell the position in 3 trades, that will be considered 1 day trade.[6] Three more day trades in the next 4 business days will freeze your account (you can only close existing positions) for 90 days, or until you get $25,000 cash into your account, whichever comes first. This also applies to options.
Under the rules of NYSE and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, a trader who is deemed to be exhibiting a pattern of day trading will be subject to the "Pattern Day Trader" laws and restrictions, which is treated differently from a normal trader. In order to day trade:
Day trading minimum equity: the account must maintain at least US$25,000 worth of equity.
Margin call to meet minimum equity: A day trading minimum equity request is called when the pattern daytrader account falls below US$25,000. This minimum must be restored by means of cash deposit or other marginable equities. Deadline to meet calls: Pattern day traders are allowed to deposit funds within 5 business days to meet the margin call
Non-withdrawal deposit requirement: This minimum equity or deposits of funds must remain in the account and cannot be withdrawn for at least 2 business days.
Cross guarantees are prohibited: Pattern day traders are prohibited from utilizing cross guarantees to meet day trading margin calls or to meet minimum equity requirements. Each day trading account is now required to meet all margin requirements independently, using only the funds available in the account.
Restrictions on accounts with unmet calls: if the call is not met, the account's day trading buying power will be frozen for 90 days or until day trading minimum equity margin call is met again
IMO, a guy/gal like this is so hyper during the day, he/she may mis a diamond in the rough so to speak. His/her main interest may be just the day trading and not the collateral damage he/she leaves behind.
I do my own DD, I have seen many daytraders come and go...
Just my opinion,
thanks for the heads up though!

Three years is a long time, maybe some of them died! I do not know, I do not have a crystal ball, however, I am keen to Bereavement. and death.
One year we lost an accountant, only 35 years old, then a business client. She was only 35, then a VP they said he was just stanking there in PA and he fell over.
I was effected, because I had just met the man and woman.
I had a lot of death around me for a while so I know. Now I believe, I am at pease.
For instance, last year I was at the 7 mile bridge and my friend was pouring her sisters ashes into the ocean, they cremated her.
I had a creepshow around me for a while.

1234, let me give you a simular analogy to this situation to further explain, just my opinion.
Lets say it is time for you to file your tax return and you are late. after about five years the IRS may audit you eventually, however they are busy, might take awhile. Get my drift?
Lets say you were in the hospital for six months and when you got out you didn't have enough money to file, then you procrastinated four more years because you were depressed.
The IRS may or may not audit you, they will threaten you with letters, however, it takes them awhile before they will levy! They literally will give you the benifit of dought because they know things happen, and, they are busy.
I think the S.e.c. is probably about the same way. I have never read about any hardline number of days deadline to comply.
Adstar Inc. is the mother ship so to speak compared to Edgil. When and if Adstar Inc. reports to the S.E.C. then we will have news and the stock will probably run, to who knows where!
It is form D which I am looking for.
If they procrastinate too long I would suspect there will be some sort of audit directed by the S.E.C. and the IRS. Apperently they are still in the grace period, and/or the S.e.c is just busy, I am guessing.
Just my opinion.
In the mean time, any share holder is kind of stuck on the ladder!
Unfortunate but true.
Hope I helped ease your mind.
all of us share holders are waiting....

In five days, nobody can get in touch with the company, including me.
No S.E.C. records.
Everyone that is/was associated with this company appears to be sequestered.
It is a mystery!
I can't find any litigation involved with the company.
Simplest solution:
According to Raptor: The owners gave the company to their kids.
Imagine the original Paparazzi organization. I have a question, have you ever seen a picture of them?
The folks of Adstar Inc. are like an arm of the press, news papers, advertizing, and so on. Like a private contractor maybe.
Everyone retired and someone forgot to tell the share holders, and, the S.E.C.
The owners are in Amsterdam, the kids are in Hawaii.
It is a clear case of absent owners.
