Hey, Eli, what do you think? Don't know. MAM, best to ask Eli, he knows everything.....
Nice half million share buy! Followed by an 820 share sell to knock her down....LOL!
Is that KY or 2MM?
Ah....that makes sense. Thanks, MAM!
Interesting that he thinks that LBSR has the goods but won't invest because lack of financing. If the evidence is strong enough to convince a geologist outside of the inner circle, and this is a humongous project, why not buy a few shares. One would think that Hay Mountain will at least get drilled with less the ideal financing. Right?
LOL! Awesome, love the Pooh reference!
Edit:
At least it looked like Christopher Robin, but I can't see Pooh.
Fed's Bullard says QE3 could last longer than October...
EOM
Thanks, Bella! I guess I like it when the 'bits' make the price go up, not when someone sell 100 shares so that they can buy at a lower price. I hope we get some significant news with the next NR.
100 share trades should be disqualified in regard to share price, but I guess it goes both ways.....
Tombstone is up 100% on volume today.......
NITE is at .011 during pre-market, which is below yesterday's close, which is interesting. Maybe someone wants to use this update to get the hell out.... I don't know.
Timeline recap:
1.Archaeologist (work on pathways) within 2 weeks
2. Drilling permits "within 2 months"
3. Re-scheduled visits to Hay Mountain mid to late October
4. Far East road show November
5. We have a big financing note due in November
Let's not impose false timelines. Some folks imposed a timeline for drilling to start at the end of September.
I appreciate the detailed response from JB!
we will compare at the right time and then make a decision
Not the right time? Waiting to give others a chance?
Does this stick out to anyone?
FWIW, Response from Agoracom:
Question:
Did LBSR receive any offer(s) or proposal(s) for Hay Mountain already but declined?
Answer:
Dear Poltava1,
The following response was provided by company CEO/Chief Geologist Jim Briscoe, "We will take in various offers as we have quite a few pending and we will compare at the right time and then make a decision."
Kind regards,
AGORACOM
VFIN is probably the MM that JB uses to keep the lights on. VFIN is in the front on the ask right now.
Gold getting hammered! Dollar rocketing up....
Thanks, Leif.
Thanks, Bella.
Looks like you may have thrown in the towel here. Good luck to you, Bella. I am cheering for you to get your dream property!
One more question. How does this answer from the company in any way fit the NR yesterday?
In one of the last news releases it spoke of visits to Haymountain by interested parties in September. Just wanted to ask some follow up questions pertaining to this.
Have we had visits already, or are they scheduled for later this month? Do we expect the same number of parties to visit, or have more visits been scheduled since that NR?
Thanks for any update regarding the visits!

Dear Blue4,
Management responded with the following:
The heart of that question is “Are we any closer to a binding agreement for financing?” A general answer is yes, and there is lots of interest, on several fronts. We will continue to announce material events via news release and SEC filings as required, and as we have in the past.
Kind regards,
AGORACOM
Ouch,! Doesn't look good.......
Bella, are we at an indicator for your 'boom' or 'bust'?
I need a cookie. Can you make a batch with painkillers?
Response from Agoracom:
I asked this question trying to fish for something......
Question:
Company CEO/Chief Geologist James A. Briscoe will return to the Middle East for a second time in October for highly-targeted, private capital introduction meetings organized by Naru Capital, which makes this the fourth time Naru Capital and Liberty Star have partnered for investors’ acquisition. The road show will include follow up meetings from Briscoe’s June visit to Saudi Arabia, Oman and Turkey which led to the 10 indications of interest, the first step in sending non-disclosure agreements for the Hay Mountain project and offer the Hay Mountain Project/Mine Finders training program to new potential investors.
It was on the schedule for Mr. Briscoe to return to the Middle East for highly targeted, private capital introduction meetings organized by Naru Capital. Have tensions in the Middle East impacted this road show?
Response:
Dear shareholder,
The following response was provided by management.
Our representatives at Naru Capital have aptly presented Hay Mountain/Mine Finders to their contacts, and Mr. Briscoe has made a presentation to them, completing those presentations on the last day before Ramadan – a very important holiday akin to our Christmas, which lasts for about month including fasting during each day. Everything shuts down. About the time Ramadan was over and everyone was getting back to business the Isis problem, which was underestimated by the US administration, appeared. At this time I think everyone in the Middle East is apprehensive and this makes it hard for decision making. This may help us in the long run but now it is a distraction. We will continue to present Hay Mountain/Mine Finders to interested parties. We believe these proposals hold great importance to investors in the Middle – East. Naru will bring us the appropriate candidates.
Regards,
AGORACOM
Hawk, I'm not ecstatic about the NR yesterday. This is a very difficult time to be invested in explorers. In order to survive, LBSR has to dilute. Delay begets dilution. I have no idea of what is going on behind the scenes. I have to make a decision whether to hold or sell this stock. If I hold, I am not going to pile on and moan day after day about how I am irritated with the company, because it was my decision to take on the risk. If I sell, I am not going to come back and piss on this company either.
GLTU!
Blue
UNBELIEVABLE that there are folks who DON'T EVEN OWN THIS STOCK coming out of the woodwork to bash a junior explorer in one of the most difficult times ever in the industry. I am disappointed with the NR yesterday, but wow, what's up with all the venom and negative energy from these folks? This has always been a high risk play. Metals are getting creamed, juniors are closing up shop left and right, and some majors are be squeezed big time. What the hell?
get a helping of patience cookies
I think I need to get references on where to buy such cookies.....
This vetting was done before the first round in the middle east. Either no one has made an offer, or the offer was not good enough. Folks in the east move slowly. We have bills coming due. We need a sugar daddy...............
going down........
It is yet to be determined if Briscoe will travel to the Middle East for a second time.
This has changed....
Stretching into November........big notes due.
Thanks, Bella! I now have that locked in for updates.....
Yep, and the dentist will need to take some special X-rays, too!
Thanks again, Eli!
Thank you kindly, Eli! Does this seem significant to you?
Help here, please.... Can anyone help me with discovering the changes that were made here?
Thanks!
