1.9 billion bid - $600K
You can't pick and choose to believe the company's financial reports but not believe anything else. That's illogical. Why would you call management a bunch of liars and then choose to believe the financial reports they put out to you.
It's funny what people pick and choose to believe here.
They lie about everything but their financials, is that it?
See quote in previous post and do some math.
AG made $2.7 million flipping Nipton:

Seems I was pretty wrong given how the stock moved the next year.
The reality seems to be they are in a partnership with the largest dispensary owner in the country. Sounds like a good position to be in. If they have less leg-work to do (i.e. they don't own/grow the crops) and just collect rental fees, even better, it means less overhead, less concern with regulatory compliance, and an overall less capital intensive business.
Oh I see, you know what everyone wants. Like that adult businesses don't want to make passive income by hosting marijuana vending machines?
Based on the dots I am connecting, they have a fine business model being strangled by a lock-out from capital markets and non-dilutive financing.
All you imply is the need for a capital raise. That's why the stock market exists, to raise capital for businesses. What's the problem?
They will probably not charge money for it. The better business model is give it away and split profits with the machine's host as well as provide the maintenance and supply of products for the machine.
They will probably install these machines in marijuana retailers or casinos or wherever you have to be 21+ to be at (at no cost to the host), load them will all the products they are making, and split the profits with the hosts.
(12000 sq ft.)*(40g/sq ft.)*(3 harvests per year) = 1,440,000 grams of marijuana produced per year.
Even if they only sold it for $1/g that's $1.5m in annual revenue added.
Average wholesale price is $2/g right now so that's actually $3m.
Laws can be changed. Isn't that what this whole legalization movement has proven?
You imply ERBB spent a million dollars to start a marijuana tourist attraction and didn't expect to be able to sell marijuana there eventually. Doesn't that seem excessively foolish?
Biometrics aren't really necessary when recreational is legal in most states and will be nationally in a short time, possibly 2020. It just has to be a normal vending machine in places where you have to be 21+ to gain access, like cigarette vending machines in night clubs and bars.
Their positioning of a growing operation in Arizona makes sense if they are targeting Las Vegas for deployment of these machines, which makes sense based on what I just stated. I'm sure they are hoping to get some of that AZ bud into Nipton as well.
Redesigned to avoid paying a patent royalty. What's the problem?
It may even just be a negotiating tactic to pressure the patent holder of the previous design to reach an agreement.
This is a good thing.
Nice video about Zazzz vending machines
So you're implying the market makers are cooperating with management to sell shares of this company?
Share selling scam has a $400k bid.. where's that coming from?
The fundamentals here are changing positively.
Market may need more time to recognize that.

*Your ... clearly you don't have the PhD in Chemistry from Stanford like the CEO does.. guys with credentials like that don't need to be running penny scams to make money. Our CEO could be clearing half-a-million a year at any company he wants.
