thanks, good post! I hope we will be a big part of the solution!
I don't know, you'll have to ask Kelly.
Kelly Rodrigo, BA, CCRC
Clinical Research Coordinator
Roskamp Institute
2040 Whitfield Ave.
Sarasota, FL 34243
Phone: 941.256.8018
Fax: 941.756.3681
I think it was the time released trial, it is my understanding that they don't need anymore volunteers. So the trial is in process, I thought I heard it was a 13 week trial.
I don't know, that might be difficult, call Kelly at Roskamp!

Mine was free, I got mine at the store, not on line.
I heard back from Kelly at Roskamp. They aren't accepting volunteers any longer for the nutraceutical study. The only other study for normal volunteers at this time is a memory study for people 60 and older that have not been diagnosed with a memory disorder. Please let me know if you are 60 or older and would like more information about the study.
Glad to see the Roskamp Clinical Trial Enrollment announcement, pretty certain it's the delayed release version of Stars anatabine/Anatabloc. I'm encouraged by developments and management. There's good reasons for optimism and expectations for both RCP and shareholders.
It's a perfect marriage, 50 Roskamp scientist together with Stars patented anti inflammatory anatabine compound, a marriage made in heaven. IMHO.
There are nearly 100 illnesses that would benefit from a drug version of Anatabloc. The delayed release nutraceutical version would benefit users who are currently missing dose dependency.
I have ulcerated colitis, I am on prescription meds and I use Anatabloc, I'm doing well. I still feel a mild ache in my colon that I hoped would have disappear by now. The Anatabloc is a help, I feel much better on Anatabloc. I am hoping that my next Sigmoidoscopy will show enough improvement that my prescription drugs can be reduced. I to listen to my doctor and take the meds he prescribes. I listen to Fassel, Cox and Nuke and all the scientific data. I don't listen to the idiots who try to devalue the merits of anatabine science.
the amount of scientific data on anatabine is amazing. The reports keep showing pro effects and benefits of anatabine whether in vivo or viro. Hundreds of scientist mentioned, that study anatabine is proof positive. Stars anatabine is safe. Is there any wonder why Dr Mullan is working with a vengeance as CEO of Star. I stay long, a spike up could happen, I'm not going to miss it.
the data just keeps coming out, excessive NF-kB is very problematic and damaging.
Stars anatabine regulates the activation of excess NF-kB? and it does it better. Stars anatabine must be worth a fortune!
How soon will the new anatabine drug development be completed? I'll say with out a doubt, that if RCP's anatabine drug is as effective as Anatabloc, it will meet a desperate need and receive Fast Track Designation. IMHO. With nearly 100 illnesses in need of RCP anatabine treatment, It is almost inconceivable what it will mean to medicine and wellness. The value will certainly be great to put it mildly. If I didn't know better I'd say it is to good to be true. I have first hand knowledge I use Anatabloc so I know without a doubt how beneficial as a health and wellness aid it is. I've seen how it helps my wife who has "MS".
I agree with you, RCP and Roskamp have been gathering data for years. Expect rapid progress going forward. I'm excited about the investor/analyst meeting next month.
that could be it, I'm glad to hear they have a new owner.
a whole lot of buying!!!!
I've got it now, it wasn't Lilly it was Abbott that paid 400 million up front for the anti inflammatory drug that later failed ph 3 clinical trials. thanks for reposting, it shows the potential value for a great anti inflammatory drug and Stars safe anatabine is shaping up meet the need. The resent stock action is great.
On another post you said "why wouldn't you buy shares at this price range" I agreed and doubled down, thanks, you helped me make the move I picked up a bunch at .63 cents.

Here's the rest of the paragraph:
In an August 2011 email to her husband and included in the indictment, Maureen McDonnell quoted an analyst who followed Star Scientific's stock as saying, "I am utterly certain that Anatabloc is going to shake our political system to its very roots."
The analyst was right. In a little over a year, Bob McDonnell went from being a possible running mate for GOP presidential hopeful Mitt Romney to fighting not just for his political future, but for his freedom.
IMHO: I'd like to see the McDonnell's cleared, they are good people caught in a political witch hunt.
I think he meant to say policy.
regarding your post and excepts, Im sure of this: The FDA changed it's policy going forward. Existing drug products are out of luck and not eligible for exclusivity. On that point, Stars NDA would come under the new policy, eligible for 5-year NCE exclusivity. The FDA's drug combination policy could mean a huge market for Stars anatabine.
you may be right, it sure make sense to me. Very good post! tks.
I left a message at their site, I should get a response soon, I'll let you know what they say.
I couldn't find it, did you find any information on the Norwegian Archer Pharma? is it Dr. Mullan's company?
ARCHER LTD is on the OSLO exchange, it is in the OIL Services Industries.
I couldn't find Archer Pharmaceutical listed on the US exchange, I thought it must be a private company. I shouldn't have made that leap. Is Archer Pharmaceutical of Sarasota, FL. the same company that is on the Norwegian Exchange? Are you certain they are the same company?
it is interesting that Archer stock is up a few bucks, Archer is a private company, while Star is public, could there be a plan to one day merge with RCP? That might be something Dr Mullan is considering. Just a thought there isn't any real bases for saying it.
the study published in European Journal was authored by RCP.
to the skeptic you are right but to the optimist who can see real change and solid development, coupled with personal results and benefits from over two years of using Anatabloc, it adds up to success. I don't want to procrastinate further.
Your assuming Stars patents are weak and other pharmaceuticals are able to do what Star has done, where is the proof? Who are they that are conducting trials, where are the reports, where are the patents? If it exists, it's the best keep secret going. It appears that all attempt to stop Star have done little, look at Roskamp Institute, need I say more. If you have knowledge of a competitor, an anatabine product rivalry, please let us know.
good post, a buy out of RCP is a real possibility. Wasn't it Lilly that paid 400 million for a anti inflammatory that didn't succeed the ph 3 clinical trials? I just hope what ever happens we can still buy Anatabloc.
You guys contributing research are a real help to the rest of us on the board, thank you!
With all the public interest in Stars as of late, could it be that the FDA is inundated by requests to see Stars response? The FDA would be obliged to post the response. Informing Star is a simple courtesy, nothing more.IMO
good rebuttal by Star, the FDA could defend their warning further or they could accept the fact that Stars product Anatabloc is providing benefits to thousands of satisfied user. The benefits of Anatabloc greatly outweigh the risk. That issue is a deciding factor the FDA will consider.
great information, thanks! Anatabloc continues to preform up to initial claims and expectations. Roskamp and RCP CEO Dr Mullan is a marriage made in heaven.
The appointment of Therodore Jenkins by Dr. Mullan is brilliant. His selection is exciting, Mr. Jenkins is certainly a seasoned can do guy with industry experience. Dr. Mullan sounds confident with his choice, his great team just got better. The product line includes "Anatabloc" a anti inflammatory nutraceutical, Anatabloc is absolutely great. Many of us are benefiting from Anatabloc use. STAR is destined for new heights. IMHO. I bought more shares this morning, with today's news I'm glad I did.
the line isn't broken at the letter, OK, your being ridiculous, it is an abstract representation for looks, the marketing people used artistic liberty, it's not wrong, it's common practice. It's a fair representation for a supplement label.
Is the chemical label wrong?? When I checked with Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia I found the exact chemical label for anatabine as the one shown on the label on my bottle of Anatabloc. The naysayers have reached a new low with another faults attack. If your going to find fault with everything please check your facts first, slander is disgusting.
don't bother, bad idea, keep your air fare. The shareholder doesn't win in a class action suit. Any award won would be consumed by the attorney's fees leaving pennies for the shareholder. While setting Star back further under defense fees and award payment if found at fault. The attorney's get rich on the backs of the shareholder. The attorney's are the only ones who win in flakey suit like this.
your absolutely right, the class action attorney's are the bad guys. A class action suit is bad for shareholders and good for attorney's. Anatabloc is a great product, Star is on a good path with good management, the future has never looked better.
Thanks JayD, love to see your posts!
Thales you sound like a mad man tonight. But I get it, it's not big pharma.
When big investors, traders, institutions, mutual funds, want to buy a big bunch of stock would they hire stock bashers and editors to cause downward pressure on a stock so they can purchase the stock cheap during fear and panic selling. Do you have any knowledge of that practice? I'm asking because obviously you know more than I about the short side of business. I watch to much TV so I'm some what of a conspiracy theorist.
good post!!
