I'm expecting few more flat days before major run will take place, this is just my observation and I noticed it more than 10 years ago trading Lifeline BioTechnologies, Inc. (OTC:LBTT), one day it was a huge spike in volume without any changes in price and few days later major run began..... Just my opinion of course, I always pay special attention to this kind of trading anomalies. IMHO

Let me tell you something.... I'm investing for well over 20 years, many years ago I learned one very important indicator which works very well in Penny Land..... it is UNUSUALY HIGH VOLUME IN ONE DAY combined with VERY LITLLE PRICE MOVEMENT..... This always works, an early indicator before HUGE price appreciation..... IMHO... smile

With this speed Company will need to increase AS by mid of July, two weeks from now, and 2 Billion AS may be a wishful thinking..... Remember? last year they tried increase AS to 3 Billion and I do have feelings this is exactly where we are heading..... very sad but looks to me like 1 year ago BOD already knew what kind of DUMPIN FESTIVITY they will provide and they deliver every friking week for the last 7 - 8 Months..... Yuuup, I feel soooo excited!!!...... do you? IMHO

The one reason this thing is going nowhere is.... DILUTION!!!!!
This crap may only go DOWN until they finish diluting.... the question is.... will they ever finish diluting? every time this stock go two ticks up is immediately knocked down with dilution.
Dilution without the news and more dilution with the news, 3 PR'S in a row equals 3X dilution..... totally hopeless. IMHO

jotuk6771.... Can they sell 2 Mil proffered shares to private investors? Sell and pay-off ALL outstanding Toxic Notes.... wishful thinking of course.... then we can continue with the current plans and without any further dilution.
If they can pull something like that and with the plan for centralized Mill in place this stock would be at 10-20 cents in a heart bit..... How much money they could obtain with future dilution of 100 Mil shares at .20 cents?..... A lot I would say. IMHO

The company is using private placement, meaning deals with accredited investors, toxic financers in our situation ...

GO4AWILDRIDE..... Yes, this is correct, unfortunately there is no way around it, unless...... company get some cash and will pay-off those toxic notes before dilution take place, this can be done but of course nobody is doing it, received cash is already gone, new founds are not available so dilution continue.
I wish the Company could sell stock directly in too the Market and use that cash to pay-off ALL outstanding Notes, I don't know for sure if this is even possible but what they could do is to issue Preferred, get the cash and then pay-off all Toxic Notes which should stop this senseless dilution, I know this is lots of money but at the end it would be worth it and good for everybody but for some reason nobody is doing it so we keep losing money, Group8 is losing money, everybody is losing except Toxic Note holders.
This whole situation is the main reason why holding this stock long term, and I mean VERY long term, is no longer an option for me, current AS will be diluted to the Max, future, increased AS, will also be diluted, to what extend we not yet know, but it will, and after that Company will have only one option left...RS.. frown .... it won't happen this year or even next year but it will happen for sure, sometimes RS is a good thing but in OTC/Pinks Land in 99.999% is a very bad thing and everybody will lose money.
As for now.... dilution will continue but with current Company direction we still have lots of room for a very hefty PPS increase, the plan presented at the webinar need to work and Mill has to be build then we all will be very happy.
Last week dilution of 44 Mil shares represents around $213,000, lots of money and to be honest I do not know who was cashing in on last week dilution. IMHO

In my opinion yesterday was a turning point here, it did not materialized in increased PPS today but do not make a mistake.... this stock will be significantly higher in a near future, turn around won't happen overnight, especially after company was screwing everybody around for the last 7 months, in my opinion..... stock price will follow as soon as things promised in yesterday webinar starts becoming reality.
People always think they still have time to buy for the cheapest price..... well, this was the case for the last 7 months but I'm not so sure if this will be the case for the next 7 weeks or even next 7 days.... too many good things coming our way and last year may very well repeats itself here, even with AS increase this stock may very easily surpass last year high or in my opinion will go to .15 - .20 cents with Mill in operation, resumed production, good financing in place and new contracts.
This stock can move very fast and it will.... we only need one good and surprise News to start this ball rolling again. IMHO

OK.... with 10Q we now know the real situation facing FLPC, what we do not know is..... what Jimmy is doing to address this problem.... let wait for one or two official news releases (I'm expecting in next few days) and see what do they have for us.... if not much then this game is certainly over and there will be no way back from this hole.
I was expecting better financial showing in today 10Q but I'm also not too surprise.... at this point somebody need to put money on FLPC table, and lots of them, to make this thing work.... next 1-2 PR's will tell the whole story here.

Pit.... Company will gain NOTHING with RS at this moment, I disagree with you on that topic but if they increase AS and AGAIN flush everything in to the toilet with endless dilutions then yes RS will be more than likely scenario, as of now.... let see 10Q first and let see what they learn from previous mistakes.... if nothing then the game here will be over.... finito!
One more thing.... this time around is what counts, there will be no another 10Q, no more promises, this time around is the time to show me the money... or else, I'm sure may longs and short players get the same idea so they better do this right this time. IMHO

Tradeinman.... I thought you said you are completely OUT of FLPC??.... Not like I care or something but to be honest, I don't think this is the time to sell, this or I say NOW is exact time to buy or add more shares.
This stock will run and will run hard, maybe not to a Dollar... smile but will make good money for anybody smart enough to buy at this level, as you know I'm very frustrated with this Management but at least they are trying to put everything on track again but with future AS increase this stock is no longer long term or let say retirement investment for me, company flushed this idea strait in to the toilet with Millions of diluted shares but as a short term investment, gamble at this point, it looks very attractive..... people should be buying, not selling at the moment..... timing in this Market is everything. IMHO

I am really only interested in what is best for my own investment

We almost there... .0039 AH...... .0003 PPS will cost us 430M shares of dilution, which we do not have at this moment.... any idea why BOD already talking Authorized increase? Talk is cheap and time is running out for this Company, It is also time for this Company to Show-me goods and progress or else, if they don't deliver this time around and I mean deliver now then they are as good as dead IMHO

.003 PPS: $70K Convertible Note will cost us around 43M shares of dilution ...
"Only" 14M @.001 / 7M @.002 and so on...

Yes, it was the same Management and seems to me like decision made one year ago to make Fencemaker Mine up and running was a very bad decision.... do you think it was good decision? Price per Share doesn't lie which was decimated by 7 months long (and still ongoing) relentless dilution due to that decision..... It was Bad decision (one of many) made by Bad Management.
Maybe they learned by their mistakes?..... we will see but don't count on it. IMHO

What about the Good Management who made Good Decisions and got Fencemaker up and running years earlier than anyone would have expected? What happened to them? Oh wait, it's the same management.

goodboy2.... very good questions, in my opinion Bad Management who made Bad Decisions, but to be completely honest an idea to be involved in strategic Minerals Sector is a fantastic idea bud executions of this idea was as bad as FLPC Management is.
On top of that I would add one more reason...... Bad Advice..... we all know the value Murdock brings here..... I should not say value, all they bring is 7 months of price destruction and Company on the verge of total collapse.
At the end MANAGEMENT makes all decisions and they, not anybody else, are responsible for everything we are witnessing here.
I also hope this week will be better for all of us.... IMHO

Dar's Gold in dem dar hills... along with Silver, Lithium, Uranium and Antimony, so why is this price so low?????????

Don't take this personal, I'm not angry at you, I'm only angry at myself, and not as much as you may think, for being so foolish and believing in this Management team, I always thought that Don, Bob and the rest of FLPC management are totally different from the rest of OTC/Pinky Land and totally honest people, unfortunately they sold us, kinda throw us under the bus with no regrets and without any explanations what so ever.
I also said this so many times..... at the end Company may succeed but we who supported them from the very beginning.... will NOT..... sound like typical, sad Pinky story. IMHO

As far as I remember, and I was here one year ago, people did exact the same math, by then we had WORKING Fencemaker mine, with lots of picture to prove it, and we got shipment antimony on stand-by ready to go to china with revenue projections!! also by then it was controlled rather insignificant dilution...... Now, what we have is CLOSED Fencemaker antimony mine with only God knows when it will be in operation again, no prospect of any kind for antimony shipment for long time to come and on top of that we have MASIVE and I mean MASIVE, almost uncontrolled dilution, kinda 7 months and counting daily share DUMPING FEST with no end inside.... BTW, nice close today.... NOT!
Talk is cheap, to bad nobody is listening at this point, on another hand last 7 months of PROGRESS speak volume.... so do the math. IMHO

Last year many people did the same math..... it didn't work out very well, or did it?..... so keep counting your chickens before they even hatched....2+2 is not exactly 4 with this management.
They lost credibility and re-gain lost trust is a very hard thing to do especially when you see VFIN sitting all day today selling diluted garbage, no wonder they already seeking Authorized increase. IMHO

Stage 4 has target date for summer 2015..... more than one year from now and it looks good, almost perfect but...... there is one BIG problem here...... DILUTION!!.... with this speed one year from now there will be nothing left, no value what so ever, for current, long term shareholders.
What I'm saying is.... current Authorized and OS will be maxed out, future Authorized increase is almost certain and OS to be also maxed out and then is Reverse Split when all long shareholders and supporters of this Company will lose everything.
If this 4 stage plan works and be successfully implemented then in 1-2 years from now Company may be very successful and worth your investment money but as of now FLPC is ONLY good as short term play.... DILUTION may not kill the Company but certainly will kill your investment.
At this point anybody who consider long term investment in FLPC need a good head examination..... I would be very excited if we were at Stage 4 right now but at this point where we are 6 months away to Stage 1 is hard to get any excitement at all.... If Company is looking to regain shareholders TRUST then dilution need to stop immediately, need to stop NOW and stop COMPLETELY.... DILUTION changes EVERYTHING..... especially in Pinky Land.

Tradeinman..... right now I feel the same.... pretty sad consider what could it be, I always thought our Management Team will make a difference...... Man, I was so wrong.
Right now I'm only waiting for a bounce if we see such a bounce , I hope it will come because I don't like losing money but in this case as I just said..... I don't care anymore.
Year ago, also at the same sub-penny level it was excitement here, trust and bright future for us shareholders and the company.... today is almost nothing left.
I do not know how Bob and Don can sleep at night, in any scenario I will be fine but many people here put all life savings in to this stock and if FLPC go down they will loos everything.... houses, families.... everything! ..... very sad. IMHO

I am starting to feel like I am caring less and less for this stock, maybe the BOD got this feeling a while ago? Sure seems like it.

Let me tell you one thing.... even with this monumental PPS collapse I'm still sitting at the very hefty profit..... how are you doing? I always said people should invest only as much as they willing to lose and this is exactly what I did so I really don't care.
They Fuc*ed-up and They need to find way out this hole, no more padding on the back from me..... not anymore. IMHO

I would better see them go Chapter 11 and BK knowing THEY (FLPC Management) did not get any more Authorized increase.... I don't care anymore, they Fuc*ed-up so they need to fix it or else, if this means BK then be it..... do you get it? IMHO

You need your head re-examine, are you working for the Company or what? they still have 400 Mil AS shares left, can you compute this number?.... 400 Mil left and they use 180 Mil in last 12 months, dilution was and still relentless and you are for more of this sh*t?... my God, take a cold shower and try sober out..... why do they need any increase at all?... this is plain suicide. IMHO

New OTCQB Eligibility Standards
We will be implementing a one penny ($0.01) bid price requirement which is intended to remove companies that are most likely to be the subject of dilutive stock fraud schemes and promotions. Any company that has traded below a penny for any length of time is not creating value for its shareholders and is therefore more appropriate for the open OTC Pink marketplace. This new requirement will become effective on May 1, 2014.
Bid Test
All current OTCQB companies that do not meet the minimum bid test (minimum bid price of $0.01 per share as of the close of business for at least one of the previous thirty consecutive calendar days) will be removed from OTCQB beginning May 1.

Let's discuss a year from now?.... Really?....you can't be serious, one year from now there will be nothing left to discuss.... BTW... in this speed this game will be over in 3 months from now..... No, PATIENCE is not a very good word here, we were patience for last 12 months and what we get for being patience?.... 0.0062 PPS..... a true BLUE CHIP stock...... unbelievable. IMHO

Last year Company had no choice, OS was almost maxed-out so they needed Authorized increase, today there is more than 400 Mil share left in OS..... why THEY already talking about increasing Authorized? what do they planning to do?
In past 12 months OS increased by 180 Mil and dumping was and is still relentless, there is a room for another 2 years of similar dilution....... can you imagine two more years of similar dilution? they can do it without any Authorized increase.
If 400 Mil shares left in Authorized is not enough then God help us...... how many more shares they paling to dump on us? they start talking Authorized increase and at the same time they like to re-establish trust with shareholders?.... what a joke.
Trust is something people need to earn, once is lost is usually lost for good..... yes, this is for you Bob, last year you had all shareholders trust in the World and you lost it.
People who still believe FLPC is a long term investment need their heads re-examine. IMHO

Like most I am not happy with any further increase to the OS but what choice is there?

Let me summarized last 6 months of Company achievements here.....
First and the biggest one..... Company stop mining Antimony.... only Antimony mine in USA and can't find any local buyers?.... what do I'm missing?
Antimony shipment to China still missing... WTF I would say but I'm guessing this little detail is not bothering some posters on this board.... Right?
Mill in LoveLock.... I wonder who will pay for it because nobody in the right mind will put any serious money on the table at this point...... oh right, there's lots of Toxic financing available....Ring, Ring!!! ..... company can always increase AS to pay for this Sh*it.... Right?
And hello to Murdock...... guidance to the future..... future dilution and future failure.... I'm guessing this is also fine with some on this board.
180 million shares added and NOBODY knows for what reason and where did they go.... even at 1 cent this is $1.8 Mil..... this actually bothers me a lot, what did THEY have done with our money?
I would provide more FLPC achievements and success stories but Company stop communicating with us (6 months ago)....... so this is it.
Thanks to Murdock this stock is completely finished.... only short play left here, even with that people need to be very quick and very careful not to be left with empty bags...... typical Pinky, nothing more.
One last thing I will say.... I won't stick here for another AS increase..... this will be sure death sentence for this stock and point of no return but to be honest..... I think we already in un-control downfall here. IMHO
