And the key words there are expects to be completed by the end of the Second Quarter, 2013, so there is no reason to think it's not still on, go STOA.

I think that all depends on what the company is doing exactly and what they have submitted to the sec before the Quiet period is required to be announced, and as we do not have this information so we can not possibly be sure it is required that they must announce it first imo. STOA.

EXPERT GROUP CLARIFIES PRESS RELEASE AND CERTAIN RELATIONSHIPS
Due to a number of inquiries from outside parties to the Corporation and outside parties, Expert Group,
Inc. is providing the following statement to clarify recent developments about the Company and its
ownership.
The former proprietors and founders of Pleasant Springs have extended by means of a lease with an
option to buy, the plant, property and equipment as well as the use of name of the Corporation. The entire
facility is contracted by Expert as a lease and not an asset of the Corporation. Those founders, Dr.Terrell
and Mrs. Davis, are not owners of the public corporation. Further, there is no direct relationship between
our CEO and the Davis family. As a courtesy we respectfully request these private citizens be afforded
their privacy as they have been inundated with calls by outside albeit enthusiastic investors.
In addition, on January 11, 2013, the Corporation announced it had been extended credit and placed an
order with Tricor Braun to provide bottles and labels. Due to an inordinate amount of calls from outside
parties that relationship and opportunity has been withdrawn and terminated by Tricor Braun. The
Corporation did place an order for bottles, but has not taken delivery as the credit terms were not
extended as they were understood prior to placing the order. We deeply regret the harassment that was
caused to Tricor and will look to repair that relationship as well as mitigate any further harm to their
Corporation.
Due to these factors the Corporation had been delayed in receiving bottles and producing end product for
sales. The Corporation has found other providers for these services to which they have placed orders for
bottles and labels and will update our investors shortly. Pleasant Springs has made changes in its vendor
choices largely due to liabilities and price concerns which in the long term are more advantageous to the
Corporation and its margins.
Lastly, Expert Group is no longer pursuing an acquisition of Family Vending as a result of a “due on
sale” clause by one of the creditors of Family Vending which would have required a significantly greater
amount of capital than previously known. The Corporation has since focused on its core business of
bottling and
