Taco, if that's the case they should tell us so. What if the majority of investors wouldn't want to pair up with company "A". Remember, the management at Fuse are supposed to answer to us shareholders because they work for us. Theoretically, without us they don't have a job....
Look, this is easy to understand. Tuffin, DJ, Tiger et al have each other's back. They're milking this thing for every dollar they can muster. Don't kid yourself, if Fuse folds, they'll walk away with barrel loads of dough and us long investors will be left "hung out to dry". Think about it, who does Tuffin answer to right now? Adler? Adler's father? HOW ABOUT US INVESTORS! We need to pressure Tuffin to open up the books and be totally transparent. Tuffin appointing himself as acting CFO smells more than fishy.....
I'm very heavily invested in the 40's and unfortunately can't average down. What really chaps my butt is that Fuse management promised timely updates on relevant company activity. The silence has been deafening! It "appears by rumor" that some contracts or deals have fallen through (which ones Fuse?), target distribution sites identified earlier have empty shelves (why Fuse?), and past PR's, as a whole, provide very little detail; they actually generate mostly speculation (why Fuse?). As stated by several people, Tuffin's qualifications have come into question. Personally, I don't believe he's up to the task and should be replaced. Just my $0.02
BdDub, kylelele, and OPC, excellent posts today! You guys are absolutely correct, talk is cheap. And, all we've been getting from Fuse for months is just talk or noise. No meat to the message. BTW, this DJ guy doesn't impress me at all. The "cheesy" smile he wore in the Tuffin interview was due to all the gold doubloons deposited in his off-shore account for making a "token" appearance. Oh yes, as Obama would say, "he didn't do it by himself". LOL. If Fuse survives this year, it will be on the back of all us "longs"; what a great thought to ponder......
Absolutely rookie48!
Sorry, BdDub, but at this time I can't share your optimism. This whole thing with DROP smells of stock manipulation. That's why predictions posted here are all over the map. Very disconcerting to me as a heavily invested "long". And, unfortunately, some of us can't afford to average down any more so we're left holding the bag.
Ditto JagsFan
Really good information and posts this morning. However, what I've been hearing for days (actually weeks) is "when", "if", "could be", "perhaps" and the list goes on. Way too much speculation and not enough facts being generated by Fuse management. As a long investor, I feel abandoned and basically used. The lack of much needed updates on such things as product availability and distribution avenues speaks volumes. "No news is good news" doesn't apply in this situation IMO. Have absolutely no idea where this stock is headed :(
More and more convinced every day that this stock is being manipulated in some form or fashion...please, please get back to 0.30-0.35 so I can dump all my shares and move on!! My distrust of Fuse management grows exponentially the longer I hold this stock.:(
BG, for once I agree with you (this is hard to admit:) ). No matter what you believe or hope to happen with this stock, the "brothers" (Tuffin, Woods, DJ et al) are going to stick together and take care of each other! They're stuffing their pockets every day with our investment money and could care less about our sentiment. I've been long with Fuse for over two years but if the pps even gets close to 0.30 again, I'll be gone, done. Tired of the "pump and dump" actions that continue repeatedly. This is my last ride with a pink; it has definitely been a LEARNING experience. Each to his own. Good luck to all you longs and shorters.
GratefulSteward, I applaud your good intentions with the "open" letter to DJ. You may want to consider sending it e-mail to Fuse's IR dept. and see what response, if any, you get. Most likely, they will discount it altogether since it touches on the religious aspect of things. And we both know that religious principals have no place in the investment or financial realm. NOT! I've dealt with more than one financial adviser or planner that needed to read Ecclesiastes 11:1-6 to understand where the term "diversified portfolio" comes from!! They would have you think it's some great investment strategy that they conjured up.....
Yeah, where is Tiger the "king" of the drops? As usual, absent. As I've stated for months, Woods would never have been my choice for our poster boy of sorts. He's basically done nothing. Maybe he thinks his picture is worth millions?? Everyone on this board knows that this company needs major advertising in the worse way and product on the shelf. Just continuously "talking" about the potential of their products and technology, deals in the making, and demand outpacing production isn't getting the job done. What will get the job done? How about SALES & MARKETING, generating REVENUE for sustained operation!! Get real Fuse management; do your job!! Feels like we've been throwing good money after a dead horse....BTW Fuse, you've gotten my last dollar of pump money...
Hope I'm wrong, but IMO I think the pop has already been factored into the pps by the "insiders" or "big money". So, the teaming up with Walgreens may have little to no affect on the pps in the near term. Again, hope I'm wrong on this one. One thing for sure, if it ever hits 30, this investor is out of here! Absolutely tired after some 2 yrs. of on-again/off-again deals, some product/no product, missed deadlines and the list goes on and on. It's gonna take more than DJ and Tiger to make this company viable. Maybe after 3-5 years DROP hits $1 again but this investor is not willing to wait that long with Fuse barely above water now....and possibly sinking...
Excellent post Bay, excellent!
Ditto whyfuse ditto. Was expecting a lot more from Fuse. Should have bailed at 28 and taken my "lumps". A TERRIBLE financial decision on my part.
TAC, they need to announce something to check the bleeding right now. The drop from 27 to 17 has me nervous...
Vera_lynn12, you're very business savvy; in plain terms what's happening here?
Good PaulyOwen?? From what do you base your optimism? Thanks.
Hope you're right UHD.
Good gosh, what's happening!! Major volatility!!
No rookie48, I live in Columbus, Mississippi. Yes, Charlotte is a great city; I've learned to love it a lot from just visiting. Ready to see some PF, EF, and EJ on the shelf at Dicks Sporting Goods, close to my daughters house. Have a great weekend.
Hello rookie48. Glad to see a NC investor on the board. My daughter lives in Charlotte. I make that 8-1/2 hr. trip VERY often! GLTY
Brrrruuuuuuhahahahahhal. Thanks HS for the quote of the day about bgrass's speculations being right.
Too bad HSmith you think the Fuse products are so terrible to even try them yourself. How about buying some PowerFuse for a buddy's birthday?? Might bring in a new client or perhaps an investor. Oh well, some people still want to drive a KIA while working at a Acura dealership....go figure.
So you think that the "goo" being in Wal-mart, Walgreens and CVS is miniscule?? Where would you like to see it sold??
Ditto rookie48 on the Walgreens and CVS.
Well heck bgrass, you had a 50-50 chance of getting it right (ref. up or down). Everybody has those odds!! How about posting some positive things about Fuse so that more investors will come our way....
PR sounded pretty straight forward to me. The approach Fuse is proposing to ramp up production and solidify a distribution network (this may take Dicks completely out of the picture) is basically what I would do in their position. DJ's involvement with Fuse may take the company in a totally different direction than previously planned. This may be a good thing. Hopefully the latest infusion of capital will be significant enough to put Fuse over the top (i.e. ability to provide adequate product quantities to exceed demand, provide a level of working capital to sustain operations and initiate a robust advertising campaign which has been missing to date). The latest round of activity is more than just action by penny chasers IMO; it shows that some "heavy hitters" now have a "dog in the hunt". Time will tell won't it? What say ye BG and Wex?
Why the fuss BG?? It's called normal profit taking. People do want to make money with DROP, don't they? Just a typical up and down for DROP. Relax already!
Several good posts Info, Tac, Shore, & Bay.
Rick85, what's up my friend. It's not like you to be the least bit pessimistic about DROP. Sure, this run-up may be just a spark and not a fire but, IMO, DJ is a "heavy hitter" and he may be just the "fuel" that Fuse needs to really get hot.....For once I can see that this pinkie may truly be a home run. Yes, there will be some profit taking; isn't that why we invest, to make money? If DJ can't put Fuse on the map, then we all might as well suck it up and take a loss on this one. I hope BG and his merry band of followers are wrong this time around.....Chin up!!
Eagle, I must have missed the news about a pharma deal this year. Where/when was this information provided. Thanx much.
BG, you're dead wrong. Watch and see my friend, watch and see. Your repeated inference that Fuse is nothing but a sophisticated pump and dump is most likely driving new investors away. To recover your investment, and no less make some money, wouldn't you want to be a little more positive toward Fuse and its management staff?
From the sidelines after reading all the posts today and listening to the interview with Tuffin and Johns. IMO, all the puzzle pieces are starting to come together. Without a doubt, Johns may be the part that's been missing to finally get Fuse off the ground and out of the mud so to speak. I believe he will be instrumental in securing financing, along with advancing product production and distribution. Johns came across as "solid" with personal experience from using the products. Tuffin was very well spoken, didn't stumble, stammer or "beat around the bush". It was also a solid performance by our CEO. This has been a long ride for many of us long investors (yes, I know one does not invest in penny stocks) but for once in some time I feel we now have a fresh horse under the saddle. Fuse is a home run boys and girls. Watch and see.
Thanks everyone for the clarification! Now I need to decide if this can be a good thing or a death warrant for us long guys....hmmm
Most people (I'll venture to say 90+%) who have tried the "goo in a tube" say that it works great. We can return to this topic when DROP flies past $1.
Infoseeker, are you familiar with the HUGELY successful crossfit gyms in Alabama called Iron Tribe? I have somewhat of an inside track to the CEO and owner for all those franchises. I believe I'll touch base with him and push the Fuse product lineup. He's a super guy and super business savvy. BTW, he holds the franchise rights in several states for Fitness Together (great one-on-one training studios).
Bgrass, I'd be careful throwing around the word "morons". In fact, most on this board disagree with you vehemently. And you say about EJ, "a wholly ineffectual muscle rub". By what standard or measure my friend do you conclude this? Provide some real "take-it-to-the-bank" facts. Your use of conjecture has become such a joke; doesn't that bother you in the least?
Rick85, don't waste your time trying to answer such ridiculous, argumentative questions. Those two guys are just trying to get a "rise" out of somebody. Most investors that post here have done their DD, understand how the various products work, and realize the difficult process of taking a product from the lab to market. Everything is going to come together for Fuse shortly, then these two guys will become surprisingly quiet.
This stock is going nowhere without product on the shelf, significant advertising, additional financing options, and a bunch of jocks hitting the airwaves. My patience is growing verrrrrrrrry thin and I'm a "long hauler". Something positive needs to happen soon to "right" this ship or it may be going under....... :(
