Pop, I agree with what your saying about expectations. I think that with al,most every board you find this... However, I will admit, even though you want to see the numbers you posted. this company will die fast. I think the MSFT deal is substantial. if they cant show YA the door or cant take those steps to showing its going to happen,.. this thing is gonna slide right into oblivion.. probably face value of the paper. Also, I dont think the value of NEOM comes from campaign mgmt. I find it silly you try to sell that idea here. the value of patents right now in this sector/industry is huge. I would like you to tell me how they would actually generate enough rev. doing campaign mgmt. thats more designed for the mom and pop shops. not publicly traded companies...but thats IMO

My hopes is that the deal with msft was significant enough to buy back a good percentage of the debt or retire it all together. Wont happen, While I am trying to be optimistic, I have a cloud of darkness that looms with YA's control. I would consider it a real positive sign if mgmt at NEOM would start acquiring shares themselves,,, that would be the real indicator that YA is on there way out. I assume that the compensation for the board members are just like that of YA. one it drops below a price thresh hold it converts like YA? no?

One the results of the deals, more pointedly, the MSFT deal. What I hope to see is a deal where they can pay off debt and have enough cash on hand for cont. operations into the foreseeable future. If they can show YA is headed out of the door, immediately or in the near future, the street will see this as a positive sign.. and with future lic. deals, if handled the same way, would catapult this stock into the ,.... GREEN? Well, I think things have changed. The qr code industry is in its infancy right now, in 2009, who really had smart phones... in 2003, when i was watchin cause of paper click.. the market wasnt ready,... it is now. If LM is worth a grain of salt, we should all benefit. I am no but i am sure i could come up with a plan to sever YA and focus on the actual shareholders.

NoeReader FB page is getting tons more exposure. They were at 1200 "likes" around oct. 16th. Now all of a sudden they are at 3500+ right now on oct 21st. what has changed in the last week? It seems that something is going on regarding exposure to the neoreader,. what? how? Is it the MCDS Monopoly game? Is it cause it is preloaded on certain phones? Has anyone scanned the code on the mcdonalds paper for there trays? lookin forward to the next couple of weeks

I have been watching this since about 2002-2003.. paper click ya know. the smart phone, the internet, and commerce has converged to a point that NEOM patents are actually of great value. the next few weeks will be interesting. The blurp they released yesterday is one of the most positive things I have seen as of yet. I think we are going to be surprised.... if there was any demand on the stock today... it would be at a penny no time flat. I think the tides have turned. I doubt that we will need to borrow more money. The real question is how YA and the current debt be handled? regardless of how this plays out, the first thing they need to do is address YA. The MSFT deal could lay the foundation of how rev. will be handled internally by NEOM. The dilution factor needs to be addressed. even small deals will add up. Ilook to FB, GOOG and AAPL to sign within the next couple of quarters. Big things are happening in the industry. Best buy just announced that they will match the best online price. They use QR codes and are clearing up the issues they are having. Either way, this stock is undervalued.. period. I just hope there are enough smart people at NEOM to make this fly for ALL shareholders, not just YA. fingers crossed.

YA is diluting. buying back.. YA does not believe in capital appreciation. they make there money by setting up a scam where they are rewarded for destroying equity ventures. they do not breed success.

What did insta gram sell for. came out to be like 33/35 dollars per subscriber. How many pre installed readers does neom have? The 10 Q will tell a little story. I am fearful of it.
