PC Gold Intersects 10.73 g/t over 4.30 m including 39.12 g/t over 1.00 m in the New No. 23 Vein Zone
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 4, 2012) - PC Gold Inc. ("PC" or the "Company") (TSX:PKL)(FRANKFURT:AJ2) is pleased to report further results from the 2012 drill program, targeting the newly identified No. 22 Vein area (444.38 g/t over 1.50 m, see news release January 11th, 2012) located in the Shaft 3 area at Pickle Crow. Additional drilling has identified a new vein system within the No. 22 Vein area, now named the No. 23 Vein zone, which consists of 3 distinct parallel veins. Previous intercepts within the No. 23 vein system include 3.24 g/t over 10.15 m (See Press Release January 23rd 2012) and 23.80 g/t over 0.75 m (see Press Release April 18th, 2012).
No. 23 Vein Zone Highlights:
10.73 g/t gold over 4.30 m from 168.00 to 172.40 m including 39.12 g/t over 1.00 m in hole PC-12-276
The No. 23 Vein Zone has been intersected in 9 holes, 6 of which have returned visible gold
Three distinct gold bearing veins within the No. 23 Vein Zone
No. 22 Vein Zone Highlights:
1.27 g/t gold over 10.60 m from 101.00 to 111.60 m including 8.96 g/t over 0.50 m in hole PC-12-273
Multiple thick zones of quartz veining intersected.
Commenting on the results, JP Chauvin, President and CEO said: "The No. 22 and now No. 23 vein zones continue to return impressive results. The lack of exploration this close to the historic mine workings is a real opportunity for us to add high-grade ounces as we continue to explore this new section of the core mine trend."
PC drilled a total of 4,579 m in 28 holes during this drill program which concluded on May 15th. The drill program intersected veining in 25 of 28 holes, twelve of which encountered visible gold, and one of which (PC-12-253) returned 137.19 g/t over 1.00 m with abundant fine-grained visible gold (see Press Release March 5th, 2012). Results for holes PC-12-270 through PC-12-274 including partial results for PC-12-276 are tabulated in Table 1 below. Results for the remaining five holes, PC-12-275 through PC-12-280, are pending and will be released once the assays have been received.
The No. 22, 23 and other high-grade veins located south of Shaft 3 area are likely, with further drilling, to contribute additional resources to the Pickle Crow Mine which currently hosts a 1.26 million ounce NI 43-101 inferred gold resource* (10,150,000 tonnes averaging 3.9 g/t gold, cut, diluted and constrained). This includes a higher grade underground component comprising 1.1 million ounces averaging 5.4 g/t gold, including a high grade vein component of 600,000 ounces averaging 9.3 g/t gold, which the Company is focused on proving up.
The No. 22 and 23 Vein Zones are hosted within volcanic and gabbroic rocks of the Confederation Assemblage, which traditionally were not thought to host Pickle Crow type veins, and therefore have experienced little exploration. The lack of historic exploration and drilling on this part of the core mine trend is likely due to the swampy surface projection of these veins.
The No. 23 Vein Zone is located approximately 400 m south of Shaft 3 and consists of upper, middle and lower veins possessing a south-southwest strike and plunging to the northeast. The stacked veining of the No. 23 Vein zone is reminiscent of the en-echelon vein system which comprises the historic, No. 2, 6, and 7 vein zones, the richest of the Shaft 3 veins, which produced ~500,000 oz of gold. At present the middle vein, referred to as the No. 23 Vein proper, is the most consistent with respect to grade and width. The upper vein is narrower and higher grade with 6 of 9 intercepts returning visible gold while the lower vein displays good widths but lower grades.
The east-west striking No. 22 Vein may represent the up dip projection of the high-grade No. 8 vein structure (mined from the 2850 to 2350 foot level). The No. 23 Vein does not correlate with any historical vein system and may represent a new focal point for multiple Shaft 3 type high-grade veins.
Maps and photographs of the vein intercepts discussed in this news release can be viewed on the Company's website at: www.pcgold.ca/pr4jun2012/.
summer is here! all eyes will be on this one soon enough !!!

All of us here made a mistake accept it and sell. Take the loss these guys are crooks carma is a bitch ans I hope it gets them back 10x worse. Truly atransic management is full of crooks they should have ratings on linkidin so these guys portfolio can show their true colors
what if this is all planed out just so the company that would buyout atransic doesn't have to buy the rest of the shares. I honestly see a huge scam going on here. these guys have been garbage for the longest time. I hope this makes one last run to .04 I'll be happy to get the fuck out then (dads shares) fuck shoulda got him out when i got out
what if the lawsuit doesnt go through? my dad took my advice on this stock when it was 20 cents. i feel horrible..if i hold chapter 11 usually whips out shareholders. who ever made this law is a dumbasshole
please advise, i looked at the chart, their is no indication that its going to bounce, also the news wont get better chapter 11 is confirmed. i dont see them getting any better. either or papers are submitted in to whip all existing shareholders their debt is almost 3 x what their assets are worth, i dont see why shareholders should keep any of their shares in this situation
DR Penny stock, if they file for BK we shareholders will have NOTHING. i read about it everywhere. stocks will become worthless. please clarify why should we hold on?? I have been following your move ever since 20 cents fall! I'm with you, BUT please tell us how or why do you expect this big bounce??
buy more or sell ??
can't you sue for false pr
I have seen this with another company. but does it happen all the time? and how will it work exactly?
would we have to sell or automatically have our shares bought out from our accounts ?
I don't know what to tell my dad, he invested int his because I told him to. he told me he wants to pull out on 10 I said no, it will get back up their. what now? we are going to hit sub penny
can these guys be sued for anything but he shareholders? honestly. this is pure bs, they set us up! started paying debt showing that they are getting back on their feet then go silent and announce bankruptcy thats pure bs, these guys scammed us. their has to be something to do about it.
WOW! SERIOUSLYY
who said we haven't?
W e should do some good deepth DD and instead of just investing I think we should propose ideas of lands etc that are perfect fit for our company. After all we are investing in them we own part of the company ..if our ideas are solid thy might consider them
Hope it stays a sleep for another few months...making good money at work...wanna accumulate and avarage down
government greed will never want to lose that money 800 million in revenue on property tax. either they take it off and put it on other sort of taxes. or keep it on.
from my understanding the state looks at it as a whole, the country can use as much $$ as possible.to stay on its feet. but this year will be much better then the past few years imo
if the oil boom continues then we are looking at a better economy in the upcoming years.
ND is a key player in the US economy now :)
I'll be doing some more DD tomorrow find some more companies in ND put some green in em and watch them grow:)
GDP, North Dakota and Weather
+ Comment now
The latest Q1 US GDP growth estimate was revised down to 1.9%. However, the headline number often obscures realities. For example, government spending was one of the larger downward revisions—falling -3.9%. Ignore that, and GDP was relatively gangbusters! Private spending grew 2.7%. For all the fear eurozone woes would take a whack at exports, they grew 7.2%. Rather bizarrely, imports detract from GDP, even though total trade is a better indicator of economic health. So imports growing 6.1% is a positive, yet is a negative in official accounting.
Also interesting is this map of 2011 GDP growth by state from Tableau Software (HT: Mark J. Perry). Most states contributed positively to US GDP growth in 2011. North Dakota with its energy boom clocked them all—contributing 7.6% of US GDP growth, followed by Oregon (+4.7%), West Virginia and its own energy boom (+4.5%), Texas (+3.3%), Michigan (+2.3%), Washington (+2.0%) and California (+2.0%).
California has gotten its share of media attention (and Schadenfreude) over its poor economy and poorer fiscal situation—though to be fair, it was among the bigger contributors to 2011 US GDP. Still, if one were to compare per-capita contributions between, say, North Dakota (population 0.7 million and growing) and California (population 37.7 million and shrinking), mayhaps California’s politicians deserve some ribbing for their inability to right what ails the Golden state.
In this space, I frequently write about the many misperceptions folks have about the state of US manufacturing. No doubt, there have been dislocations—tied to things like globalization (generally a force for good, though it can cause some near-term discomfort), tariffs (well-intentioned but end up doing far more harm than good), rising productivity (same thing as globalization), etc.
But the US isn’t losing global prominence as a manufacturer—nor is it manufacturing less. Manufacturing output fell off during the recession, but has since rebounded strongly and is approaching all-time highs. Yes, the US manufactures differently than it did in decades past—generally favoring more expensive, more complex and more profitable goods. But since durable-goods manufacturing was the single biggest contributor to GDP growth in 2011—and every state contributed positively—it’s hard to argue we’re in long-term systemic decline. Mining was a big contributor too. Non-durable goods manufacturing wasn’t on fire, but still contributed positively.
It will shock no one “real estate, rental and leasing” was the biggest single detractor from 2011 GDP—still, it only detracted -0.2% from GDP growth. Because housing has been weak for some time, it has shrunk relatively and has less impact on GDP—for good or bad.
Most states contributed negatively to this slice of GDP growth. North Dakota was a real estate bright spot, however—contributing 1.5%. And no wonder—they can’t build housing fast enough to keep pace with job growth. (The weather is terrible, but North Dakota’s unemployment rate is 3%. Unrelatedly, California’s is 11%. But at least it’s sunny. As is Greece! And Cuba.)

I would like to know what you guys think of this, I know its been posted before in regards to taxes,
what is really best for dynamic ventures? more property tax = more ppl who don't want to live in ND
but at the same time even if they abolish property tax, they most likely will increase some other sort of tax. *sympathizes with the ppl who live their*
BUT if taxes were abolished, and nothing increased, what impact does it have on dynamic ventures, more ppl are more likely to live their :) yet more houses bought. but what does it mean for DYNV would they sell for less, would they be hit with taxes while home buyers rnt.
like it or not ND has been BOOMING all eyes are on ND, jobs are what provide $$ and thats what many americans have been eyeing since the economy has been down.
ND oil boom = more ppl working their/living. more stores opening up to provide ppl with food clothing and daily needs etc. = more jobs available, the cycle goes on. as long as the cycle continues the state will blossom.
Dynamic ventures can build and sell as much as they want, but they need a plan to be in the green, to look profitable. their revenue covers their operation costs. they need to cover it and even be over it. because their is so little land that are being sold, so little land will be left over and eventually all the opportunity is taken away. then whats next, when they run out of land to build on? whats their future plans?
:) opinions ppl !
LMFAO OPSSS THIS ALWAYS HAPPENS TO ME! fml

TO ALL WHO ARE GOING CRAZY. RELAX. look think LOGICALLY.
if a company is going under. they won't higher a company's Chief Restructuring Officer.
for great things to happen they need time to honestly get their shit together, get their head in the game. please do not delete this for that line.
point needs to get across. atransic website is still up. nice and pretty. many speculations on accusation merger buy out etc.
let the company do its thing. this will take time. they are building a company from BELLOW ZERO. they were in debt when they woke up and did all the restructuring. worse then starting from nothing.
give them time. they appointed many masterminds. fong might have done something or might have not. no one knows all we care about is end result.
another thing I noticed on atrn's website is this
We drive growing audiences from our content
network and third party distribution channels
to acquire high value customers for advertisers
and our own products.
they highlight acquire high value customers, who knows maybe its a hint, I have never seen this before to be honest.
look the economy is doing horrible atm. this can be played out 2 ways, either they run on fear and just cowered or find an advantaged point and peruse it. their competition are facing the same economical difficulties some are cowering away. some are stepping up their game and some are doing what they always do. you need to remember this is a company that was rated one of the top 10 advertisement companies.
i personally hate this company, i made so much money on it that i watched disappear in front of me. my dad is invested in it. and is here till the end, and I really want to watch the end result.
this will hit 30 cents again. i don't care what anyone says, I will see this go up to 30 cents. sooner or later this will happen, and maybe even more. this has been the biggest most talked about stalk for so long now.
HAVE SOME FAITH. invest long term, then suck it up and comeback fro the news. invest short term then flip win or lose.
lol its hard to not think abut it eh..till this day I still bring it up now and then, look if you were trading based on your DD and charting, you would have gotten out, its just that the pumping on this board misses with your head. live and learn, hope you learned a very valuable lesson.
very nice, markets are all down, and we're up :) very nice investment
