Hi Tally, I know we don't have 18 Billion or 2 Billion or even 600 million outstanding shares. We have less than 60 million and that is one of the things keeping me invested here. I look at the 2 high priced MJ stocks and they have a $25 and a $12 share price with about 14 or 15 Million shares outstanding. It might not mean a lot but it is something to consider I think. GL

Neo, I agree with what you are all saying that the ruling is actually going to benefit MediSwipe. Plus, the last time I let a court ruling sway me was when the Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit denied a petition to reschedule marijuana at the end of Jan. After that I bailed on MJN* at 0.14 and look where it is now. :(

I would like to buy in first thing in the AM. Any suggestions on what would be a solid bid so my order is not left in the dust. Would you recommend bidding more than the ask? I am still kind of new to trading so any feedback is appreciated.

I am not either and I am fairly new at trading and thought maybe I could do a flip. I sold MJNA @ 0.1405 on Thurday 01/24. At that time I initiated a transfer of the funds to Scottrade so I wouldn't have to put up with TD's censorship anymore. I thought I would buy back in at a lower price and look what happened. There was a problem with the transfer and it looks like the funds should be avail again tuesday 2/5. Talk about poor timing

If your not just right with the flip you can end up holding a shorter stick then you had in the first place. I'm just hanging in and will ride the dip out. Go MJNA

Pre-market price is easy to manipulate especially if there is no volume. In this case it is 1 trade of 3000 shares so I would think that it is not a good indicator of the true market price.

TDA wont let me buy any shares. They say "Opening transactions for this security are not accepted." when I submit an order. Very annoying.
