Clay is actually in a quandary about DCTH it seems. Generally he says sideways trading between $0.18 and $0.22 until there is news.
What R/S ?
In a buyout situation, I am reading that the share price increases. Naturally when this levels off, that would be a good time to sell. Or is it? If an investor holds onto DCTH shares long after a buyout, what happens? Serious question from this novice investor.
Thank you
Sideways today.
A 2013 story that is inapplicable now. Disinformation that tantamount to fake news. What IS true however, is that DCTH is helping people defeat liver cancer with real technology and innovation.
I think this stock will stair-step its way upwards, with higher highs followed by higher lows. Buy the dips and hold long, IMO.

Good luck to all.
That is the truth around here. While iHub can be an excellent resource, these boards can also bring out the slag underbelly of the stock market. This is ultimately a good thing however, as it has taught me more about DD than anything else.

And failing companies start phase III clinical trials on a viable liver cancer cure.... :-/
Check out the Delcath webpage under their clinical trials section. Under Phase II click on the ESMO 2011 results. A .pdf document will open; on the right side of the page is a CT scan of the liver. I have been a radiologic technologist for over 20 years, and it is OBVIOUS that the Delcath system works. The liver lesions are clearly going away. The 22-month follow-up shows this.

I wonder what the phase II trials results are. Before testing on actual human patients, I am thinking there must be solid data to back up phase III justification
I bet their website has crashed with all the web traffic
Then I will just buy more.
Just remember: "Bulls make money. Bears make money. Hogs get slaughtered."

Oh, I understand the sequence and all. It's the application to trading that is the next step.

I need to study Fibonacci numbers and trading. The way the two work together is spooky,

Premarket is upper 20's to low 30's. Yes sir.
I'm about as small as a helium nucleus. Can't do much on a teacher's salary anyway, but I'm here.
I capitalized on that dip. :)
This stock was $35 five years ago. Why now so low? What exactly happened? (Seriously)
Thank you
Fake news.
Agreed. With this all that would be reasonable is to take a very small position and wait.... maybe.
I'm out. Taking a loss and moving on. This stock is broken.
Mr. Market is nuts. But over the long run, he gets it right. So we buy and hold.
Who made that video?
$1... Maybe $5 ?
Date is march of 2015 of that presentation.
I think more of us should request a share buyback, and draw attention to the dilution issue. JMHO
My email to ACGX:

Dear Sir:
I am an Alliance Creative Group shareholder. I am concerned about the share price. I would like to know if there are plans for the company to buy back shares at any time in the future, which will have an overall positive effect on the share price. Please do not reverse split the stock, as that always results in the decimation of shareholders investments. Congratulations on the recent earnings.
Yours,
-Bennett

to me
Hello Bennett,
Thanks for your kind words and support of ACGX.
Regarding your questions, we have no plans or desires for a reverse and we have no plans for a buyback now either. Regarding the buyback, we have to make the best overall business and financial decisions for the overall company, investors, shareholders and employees and a buyback is only an option if a company has no debt, no opportunities to invest in growth, and has a lot of extra cash – we are still growing, have remaining debt, and no extra cash so that is not a realistic option at this time.
Have a nice weekend.
Thanks
Paul

$ACGX is the sleeping giant.
I see the chart making stair steps heading upward, despite the short term ups and downs.
Lock your shares. Reduce the float.
Established a 100k position here just now.
Way to be. More locked shares = less shorting = higher PPS
When I hold shares, I usually lock them up by putting in a limit GTC sell order that is 10x higher than the current ask (or closer than that). I do this because I don't want my shares loaned out to people for purposes of shorting.
