Got your PM - makes no sense to me why a high-volume seller wouldn't understand their impact on PPS. They could easily sell at a lower pace but at a higher PPS instead of just obliterating the demand for shares.

Yeah they just match up bids and asks to their advantage I suppose. They know how the buy/sell meters work. Just follow their lead I guess and take advantage of the low prices.

Same kind of activity has been happening with TECO for a while now - makes me more confident that WTWO is going to head the right direction soon.
