CRNT $1.15 bought it here. it got burned after bad earnings, but looks like it has bottomed near $1. TAs improving heavy (FullSto turning up, RSI turning up, MACD crossing soon), and looks like the third day staying above $1.10 (hopefully EOD).
very nice gap near $2 to fill here.

i can hardly believe it's a scam. with michael dells funds buying 6M shares, between $1.30 - $1.50 i guess, i cannot believe this. they never would have bought if they smelled a scam. it's tragic how low the price is, but as long as the funds and the insiders are holding i'm hoping for the turnaround in 2015 like they said in their last Q cc.
$SQNS First Insignia tablet with 4G available now
Sequans Communications S.A. (NYSE: SQNS) announced that its LTE chip technology has been adopted by Best Buy for its latest Insignia™ tablet, the first 4G LTE tablet in Best Buy’s Insignia product line. The Insignia 4G tablet is an 8” Android tablet with embedded LTE certified for the network of Verizon Wireless.
“The always-on power of 4G LTE connectivity will make the user experience even more compelling for this popular tablet,” said Georges Karam, Sequans CEO. “Our advanced single-mode 4G LTE technology is a great fit with the value and quality focus that is the hallmark of Best Buy’s Insignia product line. We are pleased to be working with the world’s largest consumer electronics retailer to bring cutting-edge technology to the mainstream consumer market.”
The Sequans technology inside the Insignia 4G tablet is the VZ20M EZLinkLTE™ module, which is certified compliant with Verizon Wireless Open Network specifications and operates on LTE bands 4 and 13. VZ20M is an M.2* module based on Sequans’ Mont Blanc LTE platform. Mont Blanc is a single-mode LTE chipset platform compliant with 3GPP release 9 specifications. It delivers category 4 throughput of up to 150 Mbps and supports eMBMS (LTE broadcast) and other advanced features. The VZ20M module includes all elements necessary for a complete LTE modem system. These include an LTE-optimized RF transceiver and a complete dual-band RF front-end for LTE bands 4 and 13, key interfaces, LP-DDR SDRAM, embedded boot Flash, and VC-TCXO, all in a single, compact package, 30 x 42 x 2.3 mm. Sequans’ EZLinkLTE modules are pre-tested, pre-integrated, and pre-certified and support all major operating systems, including Android, Windows, Linux, Google Chrome, and MAC OS.
The Insignia 4G tablet is available now nationwide in most Best Buy stores and online.
Note to Editors:
*The M.2 specification, published by the PCI-SIG, is a next generation form factor for ultra-light and thin platforms. It is an evolution from the MiniCard and Half MiniCard to a smaller form factor in both size and volume, thereby supporting multiple technologies including WWAN. don't like the volume there. thinly traded. can go both ways heavy when volume finally moves in. wish you the best with it.
very nice. good work matt.
hesitated to buy tuesday $2.55 due to overall market selloff. woulda shoulda...
little thin-skinned, aren't you.
i really wished you luck without being ironic, but ok. don't really care about your investments at all...
GL
good luck with TVIX. futures are up big. hope you got in cheap.
you're welcome. that's what ORIONs is about, IMO.
Be careful with IBIO.
Aspire Capital Fund have a boatload shares ready to sell and they will sell them.

hopefully they're done covering now. otherwise we're going to see cash level prices. on the other hand without shorts there is little fuel to drive the price up in a flash like it was going down...
yep. along with LIQD, DRWI and some biotechs. my portfolio got knocked down a little lately.
i hear ya matt. i'm still heavy in this title holding an average in the low $1.5s and after the first shake seeing it going back up again, i relaxed a bit. but ending near LOD makes me little nervous.
one thought: they probably didn't get in business with a hedgefond (pricing, support or whatever) and this one is driving LIQD down for purpose.
others than that i have no idea. only shorts to cause this huge drop on a bright market day is hard to believe.
$LIQD recovering, now $1.10. didn't have the guts to buy near $1.
have a full and really large position already.
got out @$1.34 from a $0.98 average as well today. need to free up some cash and it slowly looks overbought. didn't like todays candle too. curious to see $DRWI action near their Q release. will be 10/08/14.
me too. looks like our buyin' yesterday was a smart move. GL
sold my AEZS with only small gain to buy more LIQD at $1.31. couldn't stand this prices.
always tempted to buy more down here 'cause i really like the odds with LIQD, but i already have a big position exceeding 30% of my portfolio.
LIQD - guy with nice number of followers recommends buy with a $3 price target. if all his followers are buyin... ;))

LIQD looks like a direct competitor got bought out last week. nice. telling that this kind of business is hot right now.

didn't, but printed a nice hammer on the chart with 2x its 10day average volume. hopefully that was the bottom today.
$DRWI two days ago i added @$1.29 after not gettin' filled for my $1.27 and $1.28. well, i thought this to be a good sign for a bottom... looks like i have to add some more.
it was a F-3 not a S-3. big difference. tomorrow they present at Craig Hallum someone said earlier. maybe coincindence...
$DRWI added $1.29. did'nt fill my $1.27 and $1.28 though it went there... weird. looks way oversold to me. in june they announced guidance for their Q1 they released in july and it was pretty good. maybe they do the same in september...
$SQNS churning here. if it breaks $2.20 it's off the races, imo. not much left on the ask in L2 'till $2.4s.
$SQNS going here with heavy volume.
$SQNS you're only looking at the chart and not at the business model, aren't you?
$SQNS always diluting. really? taken from their F-3:
Number of ordinary shares as of the opening date of the fiscal year 2014
59,129,639
Issuance of ordinary shares during Q1 2014
15,102
Issuance of ordinary shares during Q2 2014
0
there are many companies that diluted way more the last two Qs i guess...
$SQNS last time they announced a F-3 was 7/26/12. they diluted nearly half a year later on 02/15/13. so there seems no rush to do an offering. they only prepare themselves to do one or more in the future.
me too
$AEZS 1.38 nice volume. going.
lol. henry winkler. lol
thumbs up, matt
ok. i don't think they diluted one single share. they did a financing and they have less shares outstanding by august 8th than they could have from their financing.
they have a ton of money right now. they have no interest in diluting at this prices unless management went insane the last month. lol.
don't really understand your question, matt. i got the info from the first page of their last quarterly report they submitted in august. it's there on the LIQD board here on Ihub and it is open to everyone.
yes, but that's june 30th. from their latest Q:
"As of August 8, 2014, there were 60,056,881 shares of the Registrant’s common stock outstanding."
from LIQDs latest Q.
"As of August 8, 2014, there were 60,056,881 shares of the Registrant’s common stock outstanding."
