i've finally learned not to go balls deep in OTC stocks, get in cheap, work the edges and get out. worst I can go is like $1k here and I do expect a bounce. it's just ripping shareholders and getting them cheap atm.

not related to PGPM directly but im tired of waiting for funds to settle to buy more. I see that brokers don't allow margin accounts to use margin for stocks under $3, does that mean I still have to wait 3 days for penny stocks or does the T3 rule not apply with any margin account, I just can't use margin? thanks!
