I don't think this is the reason for the sudden surge in volume, but another PR was released today; again with no Ticker symbol.

Can someone tell me why Immediatek's stock symbol isn't listed in the PR?

The news isn't earth shattering but the company is definitely staying under the radar for some reason!

Here we are in the hot Cloud sector with Mark Cuban as majority owner and the company is doing it's best to stay hidden.

This is really unfair to shareholders

yep, you have it right

it's a crapshoot...FNCX has some pretty big players appointed to the board so my guess is something BIG is in the works over there, i'm a little confused on the share structure though, lots of shares issued post split and a couple of new investors getting cheap shares

with IMKI, it's not clear what Mark has planned..at this point we have Filesanywhere and it's making money PLUS has a float of approx 300,000!

Mark does alot of investing & if you look through the posts over the years we have all had some interesting ideas on what MAY be happening behind the scenes..OF WHICH none has come to fruition lol

Well it seems its the same 3 people posting here lol

I grabbed 180 more shares about 2 weeks ago..

I nibble every now & then..trying to lower my cost basis

IF and its a BIG IF but if something was happening behind the scenes that would put this stock on investors radar it would be one exciting stock to watch with this TINY float.

One note I did notice a website imkiwidgets.com, which had a widget called Mediabox that was being used on certain TVs/Yahoo TV so maybe something along this front will be announced soon.. AND they have since take the site down so we shall see

im in at .50 cents & it seems since i bought there has been downard pressure on the stock so its making me a bit nervous..

when the uplist occurs and the audit of shares takes place who is going to step in and make the MM's cover the short etc..as I heard the pinks & otcbb are not REALLy regulated.. I mean it sounds like a fine by the SEC may be the cheaper route in comparison to covering 50,000,000 shares??

The uplist PR came out on 3/25 what is the time frame forn this process? I saw 45 days mentioned somewhere but that seems very optimistic
