Who knows, my crystal ball broke years ago. I think the good Doc is going to add shares the question is when.
In interest of Neomedia Technologies do you have the approximate scan usage of Neoreader as compared to http://www.pop-technology.com/ . TIA
No question about that at all. Until the record shows his ownership is reduced under 10% he won‘t have to file a thing if he sells, if he buys as long as he stays under the 10%. IMO If he does sell it will be all or nothing, if he buys watch out this will skyrocket. It almost sounds like some on here thinks Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong is a schemer. I feel positive about his purchase and if you watch or read all his interviews one can only determine that his agenda is clear.
As a 10% owner he will have to file if he buys or sells, until he goes below the 10% ownership.
That's assuming he wants to maintain a 25% interest in NEOM, and trust me all SH's want him to including me. We need facts or links for such statements. There is no time limit if the Doc wants to increase his percentage. Here we go: IMHO I feel Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong will increase his share count, and it may be today like you say, however since there is no crystal ball to tell us when, it will be listed on the good Doctor's agenda only not ours, in other words we will know when it happens.
I am in NEOM so my position is positive, so in that aspect we are on the same side. What link(s) do you have to support your claim that the Dr's amended 13D will be out today or tomorrow or is that just your opinion, TIA.
Son, thanks had problems finding the link. Any NEOM SH's out there should watch this 2 minute CNBC Video to gain some added knowledge of the current patent wars and IMHO in regards to the video, the only end result would be beneficial to us all. GLTA

Good find Son, will check it out. GLTU
Would you say that NEOM direct competitor is, or in conflict with, http://www.pop-technology.com/ . And if your answer is no how would both of their marketing strategies differ? TIA, GLTU.
Someone contact Frank Lenselink for any NEOM information, even though he quit he still might have some info for Monday. Who knows him on a personal level? Who personally got his letter of resignation before it was made public?
Exactly.
I agree with most of your posts, but aren't you the one who didn't know that Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong is the primary owner of Nantworks, TIA. GLTU

Thanks for posting.
Proof with link please. TIA
If you are using e-trade it does show it that way, go to streaming quotes and the correct bid/ask are shown.
Exactly what I am talking about.
Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong Billionaire owns 10% of Neomedia Technologies, what does that tell you.
Just that one line tells such much about Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong
the two companies will build a system called the Cancer Action Knowledge Network to supply physicians with current cancer treatment protocols at the point of care.
IMO Doing good research for the good of mankind, as we can see, yet the bashing going on this site is beyond my way of thinking. SEC controls the Stock market, the Feds control the SEC, they allow short trading but wont allow internet poker, WTF is the difference.
Good Post BTW
Your welcome to read the article, it says filed. This PR was not wired and was out today. GLTU

A surgeon who co-founded and sold two pharmaceutical companies in multibillion-dollar deals, Soon-Shiong owns a minority stake in the Lakers and has a net worth estimated by Forbes at $7 billion. He saw Fourth Wall as an opportunity for his first foray into entertainment and to explore storytelling's role in his pursuit of improving Americans' health.
"On the healthcare side, it's important to develop interactive technology that helps you get the right information and treatment," Soon-Shiong said during an intense conversation at a Brentwood diner. "Fourth Wall has the same vision, but in the world of storytelling and enjoyment, which is a little less serious. To me, it's a relief."
Soon-Shiong is Fourth Wall's only investor. He sees his entertainment venture as such a small risk and such an integral part of his larger ambitions that he says it's "not a concern" whether it makes a profit any time soon.
His initial investment, made a little more than a year ago, was $15 million, and Soon-Shiong boasts that he is close to completing a new studio complete with stages in Culver City for Fourth Wall at a cost of more than $20 million. In addition, he provided the technology behind Elsewhere that was developed by other companies he owns.
And unlike many rich people who dabble in Hollywood, Soon-Shiong has no opinion on the content Fourth Wall makes. "I have very little knowledge of media, so I don't know whether what they are making is good or bad," he said with a laugh. "My modus operandi is to attack a problem in a way nobody ever has before and be confident that if we're successful, the revenue will come."

IMO, Exactly correct.
Theory: A small group of people get together buy approximately 20mil shares of NEOM, probably for around .0220. They slowly try to sink the PPS by being in every forum known to God, bashing all the way home. Slowly SH's begin to get scared and start selling, following their lead, not all SH's but just enough to bring the PPS down to the bashers striking point. They got their eyes out for the perfect day, it's a low volume opening day a day they can take control and they dump 5mil shares into the open market, in this case for around .0195. A hour passes their done selling, now the panic is created others follow what appears to be a massive sell off, but its not volume tells all. Right now they are trying to figure out the bottom but they most move quick, first and foremost is to recoup the 5mil they sold at a loss and at the same time looking for the key position to enter, my guess is .0160-.0165. they are starting to sweat now as it is getting close to lunch hour, big sell off time, but they can't seem to lock it in at their price, 11:15est and its edging on what the bashers want it for but will they have to settle for a higher price, tick, tock, tick, tock. PPS does not seem to be cooperating should be a steady decline from 11:15 till 12:30, a couple of bashers begin to break, "lets hit the buy button NOW", the pos leader wants to wait, but he too sees the clock, tick tock, tick, tock.
All IMO, just my story of what I suspect. A small group of people can control big things and I truly believe that is what’s happening today. IMHO You will see the volume fly on the buying side soon. I can't or won't speak for anyone, but personally I am hanging in there, remember these bashers are in this room and others for a purpose, these names, current bashers ihub id's, we never see in this room in numbers on low volume days.
People playing NEOM short will be short lived.
Last month NantWorks announced that it had acquired remote monitoring technology company Boston Life Labs. NantWorks’ other acquisitions over the years include Vitality, maker of the medication adherence device GlowCap, as well as iVisit, which has developed the LookTel app for the visually impaired, among others. (The LookTel app officially launched earlier this year) The company is also working with Toumaz to bring that company’s peel-and-stick vital sign monitoring sensors to the US market.

“The future of medicine is digital and mobile,” Soon-Shiong, founder and CEO of NantWorks, stated in a press release
Verizon Communications has inked a deal with Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong’s NantWorks to collaborate on a series of initiatives, beginning with an integrated information infrastructure that improves the treatment of cancer by equipping healthcare providers with the most up-to-date treatment protocols for specific cancer conditions right from their mobile devices. This first collaboration is called the Cancer Knowledge Action Network.

Wouldn’t it be fare to say that the Doctor is trying to unify existing patents to eliminate any legal battle, speculation. The patient privacy issue by each State is a concern as it has existed for some time now, my guess or IMO, States will have to change the laws it will not only help each State that participates but it will also eliminate a certain amount of fraud that currently exists.
Neomedia Technology will endure with Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong aboard now.
Thanks for sharing that.
Been to GreenBay so I know the smell and NEOM doesn't have that odor.
That's exactly what I was thinking, how much clearer could NEOM's PR have been, it's all spelled out.
NEOM shorters will be short lived.
The amount of digitized medical information is rising exponentially, but systems still can’t talk to each other easily, in part because of the licensing and security issues unique to this industry … And maybe the most surprising thing in an anywhere-anytime age is that patients don’t have the seamless connection to their health care systems that technology affords them in every other facet of their lives

Great Post. Now that's what I am talking about end result can only be beneficial to both NEOM and the good Doc.
Quote From Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong (CNBC interview Oct 5, 2009)
Oh really? I don't think you can do that.
“That’s the most exciting time in life, when people tell me I can’t do that,” he says with a laugh. “I don’t know what it is about me, when you say, ‘You can’t do that,’ because then I say, ‘Well, that’s great, because then that’s exactly what I should do.’” end
