But I would rather dilute the $1-2M using FH money, even if we drop sub-penny, to see what we have in AZ rather than sell the rest of our BCSP claims. Once the Pebble limbo ends - and it will - the potential for value in our AK claims far exceeds the dilution of equity via FH.

Assumption is loan closure is contingent on a clean title. Since title is not clean I don't see how the debt is cleared.

Loan has not closed? Dispute with title/lien. So why would not interest accrue?

NAK has not closed the loan with interest accruing

Nak has dispute with lbsr and per filing its being handled by legal council. And it may be tied to lbsr not paying the natives. So it's a dispute.
