That number is a cell phone for an employee named Brandon. I think he was getting too many investor calls because the number got out and they probably shut off the number.
Call Wayne at 727-482-1505 if you want to contact the company
I think you are right. I will wait another few hours and then bump it up to 0004
Out of the 49million shares on the 0003 bid what are the odds that I am going to get any??? If it stays like this I am going to have to just bump my bid up to 0004 to get in down here.
Who got all the 3's???? I have had my bid in since last night on them and missed out.
:) anyone wanna give up a few million shares at 3 to sell to me :)
I WANT THOSE 3's!!!!!! Gimme Gimme Gimme!!!
I am just hoping that there are still 4's or 3's available tomorrow when my cash is available for trading. If people want to sell down here, I have no problem buying on their losses.
Why don't you just call Wayne Anderson to get the scoop. His direct number is public record 727.482.1505
I tried calling Wayne to ask about what the filing was for and it went to his voice mail. Anyone else have any luck calling him?
So true. But it's the nature of the world we gamble in. As for me, I feel I did a nice job accumulating UNGS and like the way the charts move. It has proven to explode on the slightest news and Jim and Wayne Anderson made some smart moves deciding to move away from Nat Gas and get in to oil. Should prove to be beneficial.
Melmartin2006: ANYONE who makes statements with so little meat to them is full of $h!t. No details. No substance. Don't waste your time.
Truth be told UNGS is a skeptical play. It's a penny stock. If decent news hits, this stock could fly through the roof. If no news hits we will likely float between 0004 and 0006 for several more weeks.
Just be wise with your investments and don't throw in more than you can stand to lose. In penny land there is huge potential for BOTH profit and loss. It's all a matter of timing.
Hi ALL, my email to the CEO was questioning why their business address was at an auto dealership and requesting information regarding their recent PR stating:
"On April 2, 2012, we announced that we received a formal communication from Fuel Emulsions Inc. to both renew its commitment with EcoloCap, inform of the progress made in securing orders for the EcoloCap Emulsion units and proprietary additive, and inform that it is in the last stage of finalizing its infrastructure and putting together all the financing necessary to actualize its aggressive business plan."
He explained "We are in an office building in Barrington IL an upscale community NW of Chicago. The office building has many tenants including an auto finance company, the US Gov., lawyers, medical providers. There are multiple auto dealerships 1 block to the W of our office."
In regards to specifics about the PR he was doing his job and invited me to contact their IR firm at nada@capitalsituation.com
Nothing earth shattering, but it's always a positive sign when you receive a correspondence from a CEO so promptly and don't get a line a BS.
I encourage you to talk to IR if you have specific Q's.
With UNGS ANY news will be good news. Even if they have really poor revenues it will show they are actually bringing product to market. I think everyone will have their eyes on any mention of oil production verses nat gas. IF they are starting to get some out of the ground and able to sell it, THAT WILL BE A VERY POSITIVE SIGN.
The lack of news regarding oil has really been letting the air out of this one.
Finally a penny stock with REAL potential. In my DD work I wrote the company with a few questions and ACTUALLY got a reply from the CEO within an hour of sending my email.
Things are in the works, we just need to stay patient and make your accumulations at the dips. The next news will be the one to send this over the top. IMHO
yes i already have mine staggered and in place.
If I knew the answer to that I would be a lot more chipper about the current state of the pps...unfortunately Wayne doesn't return calls, answer emails or allow his IR firm to respond to stock holder inquiries.
I believe you are correct
Did anyone else notice that those huge BID orders that have gradually crept the pps down have all been filled near the end of a trading day and HAVE ALL BEEN IN OR AROUND $20,000 orders???
That has to be the company buying back on the bid. It has happened too often in the same exact pattern.
That filing just states that the 10-K needs to be filed on or before the fifteenth calendar day of the month it was suppose to be due on. If it was due on the first of this month, then YES the 10-k would then be due on or before Sunday...which would mean tomorrow.
With ECOS there really is a relatively minimal float and it seems that there are quite a number of people holding on to their shares. This mornings drop was likely because someone wanted to dump their position to move in to something that is booming right now.
Penny stock traders are notorious for being impatient, so if a stock isn't flying they want to go somewhere where it is.
This little quiet moment with ECOS right now shouldn't last too terribly long. Things are churning, they just take time. IMO
How does John M Fife and Tonaquint play a role in this cluster that we call NVAE? I did some research on this guy and he holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is associated with the Boards of several organizations.
If he is an investor in NVAE he should know something about the complete lack of information and progress on this POS.
One thing that makes me curious is why a bright Harvard MBA would invest in a POS scam.
Nice slow climb on ECOS this week. The chart looks nice now. Decent bid support on moderate volume. Looks like the short flippers took a hike for a while.
Well someone took the bait and let it gap down to .02. I guess people are up for making a few bucks here and there on this instead of buying low and holding for the real gains.
ECOS has a VERY bright future ahead. I see $$$$$ on the horizon.
Thinman13 - - FINALLY someone with two bits of sense makes an intelligent comment. We play pennies for their incredible volatility. NOT NOT NOT for their "sound" fundamentals. If you want sound fundamentals and on time quarterly reports, invest in APPLE or Chevron. In pennyland, it's all about playing the movement.
Get in low, sell when it bumps up. Repeat as needed.
In case people haven't realized, UNGS has bounced from .0003 to .0005 numerous times in the past two weeks. It has more regularly bounced between .0004 and .0005. Do the math on that...0004 to 0005 is a 25% gain.
Can someone convince me that that type of gain is not worth my time?
I am comfortably long on this position too. Had a fairly good buy in point and look forward to the long term future of ECOS. Right now fear and speculation are doing silly things to the pps but its very short sighted.
Looks like a stop loss just got triggered. Poor guy. He just sold at a loss. That's why I don't set stop losses on penny stocks.
I guess I take the middle ground between OTCdoc and Flawless on this one after further research. There is no doubt that the technology ECOS has developed has tremendous potential to generate HUGE profits when brought to market. On the other hand, it is going to take a tremendous marketing and distribution platform in order to break in to the Cartel-like diesel fuel industry.
IF FEI and ECOS manage to get this product to market, it could generate hundreds of millions of dollars in a VERY short amount of time.
Having personally taken a start up alternative energy company from infancy to success, I can say from experience that this process is going to present numerous challenges. BUT IF these challenges are overcome ECOS will have quite a bright future.
I agree flawlessm, ECOS management is doing a great job of basically telling us to do exactly what you just recommended: Hold tight and keep our shares because tremendous growth is on it's way.
LOL Of coarse they were trying to shake people out to grab cheapies. UNGS has far too many "paid for" assets and very low operating costs to go bankrupt. The sad thing is that if UNGS sold all of their equipment and land, they would be worth about 30 times their current market cap.
Does anyone know when the new deadline is for UNGS to file their annual report? The recent filing said that they had an additional 15 days to file. Does that push it out to April 15/16?
I keep putting bids in to try and get some 0004s and never get filled. I have one in now and its not filling. I would LOVE to be able to pick up some but so far I have had no luck. maybe next week.
I love it when shorts sell out early and give me cheap shares!!! Suckers!!! I just picked up more and can't wait to laugh when we hit 05's early next week.
Anyone selling shares down here is just playing the bounces and using UNGS as an ATM. The real money makers are accumulating on every dip and holding for the boom.
Im buying about 500,000 to 1,000,000 shares every few days on the dips. Depending on what I can get filled.
My 35,000,000 share are being held until at least 005's. It's only a matter of time until this blows through the roof. 001 is just the beginning.
.003's before lunch time!!!! GO ASKE!!!!!
UPward or DOWNward???
I totally agree with your post mt77. If this company isn't bought out at an incredible premium the stock price will be in the dollars within a year or two.
The technology alone could save a company like YRC or Estes Freight MILLIONS of dollars in fuel costs each year. Freight companies alone could save BILLIONS. Ag Companies would only add to that number.
UNGS seriously needs to step up to the plate and file their quarterly reports. They are WAY behind on making them public. Should have been due about three weeks ago.
And there are potential buyers like me sitting on the fence to see if this holds up going in to the close. It's looking strong so far.
I don't see Jim and Wayne as being dumpers on this stock. Their business interest is in pulling oil out of the ground, not screwing over stockholders.
Jim does own a yacht, however, and Wayne is about 100 years old (sorry Wayne for the insult on your age if you read this).
No one can deny that there is some very questionable movement going on with this stock, but the good news is that there isn't much further we can go down until the only direction this stock can go is up.
