This may not be so bad. I would imagine that KK knew who ICM's 4 contracts were when it happened a few months ago.
Now that Valero has gone public with it's decision, I'm thinking this becomes the lead domino that triggers a series of events including the R/S, injunction, and everything else that has happened that GERS hasn't PR'd up to now.
This could be the week we've been waiting for.
You can follow the posts back to get the whole story. Just click on the post next to the RE: - that's who I replied to - than you can follow the story back to the beginning. It would take you less time than posting all that hyped up dribble.
Assuming that our speculations are correct, KK really has no option but to R/S before the end or this quarter with of without news.
KK may have had good intentions thinking he would blow this sky high before the end of the quarter. There are still two more weeks. I hope he succeeds.
If KK is delaying the R/S to coincide with major news, all of this must take place within the next 16 days.
If he can't get his ducks in a row, is it possible the R/S gets delayed into the next quarter?
With that said, it would make more sense to reload after the R/S then pile on now.
Something just doesn't add up for me. Unless KK releases an avalanche of PR's right after the R/S, GERS won't be at .10 for long. Is he really going to achieve his objective R/Sing to .10?
We will have 1000 times less stock that will be worth 1000 times more - but the company fundamentals will still be the same.
What am I missing?
Experience is a great teacher for those who are willing to learn. In your second sentence, replace the word disappointment with experience. That's what you have over us.
I happen to agree with you about the R/S. I don't have much experience but I have followed other company's' R/S's and all of them dipped below their R/S price. Some went back above and some didn't.
If GERS rises pre-R/S, I'm all set. If GERS R/S's at .10, I'm ready to get in at .01 or less. It may not get back to .0001, but I believe it will dip.
I believe it's actually today.
KK has thrown us a few bones but over all he's been PR silent the last few months.
Only the seller of the stock knows the real reason for selling - all else is speculation.
I don't mind peoples opinions positive or negative. I can't badmouth either way. I'm trying to come to terms with my own bipolar feelings with this company.
My problem are the obvious questions.
Thanks, can never get enough DD sites.
I've taken many links that have been posted here for my own personal use.
This one site does what I currently use 3 other sites to do. Very slick.
Some people seem to just use this blog as their DD by asking repetitive questions. I can't seem to be diplomatic enough to respond to them without getting deleted - so I don't anymore.
Did EDGAR give you that info?
I noticed the DEF 14C is there.
Took me about 15 seconds to retrieve it.
Anyone who calls this site uninformative, doesn't spend much time here.
I haven't received my statement either, nor have I heard of anyone that has.

SkunK's blog should be in your favorites/bookmarks or whatever your browser calls it.
Two more updated patents coming on Monday.
We still have a chance that maybe all 7734 will break loose before 9/6/11.
I hate to say it, but, I too believe dilution took place today. It seems YAGI can't wait a minute for their stinking 20g's.
Here is my disclaimer - IMO - don't want to excite the natives.
I'll take the minor victory - someone's buying at tz2!
Someone is showing some love. How many 999,999 shares have gone through?
I emailed both PEIX and BIOF back in early April before their Q1 came out to find out if they had any type of COES. PEIX was the only one that replied with a "not at this time".
Since then, BIOF has lost 70% of it's value while PEIX decided to do a 7:1 rev split instead of installing COES and are now close the their pre-split price. Actually PEIX did a rev split only for compliance sake.
You would think that they would have heard about COES before now. It appears that desperation may have set in.
Will BIOF announce an agreement with GERS or will they cut corners and go with the second rate COES?
It says 1:10 ... maybe last years?
Tomorrow may be a good day for some news. There will be a lot of people with money to re-invest after today.
Here is a plan that works for me.
First thing I do if I've been away for a while is check SkunKs blog. If there is anything important, he will have it - most of the time.
Second, I check Yahoo Finance to see what Slash is saying - I always wish him well - he's like a crusader in that hell hole.
If you don't see your answer in these two places - don't bother asking, nobody knows the answer.
The fearful exited last Friday and Monday - and relatively speaking - that was a small percentage.
Again, I will reiterate, we have the best DD diggers in the business. We know the score, we know where we stand, hence no major selloff.
Yea, that is my hope. Maybe not reverse but reduce.
Can't tell - KK moves in mysterious ways.
I still don't like the timing of the R/S - too soon. It appears that YAGI is busting their chops and forcing certain things to happen prematurely.
My problem with this is as of right now an R/S would only take us to 10-20 cents and if 10 cents is the magic number, the risk of the price falling below that is too great considering the company's history.
If we could get some great PR before the R/S, driving the PPS to at least .0006+, I would feel a little better.
With that said, I must confess - this will be only my second R/S. I am not quite as fed up with them as a lot of you are.
C'mon Jlglex, we want your happy old self back. You are sorely missed.
It appears that GERS is about to take the drivers seat after years of being driven.
I can't say it as well as kimbrowntxselect did, but her note to you revived my faith.
I took this from GPRE's transcript. Thought it was quite interesting.
Because of the significant contribution corn oil makes to our business, we’ve broken it out as a segment for reporting purposes and remember we report corn oil as a net number after keeping our plants whole for the storage grains revenues and covering expenses related to the production of oil.
More buys than sells! Hopefully this is the start of a trend.
I hope you chuckled a little as you deleted my post. Sorry -
Would it make more sense for KK to release his PR before or after the R/S?
If news comes out before - we could possibly R/S to .50 - .60 cents. Then hopefully the big boys get in.
If news comes out after - we R/S to .10 cents - hope it doesn't go below...
You would think that the mystery ethanol companies would put out a PR for their own companies - unless they are "forced" participants.
That's how I understand it also. That is his non-settlement timeline.
Unfortunately for us, an owner has the right to drive his business into the ground if he so desires.
KK may not be fiscally responsible enough to get this to take off.
If GERS were a private company, KK most likely wouldn't be the owner today. He would have had to sell it or it would be toast.
I don't think companies do or don't do business with other companies based on their stock price.
When you buy a laptop, is your decision based on who's stock is performing better? I don't think so. You look at the quality of the company.
One must admit that this is a mighty strange way for a stock to be acting. Especially after Fridays news.
We have some of the best DD diggers in the business. If there is news out there they will find it. Nobody's found anything new on the Markman - so I think it's safe to say - it ain't out there.

I couldn't find Skunk's actual statement but I believe he said the meeting will be on of after the 15th - so there may be a possibility that it does not occur tomorrow.
