This is very true and I completely agree with you. I also think it would help the cause if we all let the word out to as many outlets as possible.
TO GET THE WORD OUT...How about everyone that is a share holder everywhere thet they can think of ( other boards, websites, investment people, brokerages, venture capitalists opinion blogs etc...)
Let others know to do their own reading and due diligence.
I just looked up Sengled bulbs on their website. They have a bunch of smart house technology using bulbs and other devices.
I wonder if this is similar to what Stewart was talking about in his last conference call. He stated something about Capstone coming out with products for smart house technology.
Anyone remember?
Hopefully he updates us or a good question to ask at next weeks CC
on earnings.
BUY OUT ..I keep hearing this on the board at times. If so the numbers I hear seem very low to me.
What would a company poised to bring in over 50 million in sales
and 6 to 8.5 million net profit in 2017 be worth?
Don't forget coveted patents they own that a large company would want.
Plus we don't even know their future expansions and possible additional patents they have been working on which are unannounced as of yet.
What would be a buy out price? I would like to hear input from the board especially long time and large share holders like myself.
Please justify/explain with numbers in your answer.
I value your input and knowledge.
To me I am looking at the numbers above and seeing well over $4.00
That's not counting the patents, unannounced future plans in progress, goodwill (which is always added in a sale), etc...
It could help the market price in 2 ways.
1. It lowers the outstanding shares thereby increasing price per share profit and p/e ratio.
2. It shows the company then being even more financially sound with the purchase back of the Envolve stock in its assets.
Right on R.B.
Especially were you state that Capstone already has the contacts and relationships with vendors.
No to any buy out!
I don't think that would be a good idea at all. Especially now and what is going on in Capstones future.
What would some company offer a 30% premium to Capstones current price?? That .65 or that's .043 pre split price. OR a miracle 100% premium that's 1.00 or .066 cents pre split.
A buy out makes no sense to me with what Capstone presently has going on and will be going on for 2017,
No thank you to a buyout....makes no sense to me
LOL Mike
It is probably because they are carrying their products in the stores listed, but not in all regions or market areas of those stores, yet.
JMO
Dizzy, I agree with you!
I also think based on your numbers we should be at a minimum of $2.00 per share on this stock.
I don't think these bottom feeders whom put in low bids are helping.
As I said before they try to get cheapies. In the big picture they keep their entire holdings in this stock down to about .40 instead of rising to at least $2.00
JMO
I agree with you abcdavis
Lucyinthesky...Anyone know what ever happened to her ??
Gaintrader,
Capc is a stock trading on the OTCQB not the S+P.
I think management has done a great job managing the company.
When Stewart took over this company was loosing millions and a shell company. Now it is making millions and a real legit company with expanding product lines and expanding sales areas.
Further more its earnings as I see it will be a Minimum of .06
per share on earnings this year.
Even at a S+P multiple would give this stock a $1.50 share price.
Also keep in mind OTCQB multiples are much, much higher.
There current stock price of .46 is far from being "too rich"
JMO
Hi Flptrnkng
Unless you have some personal ownership in AC Kinetics to offer Involve LLC, I don't think they will be calling you or anyone else. Besides "giving" those share to Capstone was for Capstone "giving" back Capstones ownership in AC Kinetics back to AC Kinectics.
That share price from Evolve to Capstone option was part of the buy out AGREEMENT of Capstones interest in AC Kinetics,
Evolve is involved with AC kinetics.
AC Kinetics bought out our ownership in that company
DIDO...I hit the ask the other day at .40 and then again at .42 it pushed the price to .48.
If I had put in a low bid offer our stock price would have been at .34 or .36.
This strategic thinking had pushed my and all our share holdings to .48.
If I bought at the low bid , the rest of all my and our share holdings would have been at .34
See a few cheapies and all my holdings would have been .34
Instead purchasing the ask had put all my holdings at .48.
If investors on this board did the same the price of the stock would continue to be pushed up higher and higher each time an investor bought the ask price.
Who knows where we would be with all our holdings by now!
There are current shareholders, most likely shareholders who follow this board, who are putting in very low bids.
They are trying to get cheapies and at the same time keeping the stock price down.
In doing this they keep all their holdings in the stock down as well. They are hurting themselves and can't see it or don't realize it.

Licensing this Technology like Stewart commented can expand
exponentially the use and application from what Capstone could do alone.
And Capstone and its shareholders (us!!) gets paid all the way through...
Just my thought and opinions.
[img]This TECHNOLOGY with the power failure bulbs could perhaps be advanced further with Capstones engineering people for additional patents.
Stewart did say he wanted capstone to be a "giant" in the LED lighting market.
Just my thoughts and opinion for what it is worth.
I hope Capstone Reads this board...[/img]
LICENSING power failure Technology.
I was just thinking some more on Stewart's comments.
This power failure technology can be used not only in bulbs with a very small battery pack but with light fixtures as well. These light fixtures can be built with much larger battery packs.
This could give light switching fixtures throughout the home the ability to work say for a week in power outages.
This technology can be used in commercial light fixtures as well
ie: lighting fixtures throughout office buildings everywhere.
This would be SUPER for Capstone.
Just my opinion JMO.
I am definitely stashing a lot of this stock in my ROTH IRA, which all earnings in the ROTH are tax free!
No capital gains taxes.
Future revenue lines!!
I just listened to the tele conference.....
Licensing of the power failure bulb technology...This is huge with
other large companies already producing products retail and commercial applications.
Also Home Automation technology and products!
This is all in addition to what they are currently earning revenues from. As a very long time holder, I am excited about the now and future of this company.
JMO
How many small companies like Capstone make a net of $1Million Profit??
OHhhh and that is just for this quarter
I picked up 5,000 more shares today.
Going to be left out! Many will be left out when earnings are released after the close....
Hi Mike,
Great questions for the conference call.
Question though... Why just a multiple of 15 to 25?
This is what the S+P has for multiples.
Usually for a small company stock and on the OTCQB venture exchange the multiples are very much higher.
maybe you could shed some light for me... Thanks
That's kinda low at .80 next year. What would you estimate their profits next year ?
Estimating their profits on $50 million in sales and a descent evaluation should bring a minimum of double that .80 actually it would at least triple the .80 don't you think ??
JMO
Are Market Makers keeping our volume down thereby keeping our stock price down?
TODAY for the heck of it I put in a buy or BID order of .35 and then with another account I put in a sell or ASK price order for the same amount of stock at the same price of .35
My bid and ask orders never were reflected or showed up.
The buy and sale order never consummated or went through.
Why??
Is it because market makers are looking for a big spread for a bigger profit on the sale? Thereby hurting our stock price?
JMO
Can someone shed some light?
Are market makers keeping our volume down thereby keeping our stock price down???
I put in a bid price of .35 yesterday when the bid price at the time was .325 My bid price of .35 never showed up as a bid price at all yesterday. The bid price was showing .325 all day.
WHY ???
AMEN!! to that running bull
Hi marcelh nice to hear from Austria,
The p/e multiple is high because that is what it is for nano and micro cap stocks which capstone now is....
The average p/e ratio for the S+P is 20 sometimes up to 24 .
Capstone is not in the higher stock exchanges.
Capstone is a stock in the OTC area where professional investors like to get in on the ground floor with a company the has growth in a growth industry. Which Capstone has both.
I really think we need to market directly to mutual funds and ETF'S that purchase stocks of Micro and Nano stock companies. Which is what their printed Prospectus describes and mandates. I hope Capstone is reading this...
The reverse split, although unpopular to some on this board, makes Capstone a serious consideration for professional investors.
A 48,000,000 million share company as opposed to a 770,000,000 million share company.
Earnings per share will drive everything lets wait and see what it will be !
Yes Uranium I agree with you on the market cap seeming high.
Nano and Micro caps stocks this is not uncommon.
It all boils down to the earnings per share that the company makes. This will drive everything!!!
People on this board need to start thinking big, but realistic big.
If Stewart didn't think big, capstone would just be selling night lights.
He stated he wanted Capstone to be a "giant" Now that's thinking BIG.
Realistic OK.....
If capstone does $2 Mill profit this year...2mill/48 mill shares = .0416 earnings per share.
Multiples for nano cap and micro cap stocks run say 50 to 80 multiples on average.
Take the middle say 65..... .0416 x 65 multiple = $2.70 per share.
If they are talking possible 50 million in sales for 2017 that would be say double the $2 Million profit of 2016.
Double the $2.70 you get $5.40 per share in 2017.
I am thinking big and realistic according to the numbers.
I am not thinking hype say a penny stock with no real earnings here.
Capstone has earnings. Let the above math speak for itself.
The above math sooner or later will speak for itself. JMO
Hang in there everyone.....
Yes I know...Thank you...
OR for now Nano cap mutual funds and ETF's
Micro Cap Mutual Funds and ETF's is where we should be marketing Capstone.
Perhaps Capstone can send them Letters directly making them aware of what a great investment Capstone would be right now.
They could get in on the ground floor.
Yes but bear in mind average p/e multiple of a stock in the Russell 200 is 40.
$100 million market cap would be a micro cap stock average PE ratio of 70.
What does a multiple of 70 give you??
I am sorry I meant to say why just a 15 Multiple ....
Why just a 14.75 multiple??
S+P ave. multiple is about 21
Stocks on the OTCQB are at least 50 average and was told from this board that ave. is 70
Is this wrong...I don't think so...IMO
I agree with the volume issue, as I mentioned in a previous post.
With that said even in low volume, as per my last post, the
people who are putting in the low bids are mostly current shareholders.
They are pushing, even in low volume, the price down.
This is making the net value of their other holdings(stock value) in the company sink. Therefore shooting themselves in the foot.
