Things may not materially change, but please do not base your forecast on your own inability to follow a message board. The letter you are looking for is available IF you pay attention. If you had stepped up and participated in the resolution process like many of your fellow shareholders elected to do then your contact information would have likely been captured.
Anyway, the new officers have been in place for only a few days. I'll predict that within 60 days we'll see some very different behaviors from this group...
There were two mailing lists created from two agencies. If you are not a registered share holder, or fall into certain categories, then you would not have received a letter.
Mr. Sawyer has made theg existence of the letter public knowledge on this very site. He has invited those in need of a letter to contact him via email. It's pretty straight forward. No conspiracies.
If you don't have a letter at this juncture and you want one, that's a YOU problem.
Luckily, it can be remedied in six simple steps...
Step 1 - Wake up.
Step 2 - Email savemichelex@gmail.com and ask for copy of the letter
Steps 3, 4 & 5 - Wait for letter, open letter and read letter.
Step 6 - Stay tuned to this site for more updates.
We're happy to keep you informed, but you have to meet us halfway... The current board is NOTHING like the "scum bags"...
Also read the copy of the letter sent to the former board members/officers contained in the post I am replying to...
Elcheepo... Please read the post I am replying to. It includes details you are seeking.
Who is the NFL player?
Deano is right. We needed 500,000,001 shares to execute the consent and the resolutions have been executed as stated in your letter.
I believe everyone with registered shares received this letter with exceptions Mr. Sawyer has laid out in a previous post. A change in BOD required notification of all shareholders.
Sabir has a reckoning coming his way ;)
Possibly. However, from what I understand it's in a good location and it's already been retrofitted with most of the equipment Pristine needs. However, if necessary, Pristine will have to walk and Dr. Shah can figure it out... It's definitely a loose end which will need to be tied up.
Dr. Shah owns the building through a company called Ti-Blatta... It's so ridiculously convoluted!!
We need funding to buy the building and get completely separated from this mess...
That is a sensitive subject on this board, however, I will say that $13.5M in unaccounted-for funds represents an egregious respresentation or misappropriation... The Feds should be crawling all over them. I'd love to read about an FBI raid on Syed's office...
I'd like to see the ask get bumped. There are clearly buyers out there!
I'm interested in hearing what El Cheepo has to say about the removal of the "scum bags". He thought the pursuit was admirable, but essentially a waste of time... Just curious :)
Evidence defeats doubt!!
Are there addresses and phone numbers for these companies, or are they simply companies which exist on paper?
10Q could come today... The timing meshes well with previous releases...
I believe our dear friend El Cheepo was skeptical... What are your thoughts?
You're right. I should have mentioned Venkat :)
Thank you, Venkat!!
The $13.5M is likely a fictitious number. It was part of the "pump and dump" strategy from the "scum bags".
Paritz could not verify its existence and it's likely there never was $13.5M available for Michelex. However, wouldn't it be a nice surprise if we were able to recover that money...
This opens up a very interesting question: $13.5M is unaccounted for. Either it existed and it should be available to Michelex, or it never existed and it was part of the "pump and dump" strategy. Either way, shareholders should care about what happens with this element of our little drama.
What are the options for recovering it? What are shareholders willing to do? It's an open board, let's be pragmatic here...
Again, I want to publicly thank Mr. Sawyer for his dedication, diligence and attention to detail in quarterbacking a successful removal of the "scum bags" as they are affectionately known.
For those who pledged their shares and support, I also thank you.
However, we are a long, long way from being done. The "scum bags" may attempt to contest the will of the shareholders, hide assets and challenge our collective vision of a transparent, ethical and profitable corporation. We need to stay unified and steel ourselves against further mischief.
In addition, we need to be patient. Pristine has established revenue streams, however, substantial scale-up is needed in order for the Pristine plant to be self-sufficient. We need funding. We need employees with the technical expertise to operate and maintain an FDA-approved facility on a scale large enough to meet the capacity needs we are all hoping will materialize. These things will take time and resources to put together.
Relish these small victories, but just not too long, because there is more work to be done.
For those who did not contribute to the effort to remove the "scum bags" because you either doubted it would be successful, or you were just too lazy, I ask that you reconsider your involvement going forward. If we are all stewards for Michelex, we just might be able to finally steer her into clear waters and a unified group approach offers the best chance that we will all profit in the long run...
Cheers!!
Proof of concept is not proof of safety and efficacy... They know they need to conduct larger trials. You may not agree with Xenogenics, MultiCell, the Emmes Group, the FDA, or myself, but your longevity on this message board does not make you omniscient.
Again, funding or a large partnership is necessary or the necessary trials do not happen and the stent goes nowhere...
WOONSOCKET, R.I., Feb. 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Xenogenics Corporation ("Xenogenics"), a majority owned subsidiary of MultiCell Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board MCET), is pleased to announce it has retained the Emmes Group to assist with the development and execution of its capital formation strategy to help finance expanded human clinical trials of its Ideal BioStentâ„¢.
I'd be thrilled with the announcement of a partnership.
No. The FDA is VERY specific about making claims. You cannot claim that a medical device or drug therapy is safe or effective until it has conducted the proper testing and that claim has been awarded by the FDA.
The exception are these crazy holistic/herbal remedies which fall into a different category.
Again, until there is a published trial, abstract or the like with data, you are making an unsubstantiated claim.
MCET/Xenogenics have been clear. They need money to test it fully in humans. The initial testing in insufficient to make a claim and from a practical sense, insufficient to convince the FDA to allow for commercialization.
They need a large partnership on this one.
They did "initial" human testing, which means VERY small numbers. Xenogenics is looking for funding to run human trials.
The FDA requires rigorous testing to make those claims. Those claims have not been substantiated in large randomized controlled trials (RCTs).
Show me the published data in a peer-reviewed journal.
The trials necessary to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the stents in humans have not been conducted.
New 8-K out today... It's another extension...

It would go to $100 a share.
My reply was intended for HSM. Sorry!
Lots of small companies have big hitters on their Board of Directors. Don't get me wrong, he appears to be a bright guy and I'm guessing he'll be an asset on some level. However, drawing direct lines between the different companies he's associated with and assuming that is going to translate into mergers, acquisitions or partnerships is reckless speculation... IMO.
I am ticked off, agitated and stubborn. Add that to the fact that I'm down over $80K due to those scum bags and it HYPER MOTIVATES me to make sure things are squared up with those guys... And then some!!
They may have to be nudged...
A good board AND a new group to invest... Michelex likely has NO money. Somebody will need to come in and infuse some cash to finish the retro-fitting of the Massena plant and hire some workers, so we can start manufacturing our own products and stop sub-contracting. That's the only way to get some profit generated. If we are successful with the removal of the current BODs, it still doesn't resolve the fact that those crooks have about 180M shares of Michelex. We really need to recoup those shares as an offering to new financiers. I think it's a worthwhile endeavor to pursue them legally for return of those shares.
Makes you wonder about what?
Individuals who serve on the Board of Directors do so because of their expertise in giving advice and steering companies in the right direction. Many times, they sit on the boards of multiple companies. However, that does not tie those companies together. Any speculation tying companies together without factual basis is irresponsible...
A dollar would be fantastic, but a penny is probably more realistic upside this year. Saleem and his accomplices have surely left quite the mess in their wake. It's going to take some time to uncover all of the misdeeds and clean them up. Don't be surprised if the laundry list of unpaid bills is six figures.
However, at least we'll know what the true situation looks like, probably get some idea of the plan to fix it and we'll have a motivated group doing things the right way to make things happen long-term.
We're going to have to stay patient for awhile...
I think you're spot on. The potential for tremendous momentum is very real. I think getting back over a $1.00 is realistic. They need to get the pps up in order to start consider getting listed on different exchange... So much is possible by the end of the month. I'm optimistic for some very real gains. When you people like Boris, Zoi and the Chinese govt investing in you and needing you to succeed, I don't see how that can disadvantage the shareholders in the long run...
I can and have imagined... It's all I have right now!!
LOL!!
Well done Richard!! It never hurts to ask :)
I'm hopeful we'll know a lot more by the end of the month. I know the proper steps have been taken, so I'm not sweating it. We're on the verge...
You are absolutely correct, sir :)
Indulge me!! Define "explode"... Do you think it is plausible that shorts will be scrambling to cover, causing an even great explosion?
The best news we can hope for in the short term is an 8K filed with the SEC making the potential changes official. Until that happens, it's a waiting game... Tick, tock...
