We will see how it plays out.
The .108 probably triggered a sell of much larger proportion.
The MM don't have to short the whole amount, they find out were people have their stop losses. Drop the price to trigger a sale and get cheap shares as a result of the quick drop. The people set the stop loss at a point that they thought the stock would not get to, but just in case it went way down they were out.
The MM's drop it just enough to trigger the stop loss sales and it only cost them $10.80 to pick up maybe tens of thousand of shares on the cheap.
It is the constant repeating drumbeat of the same information. Post the information at the top of the message board and go on with your life.
I agree it is a great stock, I'm convinced!
Sorry to see the train wreck happening for you long time shareholders.
I lost about $5000, myself on the whole process. But I had a chance to get up and walk away with 80% and a 200% profit, but wouldn't take it because of the chance to make so much more. I didn't take either opportunity.
The warning signs were there for me and they were there for each of you. I live about an hour south of Chicago, a guy who worked on the Chicago Board of Trade, as trader told me once, "You got to love to lose". When it goes against you, cut it lose and go make it back another day.
I hit one of these long shots in 2002, it went form .19 Oct 2002 SBAC. Three years later it was trading for over $30.00. I've been chasing the dream again since that time. I thought MWWC was going to be it, but the industrial contract didn't come in.
I had averaged in about .005 to .006.. I got out of most of my position at .0018. I have all the rest of my money in another stock currently at .12. It is just getting ready to turn cash flow positive and possibly turn a profit this quarter.
I wish all of you people the best and I hope this comes back, but the pain looks to get worse for now.
Sometimes the janitor does know whats going on!
glta, goodh2o1
Do you have an account here? I do not, I have a an e-mail
of Charles.Anders8@gmail.com. I don't use that account much at all, but maybe we could exchange some info and get together near the plant. They have a golf course right across the street.
Later, goodh2o1
Your very welcome, I just wish I had been a little more pro-active in getting the truth out at the time of conference call.
Where are you from? I live in Indiana, north of Lafayette.
Later, goodh2o1
I do not have much good to say about the whole situation, however, I did go by the production plant.
There are numerous people working there everyday, just happy to have a job. I have been by the plant more than 6 times.
I'm quite satisfied there are people who are trying their hardest to keep this company afloat.
The powers that be over promised on their big new industrial client.
I'm very sure there could be criminal charges brought, but that would further doom the slippery slope MWWC stands upon.
Hopefully things will work out, but approach with caution.
glta, goodh2o1
It was the people with stop losses put in for a just in case moment.
They dropped the price to force the automatic sale and picked up a bunch of shares on the cheap.
glta, goodh2o1
Well all the trips I made to inspect the plant must have paid some dividends for some of the people who own this stock.
I was called a basher, liar and other things because I didn't tow the company line of BS about 2 shifts and 45 workers.
Well now the truth is out and it turns out the liars are the company officers.
Turns out the janitor was right!
GLTA, GOODH2O1
Microsoft versus Apple approach?
Which would you people prefer? When license the product to everyone and anyone for a fee? Or, we get one partner and charge a major price?
Based on the cost of health care and the attempts to control costs, I prefer licensing it to everyone and anyone and collecting a fee for all uses.
glta, goodh2o1
The only thing sending this higher is hash.
No,in reality the industrial contract will do the job, just don't be fooled by management telling you lies about production.
glta, goodh2o1
That 10Q is just a fantasy. They were saying that they had 45 workers in jan, feb, They had maybe 24 max working for just a few weeks 3 max during jan, feb, they lied about how many people were working.
For a info check out my posts since dec.
If their expenses reflect that amount of expense, you should look for ghost payrolling.
fyi,
glta, goodh2o1
People are setting their stop loss to close to the price.
Remember about three years ago DNDN dropped 12 dollars in 15 minites due to stop loss orders. The MMs just tip them over like dominos.
glta, goodh2o1
What is dishonest? There are legitimate questions that need to asked!
Due your due diligence, I did mine and I did get out.
This is just a pump and dump site anyway, I'm just trying to give the unsuspecting souls on here a heads up.
I help elderly people across the street too.
glta, goodh2o1
Questions for a conference call.
How many people are working on the 1st shift.
How many people are working on the 2nd shift.
Is the industrial contract still in the works or has the contract been lost?
When will the sales to Toyota start again, is there any now, if yes how much, if not, why not, this account was up to 8 million at one time where did it go?
They haven't advertised for a painter in over a month are they still gearing up for a third shift?
Look I unfortunately think these guys in management are playing fast and loose with all the rules. This should be highly speculative money put into this company. The only way they get money coming in is the industrial contract. I think if it happens it is a home run.
If not, start checking the books, because I think they many have got their money out of the company when they were claiming 45 workers at the plant when there were only 23 during the months of
February and March. After I caught them in a lie they stopped making the claim of 45 workers, but they did claim 2 full shifts and 45 workers and that was a bald face LIE!
Good Luck and beware, the guy in the parking lot may have been right after all.
glta, goodh2o1
Yeah for new moderators! Even handed doesn't have to agree with me, but still be even handed.
If valid points which make the company look bad are available, hey I want to know about them.
The only concerns I ever had were the possible default on bonds and that has been addressed.
GLTA, goodh2o1
I didn't know the Pharma Network was a wholly owned subsidy of Elite?
That is great news, didn't know about it. Do we have any other wholly owned companies?
I agree poorme, the mindless repeating of information is quite a bummer.
The loss comes with the territory, I had a chance to make a nice profit. So I had a chance, which is all you can ask.
glta, goodh2o1
Some of those were my trades, I got out today. 1m 50K
I was averaged in about .006 and lower to .0044.
I wish everyone the best. Based on my visits to the plant I would not expect a real up tick on revenues.
I got back into a stock I sold to get into this stock. It was up 20 percent today.
If and when the industrial client shows up things should turn around, but there is not a signed contract with those guys and start up looks to be 2-3 months off. I got out of some of it at .008, but looks like I should have got out with all of it there.
GLTA, goodh2o1
I think your right, but upon looking up Oxceta it appears our patent will provide a delayed release with better abuse abilities.
The nice thing is Acura received a 20 million dollar payment up front with 5 to 25 percent in fees based on sales.
Watching from afar, I will visit the plant again in 2 weeks or when there is PR about the industrial client.
Thank you for the personal replies about the work I've done on this end. I have a twitter account Charles Anders @goodh2o1. If your interested in any other topics I'm interested in.
glta, goodh2o1
I saw the tweet, shows some hope, but a little vague on specifics.
To say were not looking for more work is encouraging.
GLTA, GOODH2O1
Does someone have the number of the post from the company on the 3/21. I missed it completely.
The building is not empty they have a full 1st shift and 3-5 people on the second shift. They are talking about getting up to 20 people on the 2nd shift and starting a 3rd shift. It is all in due time. They just don't have the go ahead on the industrial contract.
GLTA, goodh2o1
The camry business must have been lost completely. Before the depression, they were 90% camry and looking at 9Mill in revenue. We are suppose to have that back plus Sonic, f-150, Mazda, mustang and waiting on the industrial line.
Seems like we went from 90% camry to hoping on 90% industrial wish.
glta, goodh2o1
Granted there may be ways to improve productivity, but I'm not capable to make those type of decisions.
I just ask that you not blow smoke up my ____, and expect me to believe it. Such as a conference call and people on here posting that they got an e-mail from IR and that there is a full time 2nd time.
So in conclusion, I think they are a viable company, whose current CEO got caught tell what he thought was a little bitty lie. If there is proof of ghosting, he should go.
If he was mistakenly thinking they would get the big contract and was just puffing up the numbers too, I can accept that, but it is painted all kinds of gray and makes him and the company look bad.
I think we should keep him, but I would like to be in the room with him at all times. So that's not happening, but hey he is the only one who can save them at this time, so slap his hands and lets go on.
glta, goodh2o1
Pull up my list of posts, I've made about 8 visits to the plant.
Mostly to check on how many people are working. I checked out the dumpster and checked pallets outback for indications of who they were doing business with.
My photo is from the front of the plant.
GLTA, goodh2o1
It is easy to get there.
The plant is actually closer to Bridgman, MI.
94 across the top of Indiana, 94 turns north to Michigan. Go to exit 16 in Michigan, turn right go to first stop light turn right again, head about six miles east of town, plant is on the right just past a lawn care business and excavating business. There is a golf course and driving range on the north side of the road.
Big sign says Colortek.
Note, there is a golf course in Bridgman on the south side of the road.
GLTA, goodh2o1
2nd shift info. I made it a point to say there were only 3 to 5 people working the 2nd shift.
This reply should have been for doublebogie
In none of my posts will you find me saying there was a full 2nd shift ever.
I pointed out they wanted to increase the 2nd shift and wanted to add a third shift.
I knew at time of the conference call when there was a mention of 45 workers something was up. But I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and did not call out the discrepancy at that time. Instead I did 2 more drive by of the plant to confirm my info. I e-mailed IR and was told there was a 2nd shift. I started posting my info about little or no 2nd shift mid february.
glta, goodh2o1
I thought I saw where you might go by the plant and that you were from Chicago. Must have been something else.
As for efficiencies at the plant, I would not have a clue what to change. I have only been outside. It was within driving distance for me and I got in the car and drove by.
In reality I was just trying to confirm how many people were working. I found out on the first monday after Thanksgiving that there were about 15 people working. I was told that day they intended to hire 2-3 more soon and more after the 1st of the year.
I previously stated what I found out in Jan, Feb, Mar,.
The drum beat from the moderators and from the company is that there was as full time 2nd shift working at the plant. That was untrue and never been true based on my experiences and confirmed by the people I talked to this week. There was about 3 weeks of 2nd shift since the first of the year.
My e-mail in the middle of February questioned IR about this and if he insisted it to be true, I wanted to know who was cashing the pay checks of the other 15 people that was supposed to be working there. He maintained his stance in his e=mail.
I believe they call it ghost payroll. I would love just how many checks are being issued through the Williams employment for Colortek, because I don't believe the companies numbers.
GLTA, goodh2o1
I think there are contracts in place, just not in sufficient quantity to meet expenses.
We lost 90k last quarter, we should be less than 50K for this quarter based on my visits to the plant. We were supposed to be working on higher margin products.
I have heard that drum beat about there being a 2nd shift working full time in awhile. Based on my observations, we will get a boost, just not sure it will be enough to quit borrowing money.
We could have enough to get to the industrial contract, but who knows when that will occur.
We have a laundry list of contracts, but really now, really how small must they be to only generate 225K for last quarter. In December there were 15 workers at the plant.
Jan, Feb, Mar, there were at least 18 maybe 20 on first shift and about 3 weeks of second shift of 3-5 people. They have taken down there advertisement for a painter, they buffer job is still listed with Williams employment. I did confirm the other day that is who they use to hire people.
So I figured we might get a pop of 50% in production if were lucky to about 340K, for this quarter. If indeed we have higher margin products, maybe 400K.
MDIMPORT you from Chicago?
GLTA, goodh2o1
Doodle it is only going to get worse in the short term.
The people with the conversions make more money by getting more shares by shorting. So the lower the price goes the more shares they get when they convert.
1. I don't anticipate an announce on the CNH, but I do think it is going to happen.
2. The 2nd quarter financials will be a disappointment for revenues, unless we really have some high profit margin products being moved.
I think we could see some .000s right after the financials are announced, if not sooner.
Get prepared to grab some of the .000s and hope to survive, if they do your on easy street, if not it was a bad investment.

I started checking on CNH balers and look what I found, maybe this is why we have had a delay. I hope this is part of our order!

Does anyone know where the CNH plant is for making balers?
I'm going to check on my end, but maybe they aren't pulling the trigger is because they have enough inventory at the present time.
Why have us start if they have enough inventory at this time. From what I understand we are only waiting for them to give us the go ahead.
I don't know the lead time for these products, but I do know the lead time for product at the Rensselaer Orville Redenbacher microwave corn plant. Just to change a cardboard box takes 12 weeks, if all goes well.
So a delay on CNH is entirely possible. Its back to the sausage example, tastes great but I don't want to know how its made.

About Chuck Pinkerton, per a request from the board I asked if Chuck was at the plant on a regular basis. I was told that the worker did know Chuck and that indeed he was there on a regular basis. The worker did not know our investment person.

Revenues for 2nd quarter ending March 31st.
Based on how many vehicles I saw at the plant during December, how many I've seen at the plant in Jan, Feb, Mar, I believe our revenues for the 2nd quarter will be about 340K for the quarter.
We had 224K for Oct, Nov, Dec,.
We won't see any big increase until they get the industrial work.

Dateline Borada, MI Colortek thursday evening 7pm.
Plant driveby, there is a second shift working. They have about 18-20 working the 1st shift and 3-5 not 35, three to five workers on the 2nd shift.
They are gearing up to get 20 workers on the 2nd shift and looking to start a third shift.
GLTA, GOODH2O1
I got involved with Elite based on the insider purchases from a year ago.
I didn't think they looked like purchases and when I talked to Diane she confirmed last year that the form 4's were for compensation. So it comes out as an insider purchase, but these are really salary payments. Which if I had the choice with this company I would do the same thing.
I sure this is just a different form of salary for these form 4's.
What is impressive is you don't see any insider selling.
GLTA, goodh2o1
Haven't been by the plant, still waiting for the confirmation that the industrial work has started.
I'd have been by there several times this month, but had a $800.00 repair bill pop up.
However, as soon as it is posted I will go by and get a count for cars on the 1st and the suspicious 2nd shift.
glta, goodh2o1
I agree, today is 4 weeks since the 1st quarter financial results.
We were to start the big industrial project within 4 weeks per the news release.
Maybe today will be the day to announce the agreement.
