i found the fools article on msnmoney, but not on yahoo finance. strange like someone said, if it was a bashing article about pphm yahoo would carry it.

with 20mil shares shorted i think volume would be higher if that was the case.

same old song and dance. pumpers say its time to average down, final days ahead, stay tuned, rocket ready to launch, train about to leave the station,etc....bashers say its r/s time, dilution on the way, bankruptcy coming, scam, etc........just have to do your on dd and go from there.

What is the latest date that we would know if pphm report received btd??

anyone else thinking of selling their shares if pphm starts ph3 with no partner.............my concern is if no partner then they will dilute and then r/s while trying to finish ph3...any thoughts???

i think we should all just wait till year end and if ph3 is started with no partner then its safe to say they will finish ph3 without a partner, i then will sell my shares if no partner announced by end of year cause dilution will be an issue.

You know what the problem of the partnering delay is (the before ASCO 2013 information) because you saw the same source info as I did! You also see that that source is reliable! Then, pls, no clownishness now! We can miss that as tooth pain with all that is to happen, believe me!

anyone know what the a/s count is? im thinking if no partner by year end then i might sell. im not willing to go through a r/s. would it be odd for a parnter to show up after ph3 has started??
bottom line is if dilution is in full force during ph3, a/s is geting low, and no parnter im not hold during a r/s.


ps. what was the o/s count during the 1st r/s?

just a thought. lets say a potential partner told pphm last week we want shares as part of our deal and we want cheap ones at that. so pphm release a vague and poorly written pr to drop share price for potential partner to scoop them up (AND THEY RELEASED THE NEWS ON A THURSDAY RIGHT BEFORE RUSSELL).....cause if you have cash on hand why dilute and if your raising money then why dilute at those ridiculous low prices??????? either a potential partner wanted shares or pphm wanted the russell to scoop up as much as they could to keep shorts and daytraders from geting them........thoughts???

my point about this whole pphm scamming and excuses,etc comes with the territory of owning a penny stock, if an investor doesnt like it then sell.

I disagree. Longs hoping for Inflection points and pphm scheduled dates for news are completely different than someone predicting over and over from a so called source dates on news and data to be released, really no different than sierra.

just because they dont close a deal doesnt mean sk was "full of it" being close to a deal and updating potential partners was all he said nothing more nothing less. your reading into it to much,take it for what he said
