Did I miss something? Exactly what operations would be disrupted by these leins? Last time I checked there hasnt been any operations since the days of 'ol when Airdale and Johnny Trader were taking video outside the fence....lol

Man do I miss the days when we thought we are on the cusp of the millionaire club! Drive byes at the mine on a regular basis...stock price at .08+ prior to all the reverse split nonsense.....ahhh the good ol days.

so here is what i often have wondered...since they have all this land and according to the boys it's actually worth it's weight in gold ..(pun intended) why wouldn't they just knock on the door of one of their big rich neighbors and say "make me an offer" and just be done with it??? put everyone out of their misery and go away with big fat pockets. i'm sure the neighbors would be more than willing to continue to gather assets ...no?

Since, as far as I know, we have no record of a filing w/ NDEP for the new concrete settling ponds to date and no mention of resumed operations @ the site...I wonder if ANYONE is even there doing anything?
