Not pump and dump. I don't see anyone heading for the exits. .1% shares traded daily and the price has been going up??? That's not exactly a panic exit.
Who in their right mind will buy this stock? Someone with the insight to believe in a 3D real time, low cost, portable, low radiation device that was proven at an open house, received all positive reviews and has a solid concept.
When did everyone try to get out as you say? The price bottomed out at .07 and has been back between .09 and .10 lately. The drop from 1.95 was due to Dean's ego and his inability to file the correct paperwork with the FDA.
The FDA is meeting with Dean and his consultants. Its just a matter of time now. The checkered flag is in view.
Yes the DViS is real. It was demoed at those that showed up got a preview of the future of medical technology. Those that didn't go don't believe in it and I guess you can't blame them. Its like the Ripley's of the medical industry. Believe it or not!
Vino, you have the right idea, but # of shares does not equal # of investors. It seems though that people are confident enough in Dean and IMGG to hold on to their shares. It has been hovering between .09 and .10 for a while and when the package is complete and ready for FDA approval, it will go up from there.
The knock on Dean's door will be the FDA with a bottle of champagne when they approve the DViS as a real time 3D imaging device.
Mugs, thats a serious accuzation you are making about Dean using a straw man to buy and sell shares of IMGG during the runup. Do you have proof of this or a link to something proving it? Please show us.
Ruflair, you will get two opposing stories from people here on this board.
Many will tell how the DViS is a wonderful new technology that scans images in near real time 3D and how dean strggled with his ego and failed with the FDA and now has consultants helping him get though FDA approval. People who went to the open house tell about a fantastic demo of real time 3D imaging where Dean got a standing ovation and answered all questions asked.
One side paints a grim picture of IMGG and Dean. This is based on not going to the open house and never seeing a demo of the DViS. Never meeting with Dean face to face.
Do your own due dilligence and make your own decisions about what is truth and what is fabrications. You can't get a clear picture here as there are two opposing sides to the opinions of the posters are so different.
Go outside the board, attend open houses if there are more are part of due dilligence. As with any penny stock, never invest more than you can afford to loose. You could do very well if the DViS gets through FDA approval or you could loose most of your investment if they run out of money and go bankrupt.
I really wish those who criticize the open house were there. Your opinion would be different than what you are posting now. I hope Dean will do another open house soon. I would ask him to personally ask everyone who doubts the DViS performs real time 3D imaging. How about it Dean, have another open house and get these people to come and talk to you and see another live real time 3D demo. Would you people go if Dean asked you to and promised another demo?
Everyone was invited. Although Dean probably didn't have room for 14,000 people, he gave everyone a chance to be there. I agree it would be nice to have the demo somewhere a little more convenient for all 14,000 people to see it, I can't complain since I couldn't go. I believe those that attended and gave their feedback since all agree.
I have no problem with people who couldn't go to the open house because of other commitments. But if they didn't go, how can they call those that went names. These people are not insiders, liars, blind, incompetent or anything else that has been said of them. They spent their personal time and money and gave us honest feedback of what they say. I give their opinion more credibility than anyone who provides an opinion of the DViS that didn't go to the open house.
If you didn't go, you don't know!
"If you didn't go, you don't know!" Thats my point exactly. How can you criticize the people who went to the open house if you weren't there. I give them tons more credit for making the effort to go. They were rewarded for their efforts with a live demo of the DViS showing a live 3D image.
Those that didn't go missed the perfect oppertunity to see it live in person and ask their questions.
My consultants tell me that everything is moving along smoothly for IMGG. Dean has everything he needs to get the DViS through and his consultants in the meeting with the FDA will iron out all the details.
No problems at this point, just smooth sailing.
The checkered flag is in sight, its just a matter of time.
I didn't realize there was a published list of everyone who attended the open house. So did someone also publish a background check on everyone so we can eliminate the possibility there was a radiologist there? Please post a link to this information.
This contradicts the post saying they discussed the DViS in detail with a radiologist that was present (and impressed with the DViS) at the open house.
Who went to the open house and can respond to the statement, "No one at the OH knew what they were looking at" There was a post saying there was at least one radoiologist there. Please refresh our memories.....
Lamb, if you dont have confidence in the CEO of a company you invested in, you should have sold all your shares a long time ago. If you think a couple hundred bucks to get your logo on a poster verses a several grand to have a CC where you are going to get crap for an hour is a problem, then..... The OH was a great place to get your questions answered. It weeded out the serious people from the noise that comes out of a CC.
Janes did not lie about the real time 3D capabilities of the DViS. This functionality has been proven. You should have seen it. I hear it was awesome and got a standing ovation!
so, seeing a demo of a product isn't part of due dilligence? Talking with the CEO and asking your questions that you don't get answers to int he forum isn't due dilligence?
I disagree.
Ask those who went to the open house why they took time out of their busy schedules and they will tell you it is to do some due dilligence.
I guess those who were interested in doing some DD went to the open house, everyone else passed on the oppertunity. You could listen to the reports from the 70 people who went to the open house. They asked many of the questions that are being asked over and over. They got their answers and communicated them here. They got to see a live 3D demo of the DViS and reported what they saw.
The checkered flag will be waving soon.
Long and strong until the final gong.
You will just have to wait to find out who Dean's consultants are. They are focused on working on the FDA package and dont have time for distracting questions or comments.
The checkered flag will wave soon, then all will be told by the man behind the curatin.
gds, you should have gone to the open house to ask Dean your questions in person. please refer to the posts that were on this board from those that attended the open house. According to them, financing is not a problem.
Box, there was an open house where everyone was invited to go. You could have gone to that and asked all the questions you are asking here. Confrerence calls cost money. I would rather have him spend the money on consultants to get the DViS through FDA approval. He answered questions about financing. This has been mentioned in detail here from those who went to the open house. Again, that was your chance to get your questions answered.
You say "0" consultants? I would love to see proof of that. Please send us your "due dilligence". I don't believe that to be the case at all. Sure Dean said 5 or 6 and didn't give out an exact number, but come on. Zero???
Common sense tells me that this revolutionary, breakthrough technology that actually workes will fly through the FDA approval once all the paperwork is submitted correctly. Now that dean has the consultants checking and double checking everything, its just a matter of time until we get the checkered flag! This stock will not stay in penny land much longer. Dean will tell all as soon as the job of getting the package put together and getting the DViS through FDA approval is complete. Those who had the patience to stay with him will be rewarded.
Long and strong until the final gong!
Yes, it has been a long time coming, but this time it looks like all the pieces are coming together.
I like Chevy's answer: "it's like taking a failed test over again! Dean knows the questions, the consultants know how to format the answers....."
It doesn't matter who the consultants are or how many there are as long as they agr getting Dean dna the DViS in the right place with the FDA. We will know soon enough after the FDA finally approves the DViS. Our patience will pay off.
Lamb, I'm confused by your statement. You say your money is staying in until IMGG hits at least .50 but you also say you don't think Dean has the goods to provide the FDA what they want..... If that is the case, it will probably not go to .50 and you should cut your losses now. There are buyers out there who would love to pick up IMGG for less than .10 and ride it back up.
I believe Dean and the consultants will get the DViS thorugh the FDA and we will be bought out for a handsome price.
Those of us who believe in the DViS and FDA approval will ride IMGG to $3 or $4.
Dean's ego is in check. The consultants have been hired to be sure things are handled properly with the FDA. Let the guy have a little fun between the 14 hour days. Sponsoring a community event is a non issue.
Not misguided, not a distraction.
Good PR to support the community.
The work is being guided by the consultants.
FDA will approve.
Dean was taking a break.
You can't work 24/7/365 and keep your sanity.
I dont see it as arrogance.
Long and strong until the final gong.
Lamb, I guess we have Nascar since the Nascar checkered flag will wave on the DViS soon. So Dean might have thrown a few bucks into a community event. It could also be for PR. Since the consultants helped him through the difficult part of submission I guess he has a little time on his hands. There is nothing wrong with sponsoring a community event or even "having a blast".
If Sano and Polk get into the ring, I might buy a ticket to see how that plays out. Polk should come back onto this board to provide some of his input.
Its nice to hear that Imaging3 is involved in the community and supports community activities. Thanks for the informative posting. Dean has some time now that the consultant got everything straightened out and the checkered flag is in sight for the DViS.
Who is the FDA reviewer that Janes claims he will meet with? I didn't see any information including a name. Please show where that information was given.
Thats a question for Dean.
Send your questions to info@imaging3.com or give them a call, its toll free! (800) 900-9729
The six consultants are busy right now. You will find out their names when the job is done. They will maintain their focus rather than taking BS inquiries. Send your questions to info@imaging3.com. As for the jetsetting life, that is a snapshot in time. a weekend trip that could be sponsored by someone else. You just don't know who paid for it. I doubt it came out of imaging3's pocket. Who were those guys with dean and by the way, the broad was not bad looking like some say.
It was all about Dean's ego. He realized he cant do it all himself, so now he has consultants getting him back on track. It sounds like he is a control freak and that wont work here. This is in the past and now they are on their way to approval and the SP will go back from .10 to .75. The smart money is getting back in.
You are basing your opinion on real time 3D imaging on what a doctor said was not possible. That does not mean someone can not figure out how to do it. Remember all the inventions from the past that people said were impossible (electricity, the light bulb, refrigeration, the telephone, space travel, etc, etc, etc....). Most devices we use on a daily basis today were considered impossible "Science Fiction" devices that were "not possible".
I have a feeling
that the consultants are guiding Dean on the right path and that they are maintaining their focus since they are not being bothered by nonsense phone calls and emails from people wanting to drill into their past and find out if one of the consultants ever got a speeding ticket or j-walked in the past.
Secrecy is necessary in corporate America in order to get things done and protect your information or property. This is a way of life.
Dean told those at the open house that cash was not a problem and he could ride it out until the FDA approval You could have asked this and your other questions if you could have gone. Ask those who went to the OH and they can tell you all about it.
Dean shouldn't and doesn't have to disclose the information about the consultants. It only opens up the consultants to "noise" from people asking nonsense questions. They need to stay focused on the task they are hired to do. This is a smart move on Dean's part.
Dean is Taking Care of Business!
no, its not 100% misleading to say that Janes device can produce real time 3D fluoroscopic images. I would be willing to bet the price goes to .20 before it is BK or back to .03. Any takers?
Perhaps the consulting agreement with IMGG contains a NDA. We don't know. Let them do their job and everything will be just fine.
Mugs.....Why not post the name of your consultant now? Dean Janes can't tell his until the process is complete. What is your consultant's area of expertise?
The "Smartmoney" will buy this stock !!! Everybody now knows that Dean Janes has a breakthrough product.
More volume will come naturally as people realize the FDA will likely approve the DViS and the price will go through the roof. The lucky (or should I say Smart) ones will get in while it is still under 10 cents.
