anything new today?
Anything new happen today?
Depending if the Company benefits by the exchange?
Good question! who owns the Dredges and does Alan Trees have shares for exchange?
My mistake Sney never purchased the equipment but have added Alan Trees to the Sunergy /advisory Board. Sney does have equipment as Asstes
Good luck to you! may be we have a geat Christmas and prosperous New Year 2011
SNEY recently purchased equipment and intend to start production. Assets and Cash Flow are the number 1 indicator of a Company's success. In the pre production stages, it's the assumption of the Company success. I beleive SNEY is on the right track, clearing debt load and freeing up securities. 2011 should be interesting.
Promissory Note 4, Form 10-Q, period ending Sept/31/2009, the final $250,000 owed for the 100% aquisition of the Nyinahin Mining Concession, for 2,100,000 common shares. SNEY would hold 100% interest in the Ghana region Mineral Property, once this note is settled.
SNEY is set for production in the near most possible future in Ghana.
After reading the last filing financials Form Q10-q, Th Company actually has more Assets then Current Liabilities, Capital aquired through the issues of Shares, A Deficit accumulated during the pre-exploration stage of (640,788) And shareholders Equity of 313,160.
Read the last quarter financials. Looks like the Company acquired Capital from the issuance of shares which is pretty standard in exploration stages. With the most recent aquiring of Mining Properties and Mineral findings, Alto should be in a great position to Mine the Minerals for the Market Price and generate revenue, which brings us way over the Top.
