I do not have a link but understand it is for the Android test version and you can find info as follows: Polybia Studios has a Google+ community page dedicated to testing new versions of SafeDate. Polybia as you know is on FB and Twitter as well, not sure about test info being there, but would be good for to know for those interested. I view this a very big deal.

Veronica, Where did I state that News about nothing was my intent? Did I not simply point out that the Company was at risk from the SEC for being very delinquent with its filings? I as well as most other investor shareholders do not require a lecture about why you support the company, WHEN IN FACT WE ALL DO! I hate to take exception to your post, but will tell you that the company does have a responsibility for keeping its shareholders updated. No one is asking for anything but truthful updates and surely from what I have read are not looking for P&D so why do you keep referring to comments in that manner? A December update now 60 days old for me is definitely not satisfactory. They have stated major developments are underway, so what's wrong with them providing updates as to status. Finally, it would be nice to see this Pink Sheet company at least in a CURRENT status. That's how I see it.

It sure seems like the focus of the company is moving from transport to technology. FrankJab101--Have you reviewed their Revised Disclosure Statement posted on the OTC? If that is not a good update, what else is? Think about why a funding group would want to invest $750K and provide a $5M line of credit.. Seriously, and to the benefit of long term investors not seeking a (1) day reward, the funding group had to perform in depth DD and so the did.. They did invest just as the Disclosure stated.. The trucking industry is a tough business, yet the funder became a believer in the team and their long range strategy..
You can bet that whoever it is that hits a bid with a trade of (100 shares@.0002) (2cents) is only out to hurt all the shareholders and the company. Finally, after the recent and significant run up on volume and price, not (1) share of dilution came from the Company! Board statements alleging something different simply did not have the facts. FYI...

Does anyone have a clue about what it really takes to build a business. Consider all the other Pink Sheet operations and you will see this one is an absolute jewel.. Clearly their acquisition plan will deliver the profit goals increased volume will bring.. They state that future roll-ups will only be considered if they are currently profitable.

Important point having absolutely no-bearing on day to day operations as noted by their 12/31 reporting.. Rest assured that management is aware and at the appropriate time in conjunction with coming future event, will rectify this issue.

The Company as stated many times over the last year is involved with a major roll-up strategy.. Stay tuned for more announcements relating to actual roll-up targets, their funding and where the company will end up in 2014!
