What I'm worried about is if the judge owns stock in any of these companies. Or his wife, kids, family. Payoff by big companies.
Our legal system leaves a lot to be desired.
Our legal system takes yrs. to deside on what date to deside something.
Greg
NITE is at the top with 96 million at the bid for .0001 and about 1 billion at the top for ask at .0002.
Will be interesting after the RS with about 14 millions shares to see what NITE will be showing then.
Massive sale went through a few minutes ago. About $21 worth at .0001. Someone need lunch money or what? LoL
Greg
I doubt it unless something big happens.
After the RS we'll be at .1 or .2.
If sales shoot up or a Markman hearing win, we may hold the .1 or .2. If not then my guess is a slow downward roll.
Sorry, not in a very good mood today.
Greg
I think about it sometimes. Like today. At the moment my account is down almost 20% since Friday morning.
Gona keep my KBLB shares, Their eventualy gona make some money.
The silk they PRd in Oct10 is 80% as strong as spider silk and twice as strong as silkworm silk.
Its only been about 10 months. I'm woundering why they have'nt made any sales, partnerships, ect for 10 months.
Its like the legal system. Everything takes sooo long.
Kim being a lawyer may be used to the long time to do things but I'm not.
Come on, sale the gen1 and use the money to pay off debt and concentrate on gen2. Finish gen 2 and sell it and use the money to work on gen3. Throw in some royalties why your at it.
I almost had a heat stroke today. Have to remember not to work on hot roofs in 92+ deg weather.
Stay in the AC today everyone, nasty outside.
Greg
Your posts are usualy so depressing to read but my guess is thats what you intend.
Why don't you go gloom another board and give us a break.
I'm sure this will be deleted but then again, most of your posts should be deleted anyways.
Greg
I think they should sell the gen1 for big cash upfront and a % of future sales. That way they get some cash and continued payments. Let the buying company secure the product.
They could then use the cash to develope the gen2, 3, ?
Did they ever show us the testing results from back in oct10?
Greg
So on 7Oct10 we learned that ZFs work well with silk worms.
I though they did'nt get any ZFs till resent?
They've had them for 9 months now?
Greg
I want to know what happened to the Markman.
Could'nt they just put out a sticky note and say the Markman was, will be, or has happened and these are the results?
Its a bit frustrating to be in the dark. Spent hrs. searching for info and come up empty.
Quite times make me feel like something bad happened and they'd rather not say anything than tell us.
Greg
If I took over $400000 of my daddies money and invested it all in one penny stock then watched the SP drop for yrs, I'd consider myself a fool.
I'd go out on the web and find message boards to talk crap about the stock to help keep the SP down.
I'd probably make sure others fell my pain and we could all go broke together. But hey, easy come, easy go.
Maybe if I mortgage my house, I could average down?
Maybe I should sell my shares and cut my loss?
Maybe I should be more positive with my posts?
Na
Greg
I'm woundering if/when the SP hits the .1 if some/most/all brokers will let us buy and sell GERS again??.
It would also be great if YA did'nt dilut so much since the SP will be 1000 times what their used to.
Instead of diluting 1,000,000,000 shares they could do just 1,000,000 and get about the same amount of money.
Also with 14 million shares and a (guess) possible 20 million plus a yr in revenue, would'nt the share price go up to $1+ ?.
Greg
Its odd. I get an email from stockwatchalert and shortly afterwards newsletter@500pct pumping KBLB then a short bit later see this post.
Are you affiliated with any of the above pump sites?
Just woundering. The timing is so close.
Greg
Been thinking about the 1000:1. KK has to know that we probably are going down unless something significant is about to happen.
Maybe a big settlement pertaining to the markman. Or maybe he's just expecting a big settlement.
Winning big with the markman could possible pay off all the debt. With all the debt paid off I'm woundering what the SP will be on 14 million shares?
I'm still woundering what happened to all the proffits from last quarter?
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1269127/000126912711000036/gersq111.htm
$85k cash on hand left from millions.
Did he use some for laywer fees and the rest to pay off that debt?
I believe his priority with cash is to get ride of debt.
I'm still straddling the fence with being upset about the 1000:1.
Greg
The A/S stayed at 20B so they could pay YA in shares.
Guessing we're gona hit .0001 till the RS then be .10.
Guessing we're gona then drop down to .0001 just like the last several RSs.
Wait, Not guessing but remembering what happened after the other RSs.
The last 10q showed a nice proffit but did'nt do squat for the SP.
If the next 10q shows a profit then I bet its not going to do squat for the SP.
We need to get rid of YA and looks like KK is working on it.
The only near term hope I see in GERS is the markman. If GERS wins big could fix all this. Could pay YA and other debt off and start fresh. If they win the markman do they get the cash right then and there? or could it take years?
Going to work.
Greg
The authorized common shares will stay the same, 20 Billion.
The outstanding shares after the reverse split will be about 13,903,397 which leaves them
19,986,096,603 shares to pay YA Global and any thing else that poops up.
Sorry, not a math wiz so numbers may be a tad off.
Greg
I don't think everyone (web site wise) has the up to date info on the share structure.
As of today is:
Authorized: 20,000,000,000
Outstanding: 13,903,397,418
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1269127/000126912711000050/gerspre14c72111.htm
Greg
From the 14C filing on 2011-07-22 (today).
Derivative Security Creditor Issue Date Original Principal Outstanding Principal Shares Issuable

341,520,455,556
Even after the reverse split, there are about 341 Billion shares that are comming.
Greg
Been through a few reverse stocks splits here. Afterwards we end up at .0001.
The debt realy is'nt that big a deal for me but YA bugs the crap out of me. They should wait for their payments and not dilute.
The proffits are realy comming in and this reverse split may be different from the others.
Maybe others might have different opinions?
Not selling here. Been in to long to quit now.
Greg
Something has been bothering me about the last 10Q.
The gross profit of $6,783,716.
Net income of $10,133,644.
Now under Assets, Cash of $87,576.
Why is their cash so low after making millions?
I see the performance bonus of $4,986,568 was applied to the convertible debenture
Any ideas on what the money was used for or were its at?
Greg
I'm hoping all the 100m blocks are a buyback. If he took 1 million from last quarters proffits he could buyback 10B shares at .0001 or 5B shares at .0002.
I think its not unreasonable and would do a lot for the company and share holders confidence.
A buyback has to be done at the bid, right?
Looking forewards to a nice weekend and some grilling.
Greg
Ack, made a big typo. The 10-K date was 2011-04-01.
Greg
My bag. Posted before my morning caffeine fix.
10-K 2011-05-13
RISKS FACTORS ATTENDANT TO OWNERSHIP OF OUR COMMON STOCK
The resale of shares acquired by our lenders may reduce the market price of our common stock. We may be required to amend our certificate of incorporation to reverse split our common stock.
Existing shareholders may experience significant dilution from our issuance of shares to repay amounts due to holders of loans that are convertible into our common stock.
I originaly purchase GERS during a pump about 2yrs ago. Was my very first penny stock.
Greg
Its just a gut feeling and the mention of it in the last Q.
I can't see them doing a share buyback when the proffits are just starting to come in. Also with 100s of billions of shares in warrants on the books ack.
I still believe in the company but not enough to sink more cash into it. I was able to average down to .008 after the last RS but don't forsee being green anytime soon.
I can't see Kevin using the proffits to buy back shares. If I was him, I'd build up a saveings, pay off debt, R&D, and expand. A RS would be the cheapest/fastest way to drop the share count.
I do believe we have a great chance of wining the Markman and that cash could realy help out.
Good luck to all.
Greg
I see a RS comming. Realy hope I'm wrong.
The 50-1 sucked then came the 10-1
If they do another RS then I'm out.
Greg
I was half expecting the SP to drop on Monday after the CC and not before. I think a lot of investors are waiting on $$$$$.
The news has been good and the SP goes up but usualy goes back down afterwards.
Science is great but $$$$$ is what a lot look for.
I finaly got over the urge to sell when the SP goes up or down.
Gona just wait it out to see what happens.
Good luck to all.
Greg
My uneducated guess is.
With news, I'd guess C, depends on the news. If the news is about actual big $$$ then higher. If not about $$$ then C.
With no news Monday then E.
News makes us go up and then slowly down but the downs don't seem to go as low as we were before.
If I could guess when we'll get news I'd buy the day before LoL
Greg
Was this what you were refering to about Calm Seas?
10-K 2011-04-15
Pursuant to the Letter Agreement, Calm Seas Capital made a Bridge Investment in the Company in the aggregate amount of $120,000, of which $100,000 was paid promptly after the Letter Agreement was signed in July 2009 and the remaining $20,000 was paid in late September 2009. In this Bridge Investment, Calm Seas Capital purchased (i) twelve convertible debentures, each in the principal amount of $10,000 (the “Bridge Debentures”) and (ii) twelve warrants each exercisable for the purchase of 500,000 shares (the “Bridge Warrants”). As of April 12, 2011, Calm Seas Capital has converted $115,000 of the principal amount of the debentures into shares of our Class A common stock.
Greg
I wounder just how much bigger they were able to make the worms?
How much more silk is produced by these larger worms?
If the worms are twice the normal size, do they produce twice the silk?
I hope that the stronger silk would fetch a higher price per cocoon.
I seem to remember that they said they could make the worms produce silk in different colors. Would save money by not haveing to dye the silk.
Happy here over the news and math.
Greg
Woot, great news.
You've just cheared me up. Thank you.
Greg
I'm realy expecting/hopeing the CC has info about gen1. Its been about 7 months now and I'd like to know why they have'nt made a deal by now. Or have they?
Come on, 7 months!
My emotions get the better of me. Some times I'm glade to own KBLB stock and other times I'm worried that I do.
After 7 months the CC beter have definate news about gen1.
Its twice as strong as regular silk. Whats taking so long?
They need to get gen1 onto the market and start making some money. That money would come in handy to pay for gen2 and gen3.
Anyone else think the time its taking is somewhat long?
Greg
Great article but leaves me with big questions.
..................................................................
(Utilizing the claimed precise gene targeting and high efficiency of the ZFN process, KBLB and Sigma now plan on inserting spider silk genes into the silkworm genome, while simultaneously removing the native silkworm silk genes. The result, the companies hope, will be transgenic silkworms that produce pure spider silk "at commercially viable production levels.")
................................................................
A clip from the article above.
If KBLB is just buying the tech why does the article make it sound like their partnered? If I buy milk and make a new kind of cake, I'm not going to have a news artile giving credit to the milk manufacter.
Is the article writer Ben Coxworth stating facts? Guessing?, maybe just writting what KBLB or SIGMA told him?
................................................................
(Biotech firm Sigma Life Science plans on developing genetically-modified silkworms, that will produce spider silk for use in commercial applications)
................................................................
Another clip above.
So Sigma is developing the silkworms and not KBLB?
I like the article and if KBLB has a stronger tie to Sigma other than just buying the fingers then I'm all for it.
Go KBLB
Go Team
Greg
I'd love to know were kim has traveled to. Company, state, other country?
I wounder what he meant when he said shareholders expect to much? I expect the stock to shoot up to $500+ per share ))
Yes, I day dream a lot.
Still interested were he traveled to vers just makeing a phone call, email, fax to whomever he went to see.
Go KBLB
Go team
Greg
Sorry about my responce before. Had a bad day at work and the day before got a nasty sunburn. I need to find a relaxing indoor hobby
Greg
I like your thinking here.
They made several milliom more than usual. KK could take just 1 milliom of it and buyback 10 billion shares.
If he could do that a couple times each year and use the rest of the money for operating costs and paying down debt would make me realy happy.
When I see anything about a R/S, it just makes me want a big drink.
I guess we'll have to wait and find out.
Greg
I hope your not saying my post was trash talking. I'll take back the everytime word. I've been through a few R/Ss so far.
The fact is when GERS drops to .0001 they do a R/S and we have a ride down hill to .0001. Look at several months worth of SPs before each of the last several R/Ss and you will see the trend.
What I just wrote is not opinion, guessing, hearsay, or trash talk but absolute fact.
Greg
Everytime GERS goes down to .0001 we have a R/S.
Been there, done that.
I'm waiting for the markman to see what happens. Hopfully all or some of them decide to pay. GERS will have tons of cash and maybe that share buyback might happen?
Got my fingers crossed and some of my toes.
Greg
I'd like to think he's working on finding a buyer or partner.
It makes a lot of sence that he is trying but the time he's taking is getting up there.
Its hard for me to believe that he's going to start up is own worm farm while working on Gen 2 and 3.
Ack, its like waiting on Xmas morning to open up the gifts LoL.
Greg
I basicaly got the same responce from Ameritrade but without any mention of a fee.
I was going to open another account to buy some more shares but decided to wait and see what happens before I invest any more money with GERS.
Greg
I hope the CC will give an update on the Gen1.
Its been around 6 months since they announce Gen1.
With silk thats twice as strong why so long to find a buyer?
They could use the money to fund Gen 2 and 3.
Anyone see any mention on this?
Greg
We entered into agreements during 2010 with our senior lender, YA Global Investments, L.P. ("YA Global"), for the sale of several GreenShift-owned corn oil extraction systems to YA Corn Oil Systems, LLC ("YA Corn Oil") in exchange for the satisfaction of convertible debt due to YA Global and the right to receive certain distributions from YA Corn Oil. We fulfilled the conditions for effectiveness of this transaction as of February 15, 2011. Our results of operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 include a gain of about $5.9 million due to the sale of extraction systems. In addition, we earned performance bonuses from YA Corn Oil in the amount of about $4.9 million which are included in revenue for the first quarter of 2011.
So 10.8 million. What was it spent on? Were did it go?
Greg
10Q note 15:
During the second quarter 2011, Viridis Capital, LLC, the Company’s majority shareholder, surrendered a total of 6 billion common shares, which shares were cancelled as of May 12, 2011. A total of 10 billion common shares were surrendered and cancelled by Viridis Capital between November 2010 and May 12, 2011.
Does this mean we're at 5.2B OS?
Stockholders’ Equity (Deficit):
Convertible preferred stock, $0.0001 par value, 5,000,000 shares authorized:
Series B: 2,480,544 and 2,480,544 shares issued and outstanding, respectively 2,481 2,481
Series D: 793,379 and 791,034 shares issued and outstanding, respectively 793 791

Confusing info, we at 5.2B, 15.2B, or 13.9B OS?
I hate trying to make sence of anything written in legal speak.
Greg
