Dragon - Oh you are a witty one. Please provide us of lesser intelligence the relevance of a chart for a stock that has produced nothing but PR's in the past 3 or so years? Wouldn't a stock need to have some real value in order for the charts to have any value? If the underlying stock is irrelevant when following the charts then it is just true gambling going on. Fine if that is what your into. TIA.
Dragon - Your charts are meaningless until the company proves they are legitimate. Presently they are nothing more than a manufacturer of PR's. Been that way for years, no matter the product they are attempting to promote. Don't bring up the LOI's and names that have been mentioned. We've had them all before, lot's of big name folks, lot's of pie in the sky PR's and ABSOLUTELY NO SUBSTANCE.
B
You have got to be kidding! Why is it any time a pink sheet or worse stock drops it has to be the shorts????? The fact that over the past few years, the only thing this company (includes Novak) has produced is PR's, has nothing to do with it. Back into hibernation until something concrete actually happens with this shell.
B
investorguy - quit telling only half the story. True they sold some property in 2005 and may have realized $200K or so from that. There is no reference to what they spent in the interim on those properties. Also from:

On May 16, 2005, we exercised options to acquire Amermin through our investment in the Currita mining concessions which deemed us to be an investor in the required one or more mining projects. As a result we became 97% owner of Amermin and a party to the agreement between Amermin and Minera Tres De Mayo S.A. de C.V. dated May 12, 2005. The agreement granted Amermin, our subsidiary, the right to purchase 100% of the assets and concession rights in property in Chihuahua, Mexico known as "La Currita". La Currita is a set of 3 mineral concessions including 4 mines and a 150 ton a day flotation mill for processing ore. The total purchase price is $1.2 million of which we have paid $275,000 with 18 monthly installments due of $50,000 each.
On May 16 of 2005, we also became a party through Amermin to an option agreement with Compania Minera Navojoa S.A. de C.V. to purchase 100% of the rights to 12 mineral concessions located in Chihuahua, Mexico known as "San Miguel". We paid $10,000 to enter into this option. Development of this concession is contingent on the results of a title search. Under the agreement we agreed to pay $700,000 for the 12 mineral concessions: $300,000 at execution of a formal purchase agreement, and $100,000 at 6 month intervals until paid in full. The title search was completed and we have paid $150,000 of the first $300,000 with the balance of $150,000 due upon the completion and execution of the formal purchase agreement. Our first $100,000 payment will be due 6 months from the execution of the formal purchase agreement.
In June 2005, through our subsidiary Amermin, we paid $100,000 to enter into an option agreement with Minas de Topago S.A. de C.V. on "La Millionaire", a set of four mineral concessions on 2,162 acres in Chihuahua, Mexico.
On August 3, 2005, Amermin entered into an option agreement with Paramount Gold Mining Corp. ("Paramount") for the sale of up to a 70% interest in the San Miguel mining concessions. Paramount made an initial payment to us of $50,000 for the option to acquire a 35% interest in the San Miguel concessions.
Just these transactions:
$ 275,000
150,000
100,000
(50,000)
----------
$ 475,000 paid out
Since their quarterly report filings are two years behind, we really have no clue how much this company is making / losing. If they aren't making enough to pay for these payments, where is that $ coming from? We just don't know. Not knocking either you or anyone else. It's just like with DKGR, there isn't enough available information to accurately portray any of these companies.
B
flaflyersfan - The problem is that their filings are nearly two years behind. That report is for 2004, investorguy is trying to interpret the PR's from the company and correlating that to revenue. It's a crapshoot at best. Now, you look at their recent PR's / 8K:
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1100747/000102317506000043/american8k.txt
Their spending cash, so they either have to be bringing it in as revenue or they have to be dilluting in some fashion. Again, since the principles at Novak have been embedded with this company for years, I don't trust a darn thing from them.
B
Geoly - Novak didn't step into anything with TRGD. Matousek, of Novak, used to be president of the prior iteration of TRGD. He resigned and Biscayne took over.

The Company was incorporated on October 14, 1999 in the State of Nevada as Westnet Communications Group, Inc., for the purpose of developing a special interest worldwide web site. In March 2001, the Company acquired Merchant Park Communications, changed its name to Merchant Park Communications, Inc., and changed its business direction to that of the developing proprietary 2nd generation E-business software for licensing to end users and web hosting. In March 2002, the Company discontinued the development of the software due to lack of operating capital and assigned all software and assets to a subsidiary company in exchange for a royalty fee; in September 2004, the assignee abandoned the project due to lack of revenues. Also subsequent to this report, in July 2003, Mr. Peter Matousek resigned as President and CEO and was succeeded Mr. Francis R. Biscan, Jr. At this time the Company elected to pursue a new business direction and entered into an agreement with Armen Energy LLC, whereby it obtained an undivided 45% working interest by way of a "Farm Out Agreement" on acreage that will be held-by-production. In November 2003, the Company amended its Articles to reflect a name change to American Stellar Corporation. As of February 2005, three productive wells have been drilled with one additional well in the development stage. Exact flow rates and costs are not yet available.

I am not sure he did leave AMRS. AMRS did not report the CEO leaving, no PR, no SEC filing. I think this guy is running both? The DKGR PR does not say that he is leaving AMRS either. I could sell here for a modest profit on almost all of my SSWH/AMVS/DKGR shares but will hold for a bit longer. I do not trust Novak in any way shape or form. The movement of the stock today, so far, isn't making this out to be a big deal. I guess I will always be a bit jaded when it comes to this stock. I do think, however, it is a bit soon to be calling this a gold stock until we have some tangible proof of that. Good luck to all, back to lurk mode until there is something a bit more substantial to report.
B
I've got to say this company, and when I say that I believe I am referring to Novak at this point, is sure slick in it's method. Common sense tells me, if you really have a great new thing you're going to come out and say who's involved and what you have. I don't understand the mystery here. Until there are facts to back up the claims of a real new gold mining company, I have to assume this is nothing more than a way for the folks who bailed out the prior iteration of this company a way to unload their shares for a profit. I know, for a fact, that Novak and the unknown investors last year received the equivalent of (split adjusted) shares at .007 for their "investment". That's a helluva lot of shares sitting with these folks. Since, conveniently, the company doesn't file anything they can do whatever they want with those shares. Those of you who are convinced of this being a great new company, I hope you have solid information regarding the "new" management and land claims, if not you are either helping to perpetrate a scam or being duped. Let's hope I am full of it, my last post unless something meteoric in proportion occurs. Good luck to all of you.
B
I'm curious. None of us could sell today, barring actually talking to a broker, so where did the near 13 million shares come from that traded today? Any thoughts? TIA
B
Chucka
Thanks for clearing that up. I wasn't a happy camper with that issue way back then, but as you can see I didn't forget either.
B
chucka
Are you the same individual who was working RB for Vencap & Bezenet a few years ago? Just wondering. TIA
B
.01 right out of the gate today, and just hit .012. Let's see if it holds or gets any legs. Million shares at the open also. GLTA
B
I will say I am cautiously optimistic. Finally we have closed above that apparent barrier of .008. If we stay above it and move upward I will be a happy camper. Though, with the volume and price, we are only talking about less than $80K in volume today. It is a good start, lets hope it continues. I hope it is due to actual events and true business goings on and not a P & D. The baggage here is huge, let's hope that it's finally being tossed to the wayside!
B
Chadman
I fully concur with your sentiments. Looking at these folks posting histories on other boards it would appear that there is a chartist following for this stock. I am not real versed in the charting technique, but I would be curious to know how charts apply to companies that haven't actually done anything. To me, these charts for a company such as this is based solely on the buying of folks seeing a PR and buying in for the expected result. I don't want to discount the chartist concept, I would just question it as it relates to a company whose sole product to date has been PR's.
OK, my bashing is over for now! :) To share some DD, my recent correspondence with Clayton does give me the glimmer of hope. This is the first time that he has said specifically that P & J will not be involved in the gold venture. If nothing else comes of this except the leaving of P & J I think they will have accomplished something. I get the feeling that Novak saw this shell company with no real direction and came in and wrestled it away from the primaries in order to use it for another purpose. They probably wouldn't admit it, but I wonder if Novak has had this in mind of getting this shell company from the beginning. As I mentioned earlier, the $ that came in to settle up the debt and such is in at .007 (split adjusted) so there is some motivation to get this baby higher.
FDJR & KINGFISHER, come back when this has broken through .008 and stays there, then I will begin to believe in this new venture, however until then it is still same old, same old. GLTA

You can't be serious. Bringing to light all of the past failures of this company, to any new individual who sees this for the first time is whining? New name and new symbol, great, been there done that. So you are prepared to wipe the slate clean because of a fairly vague PR from Novak. Please show us any evidence of this NEW company, this NEW management. Until there are some specific facts put out there, we still have nothing. What happened to the wheels, what happened to the light switch covers, what happened to Mel Renfro, what happened to Mychal Thompson, what happened to Dexter Morrison? In September 05 Novak was all excited about the light switches and the anti steroid avenue, sounded like website sales were to begin very soon, yada yada yada. Do you know how many times in the past few years we've been told this company is working on their filings? Do you find it strange that the price can't seem to break the .007 (.07 prior to F/S) arena? Did you know that the private placement of shares to pay off their debt was in the .007 (adjusted for the F/S) area? Where are these several million shares a day coming from the past week? You'd think with the current volume this ought to easily break past .007 - .008. Bring it on!
B
It will probably end with AMVS, or whatever it's new name / symbol will be. I would wholeheartedly agree with Chadman. Since this company does not file, all we have to go from are PR's and PR firms fluff. Please provide links to actual gold mining property that this company owns, has a material interest in. This is a company that couldn't even sell a lightswitch cover, and now you expect them to mine for gold? I am sure Newmont is shaking in their boots! Hey, maybe P & J will open one of those roadside gold panning outfits! It's a new idea, while you pan they'll replace your rims and on the way out you get a complimentary lightswitch cover!
B
There can not be a coincidence that one of Novak's other companies announced nearly identical news on Monday:
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/060123/0107067.html
AMRS is getting into precious metals and changing their name also. If that is the case, I am wondering if Novak is really running the show here now. I will say, today's huge price jump has put me closer to breakeven on my shares of several years. Let's hope for a good run here so those of us still waiting for wheel sales can unload! GLTA
B
Chadman
If you want Clayton to reply, nearly instantaneously, ask him if Matousek was involved with Hightec, Inc. / US Cement along with Larry Stockett. You will get a response, albeit canned, very quickly. GLTA
B
HE11, if they do those I'll sell and move on and kiss that post on my computer screen! As for today, a dumping we will go, a dumping we will go, yada yada yada, 1.8 million shares and back to .003. As Dandy Don used to say, Turn out the lights, The Party's Over...... Hey, maybe they can sell him a lightswitch cover......
B
furrysound:
1. I don't think anyone disagrees All American has the wheels. The real question is what, if anything, did they pay for them? Were the gratis, at cost, or for a profit?
2. They better sell a few thousand of those lightswitch plates. Calling all U of O graduates, please report to the bookstore to purchase your lightswitch cover!
3. F/S, yes it happened today. Big whoop! It's an event that allowed them to announce something, but has no substance in and of itself. give it a rest!
4. "Like" EBay, Amazon, etc... Again, big whoop. They don't say they are going to use EBay or Amazon, there is absolutely no substance there, just a real good way to drop names that you are not really working with. Lends credibility without actually doing anything. Until they announce something of substance along these lines, this is nothing but fluff.
5. Yes, has beens! If MJ were a spokesman, then sure I would give it a different thought. The guys they are using are nice, but they are second tier type folks. Ex athletes are lending their names for $ all over the place, again doesn't mean a whole lot.
6. I am sorry, but fighting steroid abuse with a little logo on a lightswitch plate? It is something, but I am sorry again this is nothing but a way to promote something while supposedly doing a good thing. Come on, get real.
Your turn!
B
How so? Please provide any information showing these guys have done anything? Anything other than spew a lot of garbage in PR's, anything other than pimping a few has been athlete's, anything other than a few wheels for a propane company that we can't even confirm were actually paid for. Show me sales of at least one set of wheels to someone, show me sales of a few light switch covers, show me the MONEY!!!!! Show me a filing!!!! LOL all you want!
B
I disagree. At this point, it is nothing more than a parlor trick. It's a way of making news without actually doing anything, something these folks appear to be very good at. I think it also makes the prior R/S's look dumb. At .0032, at least there isn't a long way to fall!
B
This stock now has so little interest in it that maybe even the market forgot to split it! :) However, other than that PR stating the split would occur, I have yet to see any official listing of a split to take place. OTCBB.com doesn't show it, but I am not sure if they show F/S's or not.
B
The volume here has been interesting since the forward split announcement. Price appreciation, however, has not accompanied this volume increase. Those chart followers out there, does this mean folks are jumping ship, or are folks buying without the price rising? Curious. I guess, from my point of view, I would want the price to drop before the F/S. That would lower the post split price even further giving it a better upside. If it were .07 before the split then it would be .007 afterwords. .04 before gives .004 afterwords. JMHO.
B
Gee, volume is up today. I wonder if they sold a light switch plate????????????????
B
Boy, Oh Boy! Them light switch plates and the U of O sure have given this stock a boost! NOTTTTTTTT!!!!!! Show me the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe they need to make some tank wheels, considering this stock has gone in the tank!
B
We still have no idea about $ coming in. They bring out American Propane again after supposedly selling them wheels nearly two years ago, or at least a year or so ago. This PR is so poorly worded, or cleverly worded, to not give specifics on numbers of actual wheels or even number of light switch plates. There are even grammatical errors:
The switch plates will include company logos and contact information (effectively a business card); this is very important for many propane users as they run their homes and businesses on propane and need to been in contact with their dealer for many reasons, especially for safety," Mr. Stringer said.
Hope there is more meat to follow. JMHO
B
More News of further discussions. Lots of name dropping, but no actual sales mentioned. These guys have been going to various trade shows for the past two years and to the best of our knowledge, haven't actually sold anything. These PR's always sound wonderful, like today's, but nothing ever seems to come about from it. Here is the PR link:
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/051102/099986.html
Now, these two lines just crack me up:
"And we are now producing a number of prototypes based on requests received at the NMSDC conference."
Mr. Morrison continued, "I was pleased to hear comments such as, 'I've never seen anything like this before,' and 'It's good to finally see something new at these shows.'"
Prototypes of a LIGHT SWITCH COVER???? Never seen anything like a printed LIGHT SWITCH COVER.
Well, here's hoping someone is buying!!!!!!
B
fdjr13 - The problem with your rationalization that you are a "trader" not a "pumper" and specifically how it relates to AMVS is where is this so called volume going to come from? There is a very fine grey line between a "trader" and a "pumper". For both to be successful, the price and volume have to increase. In order for that to happen something must occur to trigger that. A "trader" hopefully is in tune to some good DD which they then deduce volume and price is soon to increase, but they usually need some help from the company as far as PR's, products, sales, etc.... The "pumper" disregards the DD portion of the program and generates their own hype to get that volume and price increase. Which side of that line do you fit? If it's the "trader" please share some of your DD that would point to the fact that price and volume for AMVS is soon to increase. If you are on the other side of the line, please start buying feverishly so that the price will reach a point that I can unload this albatross! Thanks. GLTA

It's a little more than a banner ad. Novak has an agreement with IBC to bring it sponsors, nothing but cross promotion:

About IBC Radio Network and "Stock
Seems that the positive movement in the past couple of days has stalled out. Personally, I don't put much credence in the IBC connection. AMVS / Novak / IBC are all interconnected, via Novak and therefor each will do what it can to promote the others. It's not like some independent entity bringing the company to light. It may have provided a small short spark, but nothing like announcements of hard contracts and $ would have. Of course we have waited a few years for their first sale, other than the gas companies promo wheels. JMHO.
B
Geoly, seriously. This is a 5 cent stock. What possible point could there be for a forward stock split? GLTY.

Volume picking up a bit. Geoly, you sell yet? EOM
