All of them are given inside information, all of them are able to predict PRs, all of them are privy to what's happening on the inside of HFBG.

Yet, they never give complete info, they never have facts, all they do is spread rumors based on conjecture to lure in more investors.

JAG is a bold-faced liar. She's lied to investors repeatedly about transparency, production runs, and moving the company forward. She's lied about news, about salespeople, about her own qualifications, and about the directions of the company.

She's a snake in the grass. The only difference between her and Calvin is about 150lbs and Stiletto Heels.

Nice try, but that excuse doesn't hold water. HFBG isn't in the cellar because it's a "Pink", HFBG is in the cellar because of poor management and misappropriation of investor's money by the officers of the company.

Your assessment of risk would be correct if investors were dropping coins in a slot machine or calling a lottery ticket and "investment". But, the issue of HFBG's failure rests entirely upon JAG's shoulders.

They have a product, they have distribution channels, and they have a celebrity endorsement. All of those ingredients have been very successful for many companies in the past and will be in the future. But, what they do not have is honest and experienced management to execute a business plan.

You can't so freely blame the failure of HFBG on "Pinky Risk" and chalk it up as a trivial loss like the flip of a coin. HFBG enticed investors in fake contracts, exaggerated distribution channels, false statements of representation, promised timelines, and numerous other actions that JAG failed to execute.

She is no longer innocent until proven guilty. She's already proven herself guilty by her silence and inability to perform as the CEO.

All of the mudslinging and all of the name calling will go away once JAG follows through on her word. She's dug herself into an even deeper HFBG hole and there really isn't any way of getting out.

What it appears she's done is build up hype around the stock and then realized she simply doesn't have what it takes to run HFBG.

The irony in all of this is all she had to do what be truthful and up front with investors. Pretty simple philosophy that she preached, yet she just can't live by. So, what does she do? She goes silent.

Being silent with your investor's money is just as criminal as the HFBG of the past. She's fallen prey to the tricks of Calvin Ross and Co. and adopted them as her own.

JAG needs to resign and HFBG needs to simply go away.

No, it just means SHG is really poor at what they advertise themselves to be providing to companies. SHG has added no value to HFBG or any other stock. But, they do take inside info, purchase cheap shares, and sell into news with a knowledge of what is coming.

If SHG was really good at promoting stocks and driving companies it'd consist of more than one person and they'd be so busy with larger tickers that HFBG wouldn't even be a blip on the radar.

It's not good to watch the daily FINRA numbers! It's the one of the most off based things you can do if you're following HFBG. It means NOTHING. There is ZERO quantifiable data reported by Finra on a day to day basis. Nothing!!

The more this is talked about, the more the stock plummets. There is no conspiracy, there are no new posters here to convince, and MOST IMPORTANT: NO HFBG SHORTING IS OCCURRING!! Got it!?!

I was confident and took her at her word. However, the timeline and actions which she discussed has passed.

As far as I'm concerned she's a paper tiger. Meaning, she says enough in a one-on-one email discussion to appease you without answering tough questions. She'll go on and on about principles, talk about her kids, and speaks of honesty when facing hard decisions, yet she refuses to answer basic questions about HFBG or any other pressing issue about the stock publicly...She can't handle the public scrutiny of her decisions.

She'll only come out if she can place blame on someone else or point out the flaws of previous officers. When asked brutally honest questions she does just what she's doing now, she hides. Her own insecurities and dishonesty are the downfall of HFBG.

The DTC issue is stopping the sale of Tea.

The DTC is directly related to our thirst, LJ's appearances, the sale of tea, the 80+ reps selling our tea, JAG properly updating her investors, shipping our Tea from Copack, EVERYTHING. Don't you get it? It's nowhere, yet it's everywhere.

The whole "JAG will do it in her own time and according to her terms" simply doesn't cut it. The reason being is that her time is up. She's made promises in previous PRs that she's not able to deliver on i.e. Red Robin Grand Opening, 80 Reps selling Tea, More placement news to come in "weeks"....

Here we are, well past "weeks", and it's the same old story...So, let's just stay silent and blame the lack of accountability and placement on the DTC.
