Well we must get ready for some lawsuits being thrown at hcti then for them bringing PPG into this scam. All those years of funneling money away from us gone over one pr. Makes sense. Lmao.
Haha still think it's a scam. Lmao
Nope. PPG owns Comex now. That old pr is literally worth 30 times more now...~2b Comex merging with a 27+ billion company with TWO products going on the shelves.
Depends on your definition of living comfortably and for how long. A million bucks doesn't last long after you buy a nice house and car and go on a few vacations. A million bucks doesn't mean the same thing it did 10 years ago. Even if I was a millionaire my life wouldn't change much except id quit my job and start my own ventures. I'd still live a modest life.
I'm convinced everyone is about to be using hybrids stuff whether that info is public or not. Dow, 3m, basf....who's next?
Won't be at .12 for long.
Hookers and blow. Hookers...and...blow.
There is probably a reason why it's in Mexico right now. The product will go through it's first large scale commercial hurdle there before they decide to displace the US market. A buy out would only be viable if the product goes through the commercial trials. I don't think Figovsky would sell his life's work for less than several hundred million.
I think we'll have a nice HOD during power hour with a churn in the 20's tomorrow but who f'n knows. What other OTC company has 5 verticals with all the major chemical companies?? haha
Full list of TO DA MOON stocks for 2016:
HCTI
None. HCTI is in no position to be a buy out target. Maybe once they have 500m in rev's and are on the NYSE...
Well if you hold 50k shares long enough you might be a millionaire but short term millionaires...gotta be a 5% holder xD
That consultant looks smart now holding those 7 cent warrants. lol
between capthowdy, gonefishin, shineon86 barry and myself we own about 25% of the O/S. The consultant is prob holding about 33%. Very very few people are gonna make real $$ here.
just a matter of time before we get the attention of deep pocket investors. Should get interesting when we get several million dollars worth of volume. Nothing impressive today so far.
he's the dude that runs the entire company. load when he does!
dude you're "that guy" that called it going up after you sold. I feel so bad man.
I never sold a single share. I more that doubled my position at .05. I glad I did.
This is the day longs get to win.
You have alot of homework to do.
All NIPU's that have existed the past 25 years have had horrible performance compared to isocyanate based counterparts.
Regulations haven't changed for decades until now with regards to isocyanates. Thats why all the big chemical companies have brought out green this non isocyanate that out of their sheds. But has HCTI been in those sheds these past 5+ years? I think so.
I don't have time to show you all the evidence around DOD using Fiovsky's stuff and the ties to Michigan University. Just dig into it and you'll see it's true.
Everything you mentioned is just the way you're interpreting the filings.
The filings only outlined the stock rewards if the CEO executed a big contract. It's pretty obvious the consultant has been executing the deals. Not the CEO...hence the large consulting fees....and the blurb about the consultant making business decisions on their behalf.
The new convertible debt is the only thing that bothers me along with late filings. This stock would be at a 10+ million dollar market cap right now if it wasn't for the CD smell lines over this ticker.
Heh. Take a look at most bio stocks and tell me how much debt they have racked up over getting drugs through fda approval.
Consider the market scale of nipu and new regulations pulling all existing products off the shelves. The amount of money we are talking about is like 5 or 10 hot new drugs combined.
8m debt is actually nothing considering everything.
The revenue is trickling but hey you know what...so far this has been their best year by far.
I still own almost 4% of the company. I've gone through a ton of cash to maintain that level and I'm okay with that. That's the risk you take with this sort of investment. High risk and high reward.
This is the only company on the otc right now that has a legitimate chance to get from 500k market cap into the billions.
When trickle turns into a water hose...won't be long before it's Niagara falls. It might be super obvious in hindsight but you can't be on the sidelines before that to win here. New regulations, epa award, verified proof of testing by F500 companies, first verified partner...mystery consultant...and that's just in the last 12 months...
Other than the shitty financing terms they have been going through this has winner written on it. Getting in before this blows up is the trick here. Our mystery consultant had loaded up already...seems like some big things should happen this year...that's what we are betting on.
This will look cheap at $5 once full disclosure is commenced.
The consultant has given them a ton of cash in exchange for the warrants. Much better financing terms if you ask me. This is the same guy that owned more than 1/3 the O/S pre rs.
The pre July 2015 PRs were all much too optimistic. After July 2015 things changed overnight. They finally signed a couple deals end of 2015 beginning of 2016. It's not the same company as it was. The only thing that has been disappointing was the amount of dilution we've gone through. I am betting they are turning the corner here post RS. Yes, they may have to sell some more shares but overall I don't think it will be like it was with runaway CD. Just look at the 1st QR. I think there was only one note listed but it was paid off. Also why did they all of a sudden start to audit their financials? Why have they gone soo silent?
316k now. Trying to grab more. Who really thinks this is gonna go down to sub 100k market cap? 400k is close enough to a bottom for me.
Buy the stock now when nobody thinks it worth anything and sell it when everyone changes their minds when the market proves itself. That's what we are betting on. Early investing in new tech is high risk with high reward.
It's the same sort of argument you could make when apple was bleeding money but if you had the balls and a little luck you could be a billionaire now if you made a significant investment back when jobs rejoined apple.
Hcti has spent ~30m of shareholder money. A drop in the bucket compared to some companies that lost on the high exchanges. If you're trying to save investors I suggest saving them from some of those bigger companies where billions are at stake.
Hcti isn't a chemical company. They are a business development company that transitioned into commercialization recently. They are leveraging new regulations and f500 companies to do it all for them. Basic stuff.
Nobody is willing to pay the true valuation until full disclosure comes out. I already stated that in my post. If what the company says is really true (and it is based on the evidence I've gathered)...a 100 million dollar valuation is conservative in the long run.
Well hopefully we get some more doubters in the next couple weeks. Got my bid in for 100k @ .05 :D
Sept would mark 1 year since I first bought in at .003 which would be 60 cents in today's prices.
Just doing some theoretical thinking here. The company book value is worth at least 75 million with just the IF and the 1 F500 deal that we still need financials to confirm (35% margin on ~21.33m * 10x multiplier). That would put us at $4.60 a share with 16m O/S or $9.20 with current O/S. This does not include any speculation trading or any other deals.
The company's business blew up since they received the EPA award and now they have gone silent. It's been months since we last heard of anything new from them. All the deals either fell through or everything has gotten to a point of critical mass.
Last fins being audited was the only piece of info I needed to show me it's the latter. They didn't need to audit their financials if something big wasn't going on. The fact they didn't PR anything about uplisting is even more positive to me. Silence + audited financials = :D.
.00000001 or $62 dollars a share in 2 years. There is nothing in between with this one.
You missed my entire point.
You don't buy a pink stock because of its fantastic financial position.
You buy them knowing you're taking a risk on something that may either go boom or bust.
A startup isn't successful until it is. Lmao. This has success written all over it esp the last couple months.
Lol noice. I'm rich!!
Only a handful of people are ever going to get anything out of this. The rest bought their 6 pack or got impatient and took a loss.
3% here. Good enough for me xD
I've got 20m under .009 that aren't gonna see a sale order under $5 post rs. Good luck to everyone.
Haha that's a nice round number. We're gonna do well here :)
It's coming soon. Thinking of grabbing another 5 milly.
I grabbed some more yesterday at .0006. Up to 40m now. Just a matter of time.
Who says they have to sell ANY stock post R/S?
If you think a company has to issue shares to benefit any then you're greatly misinformed how stocks work.
Any company would benefit from the stock rising. Problem is that most OTC companies don't have anything to bring to the table to do it. HCTI does. They have piles of NDA's waiting to get ripped up.
Read the requirements tables again. Earnings test is just one of 5 financial standards to get on NYSE. You only need to meet one of the 5. Then the company needs to meet one of 5 distribution standards. There are many ways to list on the NYSE. You don't need to make any money to be on NYSE.
