Dream On - I am only reporting the truth
Funny Raymond my DD says that the South Americans and Chinese passed up what BEHL has to offer. Interesting - our sources are conflicting! The exact quote was "They saw through DF's smoke and mirrors"
"They can actually leak and prevent algae from escaping at the same time"?????
Raymond - You didn't do your DD regarding those particular water rights. I have an email I posted earlier by DF regarding an application to that particular water district and he has never submitted the application. DF did not tell the truth once again.
Very good Greedy - It has been amature hour. Even Monique's P/R the other day speaking about wild horses and the opera house. Sounds very unprofessional.
In my opinion
Who is your source? If there is nothing to hide than naming your source should be no problem.
It isn't hard to prove if you talk to one. One deposit is not enough for company expenses and keeping the dvj site going. I hope it's okay to differ on this matter. In my opinion!
I wouldn't want the job. In my opinion, DF is having a hard time meeting payroll and employees are not happy if they are not paid (so I have heard and yes I did do DD). But if you are happy with the company than I am sure everything is A OK
The company is a little too slow and not quite that steady. A lot of delays and money worries.
Sorry Khesanh - You are loyal to the core for BEHL but water issues were not the issue in Palm Springs. BEHL did not have money. I spoke with BEHL, Wintec, and the water district concerned. It all came down to money not DF wanting to do the right thing. That is why the location is now in DVJ - he has use of the land for free.
I was responding to a specific post.
Sometimes the truth hurts so it is easier to bash others. I called the Water District for that particular area in Palm Springs. DF did not even apply for an application though in an email to me he specifically stated he and Jose were sending it in.
"This will probably surprise you...Jose Sanchez is presently completing the application for that particular water district (I will be in the office tomorrow and can Jose fax you a copy if you'd like), as we wanted to move forward"
DF lied again - This email was dated June 4th
So much for the plant visit and DD
The stock hasn't exactly gone through the roof either the same some on the board were hoping it would. It's where is should be. Is the stock still testing .007 or for that matter .006 or .005?
would that mean they have to strain the algae in order to not dump the algae along with the other water? there are a lot of bright people here someone with the technical know-how ought to be able to find out from the company. I am just a small investor here trying to make a buck and don't know how to word such a request to the company.
The last time I spoke with DF regarding this I was quoted as the optimum Temp was 82 degrees.
I am concerned just how are they going to cool the tubes in 150 degree heat? who has an answer? I don't much about this and I know some people don't like various posters and all that stuff...help me to understand what is the method they are going to use to cool the tubes? There was a comparison of our method of PBR's and open ponds and all sorts of quotes from the Government regarding evaporation etc and ..this begs the question of what is our method of cooling the tubes
Sorry to say, you missed the point completely.
I know - but some days I can't get over the extremes on the board!!
I am not trying to pick a fight by any means, but when it is stated that it is a success, and obviously the system (tubing) still HAD (note I said had and not has) flaws and we still haven't seen algae, what are we to believe? I know the company wants to put out uplifting/positive PR and doesn't want to air all its' problems, but it seems sometimes to be a thin line between truth and falsehoods. Because BEHL is on track now, we ignore the past?
I would like to ask board members a question. Just how long do you give the company time to succeed? 5 or 6 years? Longer? How many trials and error? I am by no means bashing the company just trying to get a sense of time frame. BEHL is finally be getting the parts problem corrected but how long until we see a result out in the field? How many trials and errors will that take? Common sense says even if it works back at HQ's, there will be issues out in the field. Are the PR's released by the company to be believed word for word?
Wasn't it Shen who was the one that actually grew algae in PBR1? Not DF
Thank you
Please state who "they" are?
Just wondering - your posts are always illuminating and very telling.
Do you work for the company or are you related to someone who does?
