....and again it states... "[T]he COMPLETION of the Letter of Intent." The press release if quite clearly saying that the talks haven't really started......
I have my Letter of Intent (LOI) to make some money before Xmas....
A letter of intent only means that they are discussing the foundation.... They could come out with news tomorrow saying that they have "mutually agreed to continue talks" are "finalizing on contract agreements" or whatever.... WE NEED NEWS EXBX AND SOME DAMN REAL NEWS!!!
Another good post doberman....
That is true folks, but the SEC gets hundreds of thousands of calls every day.... People talking about a complaint are entirely different than actually calling the SEC to place a formal complaint.
Good post Newenrgey1, I am with you here. I am simply watching with a marginal interest in all the hype, but I have been victim of some sick P&Ds and this one just smells fishy all around. Everyone needs to be writing down those ?'s and start sending them to the folks that can answer.
You just can't find TRUE and UNBIASED DD on a message board. Ask your own questions folks.
I just spoke to "Ryan"....

....and he stated that they are still the holding agent, and that the real info he could pass was that there is currently 65mil outstanding shares. He was pleasant but seem a little freaked with the level of calls. My call only rang four (4) times and he answered. Not impressed but happy the phone number was real......
Thank you, you BASTARD MM's for having to run up your orders late today!!! I felt like we could have seen better than where we are at, but not bad for a late week run. HOPEFULLY... this really does wake up the sideliners who may be looking for the entry. I only wish I had been invited here back when she was trading at .15.
How about we bounce back up to 2 bucks and be done with all this penny trash?....
I like what I see on this one... I think we can bounce off of .0095 today and turn around some demand for moving into the weekend. Is it just me??? I say the bands tighten at .0095 and all the sideliners realize that the bottle is ready to blow. AIMO... Stoked for tomorrow morning!!!
I was taking a look at the daily chart and I am thinking we will bounce off of .30 today.... Cant wait to hit .40 next!!!!!!
I don't think they can hold it back much longer.... Or someone has to be ready to let the flood gates open. There is definitely some money to made with this riding at the current PPS. I am in at a penny too, but IMO a high volume day could but this above 2 cents.
Mikey Like!!! Thanks CoachzWife!
Sure they have.... That is obvious DD with their website functional. My question to the earlier post was the specifics on the Saks location because they are currently only listed with one. If a post here had some info that they were already feeling U.S. stores, that is entirely different outcome with holiday spending.
We are all interested in hearing that from some 'credible' source.
Spot on! It is like playing the lottery. One thing I don't mind is looking a little ignorant or asking an obvious question. I am a greeny here, but the only thing keeping me watching is the news.
I may not know jack, but I have never liked these charts when comparing several together. Stoichs may look good and RSI sucks or MACD sucks, and IMO volume is, and has been, clearly manipulated for a couple weeks.
Limited Float always gives the players the advantage right? Just how big are these players we are talking about here? 50 mil a 100 mil... or what?
With all the pressure from the pumpers, dumpers, and MM's.... I am with you. This puppy won't break out of .006 without REAL news.... I keep hearing people saying that the charts look good too... What time frame are you looking at with this one? The last week has been murder IMO....
True. I meant in terms of "covering" that the terms of the short aren't indefinite time periods right? I have looked at the information a little but only understand the overall concept of buying or selling short.
In my limited knowledge of the process, I understood that these short sells were for a specific time period (i.e. T+3 and thats where the regulatory bodies come into the picture). Guess I need do some more studying, but thanks for all the feedback.
What confuses me a little is the covering of all those short orders.... I mean this has building up for a while now. If holding shares, and stacking your limit orders with your account, can the MM's still borrow on 30 day or 60 day sell orders?
I am just saying that it seems like the ask can "be slapped" by enough people stacking their limit orders high enough right? Almost like an exit strategy used for several thousand shares that may have been purchase at different times/prices.
Somebody please correct me if I am wrong, but this looks to me like A:) a shortage of shares being moved because of the recent short activity that may be causing some hold back (way undersold at PPS), or B:) a very slow moving dump from our recent highs.... (big holders KNOW something we don't... i.e. another failed LOI)... ???
Somebody straighten me out here, because yes I am freaking confused.
My question too... The already have there product in a store but it isn't a national Saks as far as I knew. I think someone needs to check the website out...
Which Saks is that?....
I am with you here brother. I have been handled by 3 different penny fronts, and while it is my fault for believing the hype, it is also the SEC's fault for not handling some regulatory duties before the financial crisis. It is only now that they are hoping to clean house and finally make these companies disclose their financial positions. Until MGLG complies with full disclosure, they are worthless.
I am a business owner and entrepreneur; if anyone was trying to flex or squeeze on my business, I am going to be crying out, and pleading for the support of my shareholders. They still have all the photos of the wells and their projects up on their website, so why aren't they talking? That website may be the most damning piece of evidence in a trial.... POST SOME F#*(@&G assets or something MGLG.... give us something to work with.
My IRA manager told me quite up front that I need to get my information, and each of my buy sheets in order to send a statement to the Judge on this case now being pushed by the SEC (sucks that they weren't there a year and a half ago). This is clearly a late attempt by the SEC to investigate all of our complaints about this shell.
I blame both the SEC and Canadian lawyers (caps meant) that work these shells, as well as MGLG's current PR--hardly worthy of investor relations... do some research on this REP--because she is an oil, shell guru (caps meant). My only hope is that the CEO or the SEC will work this one out in OUR best interest. Right now it looks like the SEC is the only one doing the pushing.....
Cheers
Let's stay optimistic here on this one... I don't know about everyone here, but I am out quite a few thousand dollars, and I don't admit that very easily.... If they are under current investigation with the SEC, and they cannot be relisted until they offer full disclosure, why aren't we all running to the SEC to get our names on the potential lawsuit that may or may not produce the millions of dollars that were stroked from [US] investors? Is that not our best option for seeing any ROI?
I personally am sick of watching a non-trading asset of mine on the boards. I think that we are all better off collecting our sell/buy tickets and getting in on the lawsuit. This stock was totally pumped on shakey, at best, news that they were producing gas. TMD wont even claim them these days... Has anyone spoken to Bill Goodwin lately? JMHO
Either way, I am in it for the long haul too.... Just trying to look at the reality of things and probability of seeing any return.
Cheers
Did the "Investors' Relations Person" have a name?... and not to shoot the messenger here, but you made your post sound like you contacted Magellan directly. Have you been in on this one long?...
...And is it any suprise to most of you why it won't clear .0001? 90 percent of you are sitting on 60 day limit sells at .0001; or if some of you could, 0.00009. How about splitting up you million plus shares at raising limits over the course of 60 days?
Let's face it folks, this has been a shell game long before they miraculously swallowed ABVG or whatever I used to own... Mining to dog cancer?.... Some one please explain that one to me.
Seriously though, if enough of us still have some skin in the game, what do we stand to loose stacking several sixty days limits out there? I am open to suggestions because this has been a comedy of errors since I bought 10,000 of ABVG at .008 back on 02/12/08.
Either that or we all add our names to the complaints that have been flooding watchdog orgs around the country. We should all write letters to any Congressman, the SEC and bombard the FINRA Call Center (301.590.6500). That is probably the only way any single one of us will ever get a penny out of this black hole...
Cheers
The funny thing is.... Most of the people who aren't pumpers here, are just waiting for a little news to run away at .ooo2. Who can blame with them the ability to make a 50 percent return on a couple thousand dollar investment? This one is DEAD FOLKS!!! YEAH I AM ONE OF THE BAGGERS THAT GOT PUMPED.
Here is when I got into this game:
01/31/08 Stock Buy 1,750 MGLG Limit Day 0.1600 0.1600 Executed Portfolios
.....and I have followed this pump and dump ever since. You know for a small amount of time, I actually believed all the photos the website posted about wells and exploration. I will tell every one of you first hand. It has been the exact same story told ten different ways. I am ready to post here, because I have listened to far too many Pontiffs on here only chasing that dollar. If you are holding anything over 15,000,000 on this pig; don't be the ass that floats a sixty day at .0002 or .0003. Chase that dollar like you do best, and pump this back to 0.16.
Seriously. You and all your pumper buddies could stack 16,000 limit sells to get me back my money.
This stock will never clear a resistance of .00015 without an SEC filing, or you DUMPERS taken you finger off the .0002 and .0003 trigger. Thank the good lord above I wasn't one of the suckers that lost thousands on this steamer....
Cheers
