Blackwood: Do you have an update on your 3-wk old post outlined below?
VERY IMPORTANT POST, IMO.
I just completed a half hour call with Glenn Andrews, president of LEFT BEHIND RECOVERY, LLC .
He was kind enough to respond to my voicemail and he told me the following:
He was assured by the principals of ACLH, Kidder, Anderson and Shipley that ACLH and their attorney had a two hour phone meeting with the SEC this morning.
During that meeting the attorney furnished the SEC with answers and documentation that ACLH
believes satisfies the SEC's expressed concerns that led to the suspension in trading.
Including:
1. Tests were conducted by BP
2. Results were reported as favorable by BP
3. Documentation to that effect was furnished to SEC.
That is all that Andrews knows. Because of what he was assured he does NOT feel that the
stock will be adversely effected when it resumes trading. That's HIS opinion. The joint
venture remains unaffected by this SEC issue.
(Andrews also assured me that "Kidder was blindsided by the SEC question" on the radio interview and that
Kidder received notification of the suspension in an email after the question had been asked.
We're looking at about 8:20 PDT for that email. Take it or leave it.)
Neither Andrews nor I know whether or not the SEC can or must lift suspension before the specified
period if documentation satisfies their concerns.
Now, please understand that this is the extent of my conversation with Mr. Andrews and there is nothing I can add
no matter how may questions any of you post. And no, I will not share his cell # for the simple reason that
I don't want him besieged with phone calls from ACLH investors who he won't be able to say anything more to than
he said to me..
I asked him if he would give me a call if he learned anything further that was not PR'd by ACLH. he indicated that
he would do so.
Sure, I'm skeptical about ACLH after the disastrous CC's and the suspension of trading. But I do feel somewhat
better after the phone conversation indicating that an ACLH attorney is communicating with the SEC.
Andrews is NOT a shareholder, but he "has a direct line to Kidder" and he has no impression or
evidence that the situation is other than described to him and recounted by me.
Does any one know if ACLH has filed the 15C211 form yet?
This is because on June 9 there was a free fall in PPS, and explanation of such a free fall is given in the link below.
http://pennystockchaser.com/2010/06/17/aclh-tadf-glfw-get-in-but-make-sure-you-get-the-hell-out-with-a-profit/
"The free fall came because ACLH did not have a 15C211 filed when trading resumed which caused the stock to trade in a vacuum. On top of this there has been no PR from the company to explain what is going on. We find this silence disturbing but we suspect that there has to be a good reason."
Attempted to reach IR at ACLH, and got no answer; something is up.
Please, read Post # 19615.
Thanks! I am still optimistic that the next few weeks would be good for ACLH.
GLTA!
Is it HALTED? I hope that we are up for great news. Stay tuned!
I like your optimistic outlook, and I agree, a merger with BOCL would be attractive. A strong and insightful PR to follow a merger announcement would be helpful. It is always good to be optimistic. We had a major disappointment following a huge set back and a major crash of the PPS resulting in a free fall to the sub-penny land. Hopefully we can recover slowly even with a shallow slope. It would be nice to see that 0.05 again in 2010.
These data are valid on May 28; do you have an update? Thanks.
TEX,
At least I got you laughing out loud!! I agree, BUYING.NET may not be very reliable source of information.
ACLH has been on the naked short list for at least two weeks.

TEX:
I agree; this link suggests that a single board appears to control all three: ACLH, BCLE, and BOCL.

I do not know who controls BOCL; it appears that their mission is environmentally friendly, similar to ACLH.

Very interesting post! You could be right; time would tell.
A lot of people here are loosing patience with the lack of PR. I just hope that the next PR would be worth the waiting.
Do you have evidence to support your statement that "PSC sold their shares?" Thanks.
Now, one post in the ACLH Yahoo board states that a merging of BOCL and ACLH is a possibility. This would be good for ACLH longs. JMHO.
On the BCLE board there is a post that suggests a significant enhanced PPS for ACLH by Friday. I did not read yet any post that suggests a merger with ACLH would be imminent.
I believe that the 0.11 reference on the BCLE board was proposed after the merger, and I agree with showbiz, the merged company would have to have a contract with BP to get to that level.
TEX:
I would be reluctant to explain such a complex issue in the presence of someone like you, an established authority on this board.
One interesting point though, please visit the BCLE board; there are very interesting posts that suggest that ACLH will reach 0.115 this Friday.
Also, we can bypass the pinksheet by merging with BCLE who has access to OTC:BB level, and this could happen in a matter of weeks. I remain optimistic about the future of ACLH.
"the time it takes for a suspended stock to go from the grays back to the pinks is measured in years, not months or weeks."
This is a cause of a major concern; let's hope that we would not have to wait for years to move to the pink sheet category.
I am hopeful that we would get a PR soon and ACLH would recover from this situation. It has only been 4 weeks since the halt and I think it takes time to get things in order.
We shall rebound to levels near $0.042 as soon as we move back to the pink sheet. JMHO.
Are you implying that we may not have a PR till the end of the year? That would cause the PPS to go to a much lower levels, and it would frustrate the current investors even more.
A question to those who communicated with IR at ACLH:
Were you able to communicate our level of frustration to the IR division? I hope that can be communicated clearly to the ACLH management.
I agree with you a 100%. I have been positive about ACLH despite the shortcomings; we shall recover but it may take time. Patience will be important to exercise now. JMHO.
I think something is brewing! We shall move north from here. JMHO.
It is disappointing that there is a slow reaction on the part of the ACLH management. The victims are the investors who trusted ACLH. Let's hope that we would all be surprised on Monday morning with a VERY positive PR.
There appears to be a high level of frustration among investors on this board. I would hope that someone here on this board had communicated already with IR of ACLH the level of frustration and the depth of our concern to the management.
I would hope that we would get a positive rebound early next week.
With a merger with BCLE, not only we would get off the grey but we would move to the OB category. We do not even have to be in the pink sheet anymore. I recall that before the SEC suspension the ACLH IR expressed strong desire of the managhement to move to the OB and get off the pink. I think something is brewing.
You are correct, this could be a positive sign. We need badly a solid PR. Hopefully before 6:00AM on Monday.
I am hopeful for a positive PR by end of this week. I think it is long overdue but I understand that ACLH management is very careful in cafting future PRs.
I agree with you a 100%. Let's hope for a good week.
I absoultely agree with you; in the short term we will be rewarded!
Good luck to longs.
Thanks! I hope you are right. I am looking forward for a noticebale rebound in the short term; this would be a positive step forward towards recovery of ACLH.
Thanks Moneyezz, and Daddy for all your efforts on this board.
Good luck to longs.
I have a gut feeling that next week would be a rebound one for ACLH.
GLTA.
Gapshot:
When do you expect a PR? I would hope no later than 06/16.
Super12:
I do not necessarily disagree with you; you are bringing very good points. You have a very fruitful insight to our situation. I really hope that we can move back to the pink sheet. It is extremely risky investment to stay in the grey sheets. I hope ACLH is committed to get out of this messy situation.
There appear to be some forces that wish to see ACLH down. Longs should stay strong because ACLH will survive. The PPS will recover and we shall experience again 0.05 this summer. JMHO.
Your comment is very well taken. However, the technology was not altered, and therefore, such news still valid.
BTW, Mr. Anderson owns 38 million shares of ACHL, and I do not think he has sold any of his shares. JMHO.
That is re-assuring! There are many possibilities of good news. I am very much looking forward for a road map toward recovering pink-sheet status.
I am encouraged by the technology offered by APS/ACLH. Please read the following article and learn about Mr. Anderson's thoughts. We shall be on track as soon as we get the first PR next week.
