DELETIONS PLEASE FOLLOW TERMS OF USE:
Personal Attack, Duplicate Post, Spam, Off Topic, Vulgarity, Author Asked to Remove, Violation of Privacy, Threat.
Duplicate – an accidental duplicate post by a single Member. This does not mean a similar message posted previously or the same content posted by a different Member.
Personal Attack – when someone attacks one or more members personally rather than the content of that Member's message. The post does not have to be addressed to the "target" of the attack to be considered a Personal Attack. If it attacks a messenger rather than the message, it qualifies for deletion and it is expected that Moderators will remove it.
Spam
Posting the same or similar content to more than two (2) boards within a calendar day;
Posting the same or almost identical post more than twice within a calendar day i.e. "where's the PR?", "anyone seen the PR?", "thought there was going to be a pr today?", "geez, is the pr coming out today or not?";
Sending the same or similar unsolicited PM to multiple recipients
Posting content that is off-topic to the subject of a board;
Posting statements that do not add value to the discussion (i.e. simply "LOL" or "Yes");
Posting excessively on one or more message board(s). If you feel someone is abusing their posting privilege in this manner, please discuss this with a Site Admin prior to removing any posts.
Spam that overlaps off-topic (see below) are posts containing content promoting other sites, stock-related or not, that has no use in the discussion (for example, if your board is about Ford Motor Company, a post or link about a home improvement company is not relevant to the discussion); and posting the same "noise" posts i.e. "to da moon" or "this stock is a POS" continuously without other relevant content. This does not mean that if someone asked about dilution yesterday, a similar post today is considered spam.
Off Topic
Posts not about the topic of the board including other stocks or companies.
Posts about or focusing on other Members or groups of people and their reasons for posting on the board (i.e. "XYZDownDaDrain" is just a basher, ignore him", "XYZToDaMoon" is a pumper", "the naysayers are very loud today", "c'mon, where did all the cheerleaders go?"). The post does not have to be addressed to a specific person. If the post is about other Users then it should be removed.
Posts with religious or political statements should be removed as "off topic". These inevitably create an avalanche of replies that are off topic as well.
Posts about Moderators and/or deletions are also "off topic". Issues of this nature need to be discussed with a Site Admin.
Putting "ot" at the beginning of a post does not make it acceptable. It is still off topic and eligible for removal.
Vulgarity – profanity of any kind is unacceptable on the stock boards, even when punctuation characters are used to "fill in the blanks" or letters are changed (f**k, azzh*le, etc.). The PG13 rule is loosely used as a guideline to what is/isn't acceptable. The theory is that if society has deemed it appropriate for a 13 year old to hear, it is unlikely that it will be offensive to the majority of Users. Any form of vulgarity directed at another User is unacceptable and should be removed (i.e. "you're a sh*thead", "being an a** doesn't help your case").
Author Asked to Remove – when a Member has specifically asked that a post be removed and has cited a valid reason for removal, such as accidentally revealing personal information. This is an occasional accommodation and is not to be used to "mask" the removal of bona fide TOS violations. If you are asked as a Moderator to remove more than 2 messages as Author Request, please send the User to discuss with Admin.
Violation of Privacy – posting of what the member believes to be any personally identifiable information (email, real name, phone, address, etc.) about another User or posting the contents of a private message. For example, if a Member posts that "XYZDownDaDrain is actually Bob Smith", whether the information is accurate is a moot point. The Member was trying to disclose personal information. Posting or referring to the contents of private messages without the author's prior consent is considered a violation of privacy and can get you suspended or terminated from the site.
Threat – a Member threatening any other Member in any fashion and threats of violence or physical harm against anyone.

i do believe that it doesn't matter when they hit our accounts...
and that come april 2012 or so...that they'll be eligible to come off restriction (based on what steps need to be taken on our/broker's parts).
your reading of what the process is in terms of electronic vs mailing to brokers to put into our accounts seems very plausible and lines up with ceo podcast..
hey sub... what did your broker say about the shares you have that are still restricted?
that's what it sounded like to me...
timing of receipt and processing seems to be "when it happens"...
as long as delivered, i'm fine...more keyed into when approaching "off restriction" time..
what i feel is that the divi being "off of mgmt plate" will allow next steps/phases to begin being initiated OR for those already in place, being focused on even more.
yeah... i read it a few times too..
i'm looking from a bit higher altitude though..waiting for divis to arrive one way or another, not sweating whether it's one route or multiple according to translation of the PR..
unless and until shares are tradable (restrictions off, is my definition of tradable), the shares in my account aren't as interesting to me as is what i think are "next steps" once divi done..
been thinking for quite some time... if/when ptel divi got done, next phases come, whether some deal based upon divi completion, or something else... we'll see..
this one's a marathon.. lot's o' time, IMO to grow and bring new phases.
CERTIFICATES ISSUED FOR ENCOUNTER DEVELOPMENT TECHNOLOGIES, INC. AND PEGASUS TEL, INC. 1:1 DIVIDEND
http://www.mmdnewswire.com/certificates-issued-for-encounter-77781.html
December 8, 2011 (MMD Newswire) - - Encounter Development Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets ENTID) announced today that the much anticipated certificates due investors from the Pegasus Tel, Inc. (OTCBB:PTEL) dividend issued earlier this year are going out today to the DTCC and brokerage houses.
ENTID CEO, Thomas Hargis states, "We know this process has taken far longer than anticipated for everyone involved but we are pleased today to announce the patience of our investors has been rewarded. We have many of the certificates going out today."
According to Hargis certificates that fall outside of the DTCC and brokerage houses have been forwarded to a clearinghouse. Investors can expect to receive their certificates by mail in the coming weeks. They anticipate a slightly slower turnaround because of the busy holiday postal season and the sheer volume of certificates.
In addition to working on the dividend, Hargis says the company has been focused on its core competency of technology development.
"While we have been working on the completion of the dividend we have also been putting together a dynamic interface for the Roar project. We are very excited about what this interface will mean for the monetization of social networking."
Hargis hinted that the look and feel of the site will be enough to generate buzz and drive people to the Roar website.
"Roar takes social networking beyond just a distraction from work and turns it into a way to bring your online and offline worlds together. It's fun, it's easy to do and it's a great way for people to make money just by sharing their daily journeys with friends and family."
Hargis says investors can expect to see more of the site when it comes out of offline beta as we move into the new year.
"2012 is going to be Encounter's time to shine," says Hargis.

i believe folks didn't have to be "stuck" in ENTI or PTEL when the MMX move and divi were announced (there was a known record date and MMX move to PTEL)...
but yeah, your point (regarding expectations that ENTI shares were "MMX shares" in essence), isn't lost of mgmt IMO and thus, the move of ENTI folks to PTEL with MMX (via divi).
it'll be a while til we see if ENTI/PTEL combined give folks something back, or as i'm hoping, much more..
have a great night sterl, best luck on all stocks..
I see the point and understand sterl...
ENTI bought for MMX, and MMX move to PTEL, for some, brought their cost basis in ENTI over to PTEL...
i get that...and what you're saying....
but, ...when boiled down, MMX could have been moved to PTEL without the divi...and when ptel divi delivered, and tradable, fact is, shares held in both companies... and what's cost basis then?
higher than combined pps? lol.. well, maybe... time tells....
divi not in hand, yet... mmx not relaunched, yet... roar not launched, yet..
all unknowns, so "we'll see" order of the day for me...
take care sterl, glad to have you around and appreciate your posts
I also am not sure if brokers will be "stumped" and there will be issues as you indicated with the PTEL divi..
regarding brokers accepting the divi, you indicated that..
"some who might be "stumped"--------firms wondering if they can accept restricted preferred dividends from a non-dtc--"
"there could be an issue for some firms accepting restricted preferred shares structured as a dividend."
i just think it's a good idea to wait and see...
i'm not sure i agree with you that brokers will be stumped with the issues that come with the divi...
i don't know if i agree with your particular assessment and answer to your question of whether or not there will be issues with brokers accepting ptel divi is right..(an issue, a can of worms, and brokers will be stumped, if i recall correctly)...
here..it was said previously, not as just a question, but a statement... that there would be issues with the divi...
just one example where it was stated that there would be issues with the divi...
you indicated to investors that there would be issues with firms accepting the divi...
there are others..but glad to clear this one up..
what was the issue then? what exactly was the issue that you spoke of below? it could help others if you had the info...and shared...

Re: None
Post # of 6742
technically---far from it---the divs are there----WHEN they are.I have ALWAYS stated my opinion that they DO hit the account----but there could be an issue for some firms accepting restricted preferred shares structured as a dividend.much silliness in blaming firms not posting earlier divs when all of the groundwork was not done---they have no legal obligation to do all the work some wanted here---they dont want the liability,or the headache when it doesnt pay.----------------PURE SPECULATION AND OPINION---------------------kind of like saying "I won the lottery!!-----just need to pick the numbers now".
here...to help clarify:
question... did you know of any issues folks might have with brokers accepting divi shares?
you indicated "uh, no"..but...before, you had indicated...
"I have ALWAYS stated my opinion that they DO hit the account----but there could be an issue for some firms accepting restricted preferred shares structured as a dividend"
...i guess we'll see..but clearly, there are varying opinions on "issues" arising, or not, or not known...
sorry...i thought you indicated that there was likely major issues and that brokers wouldn't accept the ptel divi...
i thought you said that there would be significant problems... no?
you said that there would be a whole can of worms with the divi... or something like that...
this answer to your own question seemed to indicate you called and found some information that could help others here...
okay, you've clarified though..you never called a broker and never had, or have an answer to your question about brokers not accepting ptel divi shares...
glad you've clarified this, and clearly the "can o' worms" is speculation, and not actual knowledge, whatsoever...

Wait, so....
you or don't you have any information that clarifies, provides insight, etc, answers the question you've posed regarding brokers accepting the divi?
you said "uhm, no". what did your broker say when you called and asked? i mean, even hypotheticals can be answered by brokers... you didn't ask anyone the question you posed here, ever?
that information, you call interesting, would help folks..figured it would help to share if you asked and got answers..
anyway, okay, you don't have the info... so guess it's just that...a question posed... no information in hand.

So..you don't know the answer to the question of whether or not brokers, any brokers will accept the divi?
if you have, had, the answer, for months now...it would be great to share with folks who are interested and shareholders...
i mean, that would be helpful, helpful info, right?
Wait...they will "never" trade?
but then, "as soon as the convert..."
i'm not sure how you're working through this scenario..
you think the shares can convert to common to trade?
not, "never", then, right?
hey, we (me and other poster) disagreed with the premise that brokers won't be able to receive shares as you surmised..
but hey, it's all the sort of thing that can be witnessed in time..
but, you don't think brokers will accept the divi shares...
i and others (as i indicated) don't agree...
So...wait...
the shares will never be tradable..
but you said that the shares are about to hit the streets...
how are they hitting the streets if not tradable?
i'm trying to understand which position i'm not getting...
Do you agree with the premise that shares won't ever get to people's brokers/accounts, and will never be tradable (LA had indicated this premise)?
I'm not sure i agree with that...
..but plenty of folks are shareholders at .0001, and plenty consider the PTEL divi (the one you said is about to hit the streets as tradable) to be zero cost basis...
figure, maybe a bet worth taking...
take care Tavy, all the best,
d
But, i thought they were about to "hit the streets"...
so, if they don't, you're saying that PTEL could go to .0002 bid?
i don't know if your information is exactly in line with other thoughts on divi shares:

12 billion shares are about to hit the street. hmm I would say never at $0.0002 bid.
what do you think? do you think shares won't trade right away, or at all?
trying to figure out which position is more plausible, likely...
yours or that what is presented otherwise here......that shares are fee, tradable, "hitting the streets"..
So...you don't agree with the premise presented...
by LA4321 that folks won't ever be able to trade, or even receive (their brokers) the shares to trade?
Personally, i'm sort of waiting and seeing about delivery, and tradability...but certainly it's good news if what you present is true...that, contrary to what LA4321 says, that the shares "hit the streets" and are tradable...
I think you're confused....the divi is for PTEL stock, not ENTI..
presently, and for a while now, there's been a bid on PTEL...
PTEL: 1/2 "L2".
you think, that PTEL will ever move to 2 on ask? ever? never?
thanks,
d

a GREAT NEW feature of PTEL's musicmatrix is on the homepage...
"This Weeks Music Videos" (halfway down) shows newly uploaded videos....
http://musicmatrix.com/index.php
musicmatrix.com is a PTEL product by the way, in case not known
good stuff... so, the site being back up and running...and having actual artist content on it..
that was never going to happen, was it?
looking forward to next phases, adding to list..
take care all, wishing all the best of course.
peace.
lol...yes, of course it is...except almost all the time...
like "last friday" was the last friday in all time...
"last christmas" means there's no christmas this year...
maybe "last cc" means, the last of a series...and there will be other calls with the programmers for MusicMatrix.
thanks though... i'm glad we cleared up this one relatively quickly.
great! good stuff
hi folks...seeing 'clearly'...
IMO..is about seeing what's "real".
it really doesn't matter, all this peripheral chatter about what "should be", "will be", etc...
there's actually the product available for viewing, presently....
and that's what I'm assuming PTEL is working with, and using for future development and growth...
that's where focus helps.... i'm watching to see how the MMX product grows...
allow me "cut off at the pass":
"but this isn't different than it was..."
"but the quality is X, when it should by Y..."
"but i don't think it's using it's own code..."
"but x, but y, but z...."
take all of that, and whatcha' got? say it's all right..or wrong...
what remains is the MMX product as it is, as it will be.
some very focused, and realistic, reasonable folks are watching that MMX product, and deciding to support it, or not..based on what is known, based on what CAN be seen..
just thinking out loud here.. having that mindset, seeing what is present and available, and deciding off of that...makes all this peripheral chatter and concern from the investment community and otherwise, mean nothing....
living in "what should be..."....is rarely an integrated and realistic mindset for many endeavors. goodness, esp in speculative stock plays...investments...
work with what you've got...and that helps an investor, if they choose to remain, stay centered, and not anxious.
comfy... sure... i chose to be here... nobody ever made me spend a dollar...
musicmatrix.com site (quick review of features):
Homepage and other pages: format modified greatly: availability of "this weeks videos" "featured channels" "currently viewed" "top rated" "most viewed" available when watching other videos or on other pages like "tutorial"... FLOW much better, structurally better, makes more sense..less click throughs to get to desired content/page.
"Featured": noticing the "featured" article section...scrolls left/right to new items...certainly new feature, likely also tied to new format..
"Pop-Up" Info: video "pop up" information when scrolling over videos..
Navigation: navigation simpler.... more concentrated..... social network flows better...
Speed: video uploading (and watching) quicker... loaded a few to test... massive video file 100+mb loaded in seconds...
Ads: ads don't distract from content in negative way...sort of like seeing the movement on the pages with the ads...(ads themselves are new of course...liked the "no ads" format also..but of course flexibility is key).
Channels: seems being added already..multiple artists already up...seems wasn't/isn't/never was a legal issue...
Edit Room: looks fully functional...will naturally work up some new edited videos to test
Social Network "Recent Activity": showing videos being loaded / content loaded already today
..expecting more tweaks, clean up, modifications, content, etc as we ramp up towards "relaunch" as per mgmt.
advise taking time to navigate and test things out...
FOLKS...PLEASE STAY ON TOPIC AND DON'T VIOLATE TERMS OF USE FOR IHUB.
THANKS,
OFF TOPIC
VULGARITY
PERSONAL ATTACK..
ETC...ETC...ETC.
PEACE.
Podcast quick summary:
programmers will "go live" tomorrow..may take overnight starting tomorrow....
"going live" : "live", will be "viewable"...not near done in terms of full content and tweaks, still will have content being added...etc post going live...
once site "goes live", easier to upload content...rather than loading to developer server...
will be continually adjusted, tweaked, content loaded...channels reloaded, etc...
we'll see the additional functionality/behind scenes stuff also after the goes live tomorrow/overnight..
