Is it dead?
I seriously doubt your post can be refuted, but I am sure an attempt will be made. It will be something like "with all these new products coming to market, we will be in penny land soon!"
That is it. I called Zecco and they want me to call the company to have them lifted. I guess we are stuck.
Anyone get those restricted shares unlocked?
Read Leviticus, I doubt LFBG should be concerned with bacon.
I think it will see trips before hitting .01 on a R/S.
And you are making making statements as if you believe you know the inner workings of the company. This is a public company, we all supposedly have access to the same records and the public record, as greedy pointed out, clearly states that there will be a diluted effect on current shareholders.<-- Period end of story, no use arguing with the company signed documents. It is settled.
Thank you GM for linking and pointing it out.
So are you saying your statements are based on inner workings of the company?
It is very easy, he can retire the shares.
Troy is the voting block, of course he is happy to issue himself more shares.
Please give an example of what he has done right? All I see is years of poor management and red ink.
No, anyone can see it, it is public record and is very accurate.
I do not think that continuing to pay a failure of a CEO is a good use of company stock sales and therefore is dilution.
How about a poor track record? Neither a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of. The poor excuse of a CEO we have here is living off of the shareholders backs.
Actually, I do. When the CEO rewards himself for failure by issuing stock he then converts to cash, every shareholder has the right to question that. I will continue to do so until he fires himself or becomes profitable, neither of which are likely to come.
It was stock he awarded to himself for failure. That is what people have a problem with. You say he does not take a salary, which is technically inaccurate, because he takes shares which are converted to cash. More pressing is, what the heck has he done to deserve a salary? He has taken a good idea to sell games to a segment of the population known for throwing their wallets open and he has never made a profit.
There is nothing to spin here, he has never made a profit, yet he continues to reward himself for failure year after year.
It is public record and he made greater than $100K.
He issued himself shares more than once.
Not until he decides he needs another vacation property that he was boohooing about last Christmas news letter. No one cares about his problems, maybe he should start learning how to run a company.
You make it as if it were ages ago, but it wasn't. It did happen.
You say last year like it was early in 2009, when in fact it was late 2009, not so long ago and he sold a ton of shares and then awarded himself more. Not bad for a man who has fail at making LFBG a profitable company for so many years, wait, a better way to say that is, he has failed at ever making LFBG profitable since he started. I wish I could make that kind of money and not have to actually succeed.
How can you be so sure, yet claim not to know the difference?
It is public record, look it up. I have answered this same question from you at least two other times.
Only that he will sell shares.
I you mean his word that he will sell shares, then yes, otherwise, no.
That is an over statement. How did it run, when it never had any legs and could not pay for its' self?
The only thing that was done, was more shares were sold.
Would be nice though.
Near is a relative term.
There is a guarantee with troy and LFBG, the price is going to go down.
You do the math.
What is an iBox?
I seriously doubt the validity of any troy pr's.
If poor management stays in place, they yes it will go out of business and deservedly so. This is business, not the play ground and it matters not to me if it goes out of business, but it would help me at the end of the year if it did.
Very much a chance and likely to happen before .01, if they ever make back up that high.
I know troy will be in the same shape this time next year, so let us make it simple and say 1278530 shares they will not be back to pre-split levels this time next year.
[qoute]BTW, could you please explain to me that if a company has no new products how they are supposed to raise money for new products ?
[/quote]
I would say the best way would be to sell the previous product, which leads me to my next point, if they spent all that money on the previous games that could not be sold, what is going to make the next game any better and not another money pit? Seems to me the management is overpaid.
So it is all a pipe dream at this point? First it was the end of this year and now it is next year?
That is, as you state, your opinion.
If I had, I would be pumping like others. This crap shoot went from .03 to .002, post split, using round numbers.
Really? I hate the spin games. Any shareholder, well other than those that have been helping troy.
To be a triple 0 stock?
It is self explanatory.
A.K.A. Dilution.
And the previous 8 years? Every time he has tried something new here, it has resulted in failure, why should this be any different?
That is dilution and yes it is at the shareholders expense. If troy was as good at managing this company as he is at selling shares, the pps would be a lot higher.
