Tell us how you really feel. Chris has to be paid somehow, and what's wrong with him trying to make another source of income. I for one am trying to do just that by buying this stock. Sorry you are so down, but in my opinion this company is the one.
Love that song
Trevor, that is no way to welcome our new guests. Let us give them the benefit of the doubt, being new to the board, maybe they're just trying to search out information. I know whenever I start a new venture, I always come in with negatives, "not".
But time will tell.
Just keep your perspective.
Hey Q. We hold you in the same regard as DHawk.
More isn't always better.
You are as old as you feel. My Pop is 80 and perfect shape. He always kept active. Me on the other hand, I had a 5 way bypass at 45.
I'm turning 1/2 a 100 myself, but I take prescribed drugs.
Hawk is one of the only guys on the board, including myself, that doesn't respond with emotion, but uses facts alone. How do you control your testosterone Hawk?
Don't worry, my son is a University English Wiz. I will have him go through the board later, and make the necessary changes.
One thing I have learned from this board, and this was pointed out to me by my wife and kids, is that, we all have way to much time on our hands.
That was clever, but I am certain we have the best product and the best method at this point. Hopefully we will see a sale before year end, and then we will both be certain that we made money.
Crunch, you are wasting your time trying to defend. There is a saying; you can't argue with certain types of people, because they only hear what they want to hear.
QMC’s patented synthesis allows precise control of tetrapod quantum dot 'composition', size of QD core, length of arms, and arm thickness.
Here is the rest of the definition.
The United States Supreme Court has defined "composition of matter" to mean "all compositions of two or more substances and all composite articles, whether they be the results of chemical union, or of mechanical mixture, or whether they be gases, fluids, powders or solids."[2] That definition is problematic, however, because composite articles can be articles of manufacture
I stand corrected. However, let me put a spin on it like you always do. We are talking semantics. In order for them to have uniform shapes, and high selectivity, you then need our patent. For now, as far as I can see, it is the only one that works.
SYNTHESIS OF UNIFORM NANOPARTICLE SHAPES WITH HIGH SELECTIVITY, is not just a process patent, as far as I can see. Correct me if I'm wrong.
That's funny.
My point is, if it took QMC, Nanoco, and others this long to get to where we are, it's going to take anyone else the same amount of time. Hopefully by then we will on our way.
In addition, Dr. Wong is always continuing to improve; that's how he came up with the Lava dot.
You are talking 5 -10 years from now, and what's to say we aren't the ones to keep making the better mouse trap.
Oh I forgot. That's right; people with a big stake, always have a negative outlook.
How do you make Tetrapods with a different process?
It was in response to your post 20040. You are quite smug. I have 2 million shares. Lets see who has the last laugh.
Basically, they can build the same car, but they can't sell it.
No you are not a Patent lawyer.
Show me the money!
This boards way too boring now, back to the fighting.
I like it.
As far as I can see, we have been given all the Doppler results. I guess we will just have to wait and see is the Sun shines.
I have a friend who has some QMC shares, and he too is quite negative, like others here are on this board. His take is, how can this company do everything they say? I have known him for many years. So I asked him, with everything you you, why can't you believe? His response was, it just can't happen to someone like me. I said why so negative? Then he told me the story of his life. His Dad was a miserable SOB. He was one of 13 children, all of whom were hatched, (not born), and cast into this world like wild animals, left to fend for themselves. One example was, when he was 13 years old, his parent's moved up country from the Lower Mainland of BC, and left him and some of his siblings behind. He stayed with friends and family as much as he could, but it was still a struggle. Then one day he phoned his Dad and asked him for money for food, and his Dad said how does it feel, and he said horrible; I'm hungry and it feels awful. His Dad's reply was, do you remember when you were 5, and I showed you that Butterfly trying to get out if its Chrysalis, and you said, why don't you help it. His Dad's reply was, if I help it, the butterfly will be weak and feeble, and in the long run it will probably die.
It was at that point, I realized my friend had never been loved or felt loved, and this was why, he never thought anything good could happen to him. This crushed me. I grew up the exact opposite. I had parents that loved and praised me. This gave me great confidence and a very positive outlook on life. So now when I see all the negative posts, it makes me feel sad for those posters; they must have had terrible childhoods, with out feeling loved.
Giddy up!
It seems as we get closer to getting a deal, the more the bashers come out of the wood works.
Royalties are based on sales. So that would equate to a very large amount.
They got 6,860,330 shares from what I could dig up.
I guess we just don't have your great intellectual prowess. I just wonder what colour the clouds are in your world?
You have no right to tell anyone to let it go. Now I'm holding back.
Crunch is has every right to rebut BigE's comments.
BigE, I was wrong about you. You are the biggest supporter on the board. I retract my earlier comments.
Has anybody talked to the company about that article? Because I had my tax lawyer look at that article, and he knows quite a bit about our company, and he said it amounts to slander.
I think most people on this board are sophisticated investors, and able to decipher these types of articles.
