Time to buy up again and lower that PPS!
Spank-a-potamus, none of us need your investment help, nore do you need to tell us what to do with our money. I know you don't need to tell me! At 43 years old (and I have no clue how old you are), I can 100% guarantee I've made more on the stock market then you. So, you admit you have no business here! So I respectfully ask that you to please move on, and let the believers in this company take it from here. Thanks - Greg
Yes, we will do that!
I look at that everyday, but I'm afraid I must ask you to spell out for me what you find interesting. Sorry!
I don't know what info you want us to look at there, other then it's 12:41PM and volume is at Zero!!!!!!!
SteetCEO, were you a CEO at one time, now are out on the street? Based on all of you comments, and theories, that would add up! Just joking around with you. All opinions are welcome on this board, but you have stated your opinions and we have read them, and responded. I think what is confusing is the fact that you are not use to a board that is positive about the company, and actually believe in the company. When the stock price when down to the 52 week low ($.014), most of the short term investor's left, which brought some stability to the stock, which is what the company had been trying to do since March 2010. Now they are ready to get some work and contracts done. Just one question for you! Do you hold any shares of INSPI? If you do, you can put them up at ask price, and I'm sure we will buy them from you. Also if you do hold shares, why are you not following your own advice? If you do not have any shares, why in the world are you posting on this board? Seems as if you have some kind of hidden agenda! Are you short, and need to get out before the price goes up? Or, do you have that pathetic of a life, you have nothing else to do? My agenda is perfectly open! I put MY money in Infospi because I believe in it, I feel the stock will go significantly up, and I want to make money, period.
Well, I hear your point. But even the Oil Companies clearly understand the future of energy and the need for "green energy". I'm not worried about them! As a matter of fact, I am counting on them! They are the one’s that will attempt to buy-out Infospi. Right now, they will ride the oil train as long as they can turn a profit - but burning oil is an old and outdated way to produce energy. Then these oil companies will buy-up the specialty, "green energy" companies to help them get to the next level. Just my thoughts
Everyone, this is great news. TY for your dd! We are sitting on a gold mine! And I'm not just saying that, those are the facts. To everyone in our group, it has not been an easy road! Actually it has been a hard road, when the stock drops down to $.014. But we all held firm, and the rewards are coming! Like I said, AL and I will get together to speak with Mr. Mayan and get a new press release out. You must remember that we own 25% OF THE COMPANY, AS A GROUP. So we have the ability to request updates. I estimate that we own around 15m shares. There are currently 61,838,753 shares outstanding, of which the board members own 38,500,000 - and 49,828,755 outstanding shares of the common stock are restricted securities . So you take out the board members shares, and we own more then half of this company. So, rest assure, we will get the update we need. Lastly, please keep buying in 5k lots - at ask price! It will greatly increase our holdings. And as more and more people hear About Infospi, the stock will continue to increase! We do have the very rare situation for a "penny stock" to hit that $1 mark. And yes, I do think that in the long run! Until then, I stand behind my dd that we will move up to $.30 when news is released about one of the many projects that Infospi is working on. We all know about the several opportunities Infospi was working on! You can bet that at least one will go through - Then hang on to your hat, because this will take off! Greg
wow , ty for willing to help tomorrow, no problem at all, we thank you. So why could not anyone else help out today?
We have 10 mins left on the market. Please, someone stand up and buy at asking price a few times. We are all in this together, so plz help out - Greg
Good job, you bought at $.028 an pushed it up. Then some a-hole bought 5000 at $,026, and that's all it takes to drop the price. Like I said (and I thank u for being on board) we need to buy our 5000 shares at 3:45pm ET or later! Right before close. We have people trying to keep the price down! I do not know who, or why! But we must buy 5k shares right before market close. I need everyone to help. Without news, this stock should be around $.07. And we will get news, but until then, please buy late at asking price and all our holding will go up. We can get to $.07 without news - if we work as a team! All kewl with that? Greg
The ask price is $.028! So, $.026 will get you nothing. Plus on this board, when buy a small lot, we offer current ask price. It helps everyone, including your current holdings. Might I suggest you buy in 5000 share lots at around 3:45pm, and do that for 3 days in a row - if you want 15,000. The increase in price of the shares you bought the day before will compensate for any additional trade fees. That is our current plan until news comes out. I did it yesterday, right before the market closed, and the stock jumped back up to $.029. But, I can't do this alone, we all must pitch in. Kewl!!!!
I bought 5k right before 4pm, and it works. I can do this a few times a week, But, will need help. We do this right, and we should get the stock back to where it really should be at this point - which I say is around $.08 (I’m sure everyone would like to see that again!) Well with our IHUB group owning about 25% of ISPI we can do it. And I don't feel bad, because that is really where the price should be. And, you will see your net value of your holdings, almost triple. It will just take a group effort, so just buy 5k whenever you can - as a group we are very strong, and influential. AL and I will discuss when/how we will be requesting a detailed update for next week. Thanks all, we have a great board. I just caution that as the stock moves up, more people will join in - which is what we want! But there will also be some bashers among the newcomers. This is a positive board. This is a Pro - Infospi board. This is a group of people that have been at the 52 week low, and held firm. We believe in the actual company and management! Under no circumstance will we allow a basher to taint our board, period. Peace out all, and buy those 5000 share lots at the ask price. Greg
Wow! Why don't you go with someone else?
AL I agree, I will do it. I just hope everyone else will buy just 5000 share throughout the next 2 weeks
Just me, but we've lost about 6.5% with only 24k traded! I understand this is very shot term! But, until we get news out, as a group, we must be willing to even drop $50 bucks at the ask price, on an on going basis. We need to fight fire with fire. These are very small trades and I did my part Friday with such a trade and pushed the price up to $.036. It seems minor, but it is not. The penny pushers will drop this back down to $.015 before you know it. If we all take turns and throw $50 at it now and again, we will keep the stock where it needs to be to make a run. If we continue to let 30k volume days drive this stock down, we are all losing. I bought only 500 share (which I will happily take at these prices and increased my holdings by $1000. We just can't let these "no info" investor's, or someone manipulating the price of this stock with a $50 trade. It is the principle! We know this stock is a steal at $.03-$.05. So please chip in and spend $50 to keep it ready for a run. These drops can be contagious, and people just jump on the negative bandwagon! An you know that is true. So please make a trade or 2 a week. I will be doing it, but we must do it as a group. Trust me on this issue. Greg
Wow, that is a tough questions, one in which I am not qualified to answer! But, I will give my opinion! There has really never, ever been any bad news about ISPI! The only thing close to any news that an uninformed person could take as bad - would be the replacement of 2 board members (but we can all agree they didn't have the same vision as Mr. Mayan, and he IS the visionary in this company - period! And being late on a few filings. Which they filed, and considering the personnel changes that where going on, I understand that! Some could also point to the lack of news. But, once again, huge changes where happening in a small, start up company. Sometimes you have to say the hell with everything else, we must get our house in order! And, I like that!). All other news, ever, ever to come out has been great. So, only in my opinion! I feel a confirmed contract such as the one you are speaking of, would put use around the $.30 area. Anything additional to that and we are taking off. Once again, my opinion - but, I promise you it is sound! Greg
I wish I knew the A-hole with Knight Equity Markets that has a sell up at $.032! Why in the hell are people selling at these prices? I guess we just have penny stock pump and dumpers (and I use that term instead of how I really feel about people selling at this price). Really, I guess I get frustrated in the stockholders that don't even know what is going on, and probably not even know what Infospi does! So they just jump in and out, sell $50 worth of stock and drop the price. But, I know we are in this for a bit longer term, and we will have to shed these blind (might I say stupid) investor's that don't even believe in the company. I'm sorry to vent! We will all be rewarded greatly with Infospi, I just hate to see idiots involved in our vision. OK, I feel better lol - Greg
Look at some of these take always from the news release, and what Mr. Mayan said. When I spoke with Diane (company attorney), she told me Mr. Mayan has always been the driving force of Infospi!
1) We are very excited to move to our new headquarters in Hollywood, Florida and we will immediately commence operations from there.
2) We continue to advance the development of our project with IBS Spain, and continue to work on the deployment of a municipal sludge-to-oil plant in Argentina.
3) We have been facing a challenging time, and I would like to extend our thanks for the many supportive calls and emails (that's us) that we have received from our share holders and partners. Thank you for your continued support and belief in the company.
Mr. Mayan is a man you can believe in and follow. Things will not happen right away, but as AL said, this is not an in and out, pump and dump - just will not happen. But, it is not a long, long term situation (yes I will hold at least 1/2 my shares long term). This is a medium term 6 months - year investment. Everyone who is selling this stock, at this price, you are simply doing the wrong thing. Most investors would love to have a 10% return in a year - trust me! Well, I will tell you one thing, and I'm rarely wrong (if you go all the way back and read my posts - I called the day the 10k would be released, and I said news would be released soon after, even though I got put down that is was a week and 1/2 after the 10k and not the day of the 10k, I even predicted to closing price 3 days in a row before the market opened) - I am not trying to toot my own horn! I am just telling you that you will make one hell of a lot more then 10% this year with Infospi. So, do not sell anymore of your shares. If anything, you should buy more. I bought a bit more Friday. Everyone, please buy a bit more every week at the current ask price. At these low volume levels, see what happens to the stock price - until more news comes out. Lastly, I agree with AL, we will need to demand a news update soon - with some specifics. Greg
Yes it is.
I was that one who bought a small lot to push it up to $.036, then some dumb a sells a few thousand shares back at $.032, frustrating! Greg
Wow, this volume is amazing! I don't understand why it's so low since the news release? One thing is that the news release isn't showing up when you pull up the ISPI ticker symbol. Somehow we have to get the news out to the general investing public. I bet most people, and even most shareholders have not even seen it. I think we are the only one's buying shares, slowly pushing up the price - which is nice to have some gains! But our group can't do this forever! Any ideas? I know we have some damn smart investor's in our group. But, that is the problem, nobody has seen the latest news, which should have moved the price to around $.06-$.07. Greg
It's going to take a bit longer for much more PR to come out. However, there is no doubt that Mr. Mayan has things under control, and moving in the right direction. This will happen, just more time. I really wish the PR was put out in a more public forum, we would be seeing more action if people really knew what was happening. Greg
I 100% agree with you! I am dumping every spare dollar I have in this company, which is a nice sum! There is little doubt that this stock is a steal at $.025. Once word gets out, all hell will break loose! Greg
Yes, this is not a short term play, although as news spreads about the press release, I think there is 100-200% in there, of course that's not what I'm in for, or even 10 cents. They are still developing everywhere - so no revenue as of yet. But this is more like a $1.00, 1 year play. But if you could make around a 4900% return, I will happily wait a year. This stock/company will be a life changer for those who are patient! Greg
Here is a new e-mail from Mr. Mayan, still want to sell?
Greg
I will like to thank you again for your group support , I can confirm to you that - "We are here, we are serious and we are making progress." We move to our new headquarter and we are in a full work mode again and progressed is happening every day , as you know i can’t share privilege information with you but look into pr newswire for news release in regards to the company progresses .
Thanks again

A double masters! Well, we all feel better to have you aboard. But, you are correct, there is very little news in the 10-Q, but were you expecting anything different? The company has been tight lipped for 2 1/2 months! And, as I said in my last post, they are doing it for a reason. And the reason is not that they are going under, or they would not be filing the 10K and Q. By the way, what is LSE, am I to know that? I've heard of LSU. I went to Texas A&M University, which I think people know. But is LSE, Louisiana State Eastern? Just wondering. I did write a post earlier that people on this board do not need to qualify themselves! And I seriously doubt that a double masters really has any more insight into this stock then a 2 year associate degree! Am I wrong? lol Greg
Well the 10-Q was filed today! Some take away’s you should look at!
- We are currently setting up a fabrication center in Israel to take advantage of important technology.
- The technology that we intend to bring to the North American market will provide for the conversion of sludge and sewer into biocrude. Pursuant to the terms and provisions of an exclusive agreement currently being negotiated with IBS of Spain, we intend to manufacture and install a series of sewage re-treatment plants in North America.
- Management plans to seek a merger or acquisition target with adequate funds to support operations.
- As of the date of this Quarterly Report, we are developing a strategy with regard to both micro algae feed stock and jatropha/castor feedstock.
Yes, there are statements which may concern some people! But, we are investing in a development company - this is not IBM! The risks are up there, the rewards are potentially huge. You must accept this, or please get out now! I am very tired of these low volume trades (a total of 30,000 shares as I write this) that drop the price 25%. This company has a lot going for it, but it is a young, speculative business adventure! So, if you are seriously going to sell 1,000 shares at $.015, please let me know and I will pay you $.02, if you want that. Things are actually looking very good. The company Filed the 10-k and 10-q, and the CEO did respond to AL. These are not the actions of a dead company. Like I said, if you are seriously going to sell at this level, please get out and let the people that honestly believe in Infospi take it from here. Just the filing of the 10-q on a development company should have doubled the stock price. So love you all, but this stock will take some balls, and will pay off in the end. But if you have 1,000-5,000 shares to sell, let us know and we will pay you a premium for them. Greg
AL, I could not agree with you more. If you go back about 1 1/2 months, I also posted my feelings that a merger was going on! Now, with all that's happened since then, I am more sure then ever. Last week I called the phone number, under Infospi's address, on the 10k, and an attorney answered. We talked for about 10 mins. He was the attorney for Infospi prior to Diane. He told me that this was no longer the address for Infospi. Also, consider the 2 major board of director changes. When I was talking to the prior attorney, I asked him what happened to Chris? He would just say it was a difference of views. Throughout the entire conversation, he was very vague and yet (similar to what AL said) had this air of being happy with what is going on. Really think about all of the great news, and projects ISPI was working on during the first 3 months of this year! Then all of a sudden we don't hear a word from the company. And, the company seems perfectly willing to let the stock price slip to the all-time low! No company would do that, unless they had a damn good reason. Do you honestly think that every single project they were working on fell through? I don't. Something is in the works. Just my two cents. But, anyone who is having thoughts of selling, I certainly wouldn't do it. Greg
tob, I like where your focus is! We do have a few people that not only don't know what ISPI is about, they don't even know the company name of Infospi! When you invest in penny stocks, you must be passionate about the company. This has been the downfall in the stock price! People invested just for an up tick, and really know nothing more. Well I think we have rid ourselves of these people! I think we are down to believers in the company! This is a good thing. and the stock will go up, where it should be. Do not sell, buy! We will be headed up. Greg
Those are the real e-mails. Diane is the company attorney, I have spoken with her several times. I have left several messages for her in the past 3 days. I have also e-mailed Mr. Mayan. At this point I suggest everyone e-mail both of them and as shareholders, and owners, of Infospi, we are demand a PR updating us on the company. AL, I support whatever wording of a letter you want to send on my behalf. I am glad to see people buying more shares, now is the time to do it. As you can tell, this company is very much alive and kicking. The potential upside is huge. I feel $.015 is really the bottom at this point. We have been there twice, and come back. I also am going to add to my position today. Sit tight all, we will see news, and a nice ROI. Greg
AL, good e-mail from Haim. I think some of his answers are very positive, all be it brief. I look forward to his more detailed reply. But let's face it, the guy has a lot going on! We all agree a PR is needed, and at this point I would say he has a serious obligation to inform the stockholders (i.e. Owners) of the state of Infospi. The 10k is obviously outdated news, and basically irrelevant. If you look back on all of the PR's, and positive projects Infospi was working on, it all happened in 2010. Which as Mr. Mayan replied, wasn't included in the 10k. I think we are at the point that he will give a PR fairly soon. As far as the stock price, well, we have been here before - at the 52 week low. One poster commented on the basic rule of investing - you don't invest what you can't afford to lose, in penny stocks. The other basic rule is that you don't buy high and sell low! You get a few panicked, inexperienced investor's and the stock drops. This is not a time to sell! It is a time to hold, or a time to lower average PPS. This company still has a lot going for it. Everyone just needs to sit tight, and the stock will bounce back. Greg
OK, I have always been positive! And I still am. But, I want to address some issues. Chris Hamilton, we use to e-mail back and forth! What is up? Explain to the owners of this company, us, what is going on! Mr. Mayan, you are the main man! And from what I understand, you are the driving force behind this company and believe, as we do, 100% in what the company is doing. Please understand that the investor's on this board 100% support you! But, also please understand that we are not only legally entitled, but deserve and update. We have all put our faith, and money, into you vision! Please give us some good news! We are here because we believe in you, don't let us down! Greg
Actually, I picked up more shares today at $.016, I love it lol
Well, I guess I can't stay away for too long! I was, then I saw the true backbone on post of the posters to this board, and I like it. AL, I am also glad to read your posts. For 2 months, I felt like I was the only one supporting the company. I guess it's easier to take a negative position on a penny stock, then a positive one. When you take a positive stance, and support a company (because you believe in what a company stands for - a few people want to take shots at you when they loss a few bucks. Hey, I lost $15,000 this week, it does not change my beliefs! I read a post by a gentleman who was a senior finc. major - and we are happy to have you. But, you don't need to qualify yourself on this board, we all can (I have a BS in Acct and Finance, along with an MBA from Texas A&M. I was a Head of Claims for Progressive Insurance, before I retire at the age of 41! BUT, who cares about that!). There is little to no finance involved in your decision to invest in ISPI! You either believe in what the company is trying to do, and want to take a chance and support it, or you don't. You can't be half way here! We are dealing with a very speculative penny stock. We will either hit it big, or loss it all. If you are thinking about selling at almost the lowest price, you really have no business here and should invest in a mutual fund. Those are the facts. Greg
PS. I spoke with the prior attorney today, and he is happy with the way things are going, and hanging on to his shares.
I don't know of any lies? I am not the company, or a pumper. I simply believe in what Infospi is trying to do! Maybe I've been a little too positive at times! But my hearts in the right place, and I believe my money is also. I will continue to hold my shares. However, since owning a shock, and being positive about the company (really don't know why you would own a stock and degrade the company) seems to cause problems, I will kick back and read all your posts. Greg
Nice to see the board getting heated up. Shank, you are very wrong. I still hold the same position I held when the stock moved up to $.04. Also, if you think one persons opinion (unless, your a company officer) can influence a stock price, once again, you are wrong. It's a shame, but there are people like you on every board. You thrive on the negative. Where were all your posts over the past 2 months? People that have been actively involved in this board over the past 2 months, know where I stand. I have taken my lumps with this stock, like everyone else. Here's the point Shank, I have nothing against you, I don't even know you. But, I do think everyone (if they are being honest with themselves) would agree that when someone starts posting negative messages about others, instead about the company, it shows a complete lack of class. So, post what you want, but please have some respect for others on the board. Greg
Pumping is a short term process. Believe it or not, I actually believe in the company!
Don't freak out, out haven’t lost all you money lol just going through a ticker symbol change lol
Well, one thing I will say, is that I like all the talk, points of view and interest in Infospi. Everyone has a very good point! As we all know, there is one thing, and only one thing we want! News, a company update! This is what I will be pushing for. But let's get 2 things straight! 1) You haven’t heard the last of mister Hamilton - he is a dynamic business man! 2) Mr. Haim Mayan has always, and will always be the driving force of this technology and this company. It's time to buckle down, acquire shares as you can, and let them sort things out, the company has been through a lot of changes. Greg
