having working in lending for quite some time, one of the very important items that is part of the lending process is the recognition of positive cash flow or the potential thereof. i believe this also can be applied to the investing process. generally financial institutions and investors can hang in there during weaker periods of cash flow if they feel comfortable with the revenues that the business is currently generating. however, at some point in time, these revenues need to transform into a postive cash flow in order to maintain a viable business. i see nothing wrong with investing in startup businesses that can show projections of a solid roi based on new ideas and visions with which to grow and blossom those ideas. this is what i'm seeing here. we have a startup company with great ideas and vision of how to implement those ideas but with very little cash flow at this point in time. since that is the case (imo), we are not seeing a lot of new heavy hitters jumping in here. after listening to everyone here for quite a lengthy period of time now, i do believe there is one item that would be the game changer with this company and that would be the independant third party verification that would let us and the rest of the world know that biocentric's product in fact does do what they said it would do. that would be huge in my opinion. if that were to happen, i feel that we would have individuals and companies alike lined up to take their spot in our 150 acre "field of dreams". now i don't know the time frame with which this third party verification is supposed to happen, but i thought it had something to do with the colleges that we were getting hooked up with. hopefully someone else here could shed some light on this for me. i also believe, but again, not quite sure, that we have yet to purchase the 150 acres for our project. based on these beliefs that i have, i'm thinking that we're still out about another 6-12 months belfore we see any substantial movement in the pps. you can bet the farm though that i'm certainly willing to wait for that time. biocentric has so much upside potential that it's almost scary.
now my thoughts on the employees:
take a good look at the group of people that mr fisher has surrounded himself with. these folks didn't just fall off the turnip truck. the years of experience, the education, the background of everyone of these individuals is astounding. with all their talent and expertise along with mr fisher's vision for the future, i just struggle to believe that this just can't miss. none of the folks were losers just laying around looking for somewhere to hang their hats, they came here because they saw something that they liked and wanted to be a part of. it is truly amazing what these people will be able to accomplish when they put all their wisdom and knowledge together. just another reason why i'm going to see this through.
and the stock:
as i said earlier, it is my opinion that we will remain relatively stagnant until we see the third party results. we may bounce around a bit here and there based on pr's that have some substance, but not the big driver that we're going to need to get this to really move substantially. one example of that was the news of the new ceo. that was absolutely great news in my opinion and it did excite the pps to some extent, but it really didn't make any real soid gains because of it. that's ok. i believe with these smaller exciting news bites and shareholder updates, we continue to build a stronger and also, little bit higher base. that's fine by me.
on to the board:
i am absolutely amazed at the amount of knowledge and wisdom that is shared and posted here on this board. what a wonderful group of people that seem to be so willing to share their due diligience, thoughts, and yes, opinions with everyone. this board reminds me a lot of an aa meeting, lots of good wisdom with just a touch of bs to keep everyone on their toes. i've gained so much knowledge just listening to everyone here. i want to thank all of you for this opportunity to grow. as much as i don't trust them, i also need to thank psc for turning me on to biocentric.
you folks all have a great easter weekend!!
